Message #463

The Risalah of Ar-Rahman

February 12, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "O My Servants, verily My Message comes to My witnesses and they are gathered together in sharing My 'Message'. O My Servants, do you not see that they are very brave in delivering the Message from Me, the Lord of the Worlds, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, the grasper of souls. My News has come 17 Full Days from the beginning, the testimony of a son of Adam in the world for the news that I have given him and I Present 'My Witness' Ruqhoyya and I show My Witness the degree of 'Martyrs', and the place of the 'Martyrs' in 'Yaumul Mahsyar'. And I take away the spirit of 'My Witness' and he feels the pleasure of death as I have Mercy on 'Rahman Shuhada' for My Servants who obey My Call. Hurry up to join the 'Right Group'. Give alms together towards My Muslims in Palestine! That is where My Islamic Unity is gathered and you obtain the 'Right Group', the group that I promise martyrdom. The limit of time I Testify, Laa Ilaaha Illallah, I am Allah coming to testify to My 'Witnesses' and I am the Giver of My Words as I make all My 'Witnesses' gathered together. I showed Ruqhoyya in his dream, how 'Ruhullah Quddus' Isa ibn Maryam accompanied Ruqhoyya towards Me, GOD BEHIND THE TABIR, and people who did not know each other came before Me and they were gathered together in 'My Witness', they later numbered 313 people. And I, Allah the Almighty, make them to be in the ranks of 'My Witness', Let them be! Do not prosecute them or even stone them! Verily, My punishment is very Severe. If not for My protection, all of them have been doomed since the beginning of My messages distributed by My witnesses. I open the dreams of 'My Witnesses', and I interpret them, and they are My Witnesses gathered before Me in 'Yaumul Mahshyar', I correct them and I am Allah who makes them 'So' in My Will. Verily, in her past 'Witness' (Ruqhoyya) I have given My guidance and I met her with a 'Witness' from Ruqhoyya telling her all the stories of her dreams starting in 2006, and do you think this can be made up? Isn't the dream of the servant who believes in Me and is truthful close to being true in the End Times? I opened it and I (Allah) Azza wa Jalla confirmed it. Are you able to convey this? My witness is female because there is no more 'Prophet' or 'Messenger' and I have power over her as I will to whom I will. And do not make comparisons with Me, Believe in Me, and Believe in the Last Day. Speak well or be silent When I reveal My Secrets, there is no Forgiveness for you, except that you have been Written to disbelieve. Are you not servants to whom I have given Reason? And Look! Surah Al-Jinn, Open it...!" Surah Al-Jinn Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 1: "Say (Prophet Muhammad), âIt has been revealed to me that a group of jinn have listened to (the Qur'ân that I recite).â Then, they said, âWe have listened to an amazing recitation," Verse 2: "which guides to the truth, so that we will believe in it and will not associate anything with our Lord." Verse 3: "Verily, the majesty of our Lord is great. He has no wife and no son." Verse 4: "Indeed, the ignorant among us have always spoken outrageous words against God." Verse 5: "Surely we thought that men and jinn would not speak falsehood against Allah." Verse 6: "Verily, there are some men from among men who seek refuge with some men from among the jinn, so that they (the jinn) may cause them (men) to go astray." Verse 7: "Indeed they (jinn) think as you (the polytheists of Makkah) think that Allah will not resurrect anyone (on the Day of Resurrection)." Verse 8: "(The jinn said again,) "Indeed we (the jinn) have tried to know (the secrets of) the heavens. So, we found it full of strong guards and arrows of fire." Verse 9: "Indeed we (jinn) used to occupy some places (in the heavens) in order to overhear (their news). However, now whoever (tries) to listen will surely find arrows of fire lurking (to burn him)." Verse 10: "Surely we do not know whether evil is willed against those on earth or whether their Lord wills good against them." Verse 11: "Verily among us are those who are righteous and among us are those who are not. We take different paths." Verse 12: "Verily, we are certain that we shall not be able to escape from the dominion of Allah on earth, nor shall we be able to flee from Him." Verse 13: "Indeed, when we heard the guidance (of the Qur'an), we believed in it. So, whoever believes in his Lord does not (need to) fear diminution (of the reward of his deeds) nor (fear) hardship (due to the increase of sins)." Verse 14: "Verily among us are some who are Muslims and some who deviate from the truth. He who embraces Islam has chosen the right path." Verse 15: "As for the deviators from the truth, they will be the fuel of Jahanam (hell)." Verse 16: "Had they continued to walk straight on the path (of Islam), We would have poured out abundant water (sufficient sustenance)." Verse 17: "By this We would test them. Whoever turns away from the warning of his Lord, He will surely put him to a very severe punishment." Verse 18: "Verily, the mosques belong to Allah. So do not worship anything along with Allah." Verse 19: "Indeed, when the servant of Allah (Prophet Muhammad) stood up to worship Him (to pray), they (the jinn) crowded around him." Verse 20: "Say (Prophet Muhammad), "Indeed I worship only my Lord and I associate nothing with Him."" Verse 21: "Say, "Indeed I am not able to ward off harm nor do I bring you any good." Verse 22: "Say, "Indeed there is no one who can protect me from the punishment of Allah and I shall find no refuge other than Him." Verse 23: "(All I am able to do) is to convey (the warning) from Allah and His message. Whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger will indeed have (the punishment of) Hellfire. They will remain therein forever." Verse 24: "Thus, when they see the (punishment) threatened to them, they will know who is the weaker helper and the fewer in number." Verse 25: "Say (Prophet Muhammad), "I do not know whether (the punishment) threatened to you is near or my Lord has made it a long time."" Verse 26: "He knows the unseen. Then, He does not show the unseen to anyone." Verse 27: "except to the messenger whom He pleases. Indeed, He has placed guardians (angels) before and behind him." Verse 28: "(That is so) that He may know that (the messengers) have indeed conveyed the messages of their Lord, while (His knowledge) encompasses what is in them. He counts all things one by one." "Will you believe in My verses? Open Surat Al-Baqarah verse 269, O Ruqhoyya! and say to them My Believing Servants, 'Do you believe in the verses of Allah the Almighty?" Surat Al-Baqarah verse 269 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: "He bestows wisdom on whom He wills. Whoever is endowed with wisdom has indeed been endowed with much good. No one can learn from it except the ululalbab." Ulaa'ika âalaa hudammirrabbihim wa ulaa'ika humul-muflihuun Aameen, yaa Allah, yaa Rabb, yaa Sami', yaa Bashir, Alhamdulillah
