I made My 'Witness' Female because of My 'Son Ahmad' and I have the power to make "So", My Will, as I made Isa ibn Maryam "So", from My Speech, and that is My Creation on Ruqhoyya, which is not Written on My holy book 'Al-Qur'an', but she wrote 'My Message' at the End of Time, as a Notice from Me, that is the limit of time.
