Behold, I keep Ruqhoyya away from those who disbelieve since 'My Testimony' began, even if they are chosen in 'My Choice'. Indeed I have the power to do anything so that they will not get any 'Bounty' from Me. See how Ruqhoyya will erase his name and I warn him with Surah Muhammad verse 38, Behold, that is a parable for you." Surah Muhammad Verse 38 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: "Remember that you were those who were invited to spend in the cause of Allah. Then, some of you were miserly. But whoever is miserly is miserly towards himself. Allah is the rich and you are the poor. If you turn away (from the right path), He will replace (you) with another people and they will not be (disobedient) like you." "I have the power to decree anything and I have the power to revoke 'My Decree' and replace it with someone better."
