Message #546
The Risalah of Ar-Rahman
March 3, 2025
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
"O Ruqhoyya! Convey My message by you, by yourself! Because you are the recipient of 'My Message' Convey it yourself! As you are accountable for your work, My Command to you! Alone, do it yourself! As you receive the truth from Me, without fearing anyone as you are sure I Allah gave you My 'Message'. Broadcast it yourself! As I gave 'My Message' to you the only 'My Witness'. Tell the 'Fuqaha, the Awliya-awliya, and the Ahlul Bayt', tell them:
[Say]
'Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
O Fuqaha, Awliya-awliya, Ahlul Bayt, wherever you are!
ALLAHUMMA SHALLI'ALA MUHAMMAD WA'ALA ALI MUHAMMAD
By Allah, my soul is in the grasp of Allah, I have sworn and taken an oath, and I will not deny my oath to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, the King of Kings, He is 'Laa Ilaaha Illallah'. Verily, I have indeed received news from Allah starting from my childhood and continuing until today, only before I was made a 'Witness of Allah' saying only to me, for me only, indeed I experienced things related to the speech of Allah and my Witness was 'Khadijah'.
How in the past we always told stories with our love, Allah spoke when He made me a 'Witness', Allah opened all my dreams that I told 'Khadijah' since 2008 when we met. Indeed I knew nothing of the news of the end times except that I was told by Allah and shown by Allah in my dreams. And Allah said to Ruqhoyya through the inspiration of the inner heart, 'I opened your dream and I confirmed it, indeed with a 'dream' I showed you the news that I will make a 'Testimony' in your future, and this is the time'.
O People of Knowledge! I am a woman with the weakness of a woman and Allah exalts how a weak woman is, indeed it is Allah who gives what I say. Look! Allah's Message has filled the universe since 17 Millennia ago, make a copy and share it! As I shared it, but not from Allah, from myself, because the 'Witness of Allah' is only one, announcing the 'Boundary of the Age'.
The group that Allah says is the 'Survivor Group', only one group that Allah will gather in the 'Yaumul Mahshyar' later, namely the 'Right Group', and the 'Left Group' of servants who disbelieved in Allah. Allah said to Ruqhoyya through the inspiration of his heart, 'Give alms to Palestinian Muslims! Help us deliver the message of truth from Allah, for the 'Witnesses of Allah' are not us alone, but a collection of the Jurists, Awliya Allah and Ahlul Bayt, if I have any respect for the experts in this Call of Allah.
Verily, I am only conveying the message of Allah, and I am prepared to suffer anything rather than disbelieve in Allah, for my soul is in the hand of Allah, and indeed Allah has brought me to life and put me to death, and has brought me back to life so that I may testify truthfully. Who is it that gives life and death to all His creatures? And what did I feel when my soul was taken away by the angel of Allah, and Allah brought it back so that I knew, Allah testified not just speech but by his power, turning on and off and I experienced the journey of death wanting to reach my creator Allah immediately.
O People of Knowledge! Ask Allah for guidance! That the people of the prophet Muhammad may follow, for they trust only the 'Experts' rather than 'Allah' who came to testify to an ignorant servant and a woman as well. Verily Allah said to Ruqhoyya through the inspiration of the heart, 'There are no more 'Prophets' and 'Messengers', and the message of Isa ibn Maryam has preceded him coming a sign of him to come as well as the message of Al-Musthafa Muhammad ibn Abdullah our last Prophet.
Verily, this is not easy, I have delivered the message of Allah along with the 'Witnesses of Allah', I have experienced much grief and I am content, because Allah said to Ruqhoyya through the inspiration of the inner heart, 'You should love Me and love your Prophet Muhammad, more than your love for yourself, family, parents, and wealth'. And I feared dying in disbelief.
Verily Allah wants us to return to Allah whoever it is, all Servants of Allah, Muslims in the world, tell each other Allah's message for all to give charity to Palestinian Muslims directly and they receive it into their hands and spend it to fill their hungry stomachs and babies in the arms of their mothers and abandoned children with foster parents, verily they are waiting for the help of their Muslim brothers and sisters in the world and we have done it.
Help us together, they are in need and Allah will give us a noble Group on the 'Right Group', Look at Surah Al-Waqi'ah! Read from the Call of the Great Rabb. There we are for obedient servants and Allah's warnings always come before great things. Return to Allah! Believe in Allah and in the Last Day! Until we are guided and led'.

Allah says through the inspiration of the heart:
'Speak well, be silent if you do not find the truth, humble yourself, and seek My guidance! Only to My 'Witnesses', I speak, as I made Isa ibn Maryam without a 'father' but 'Holy', and so is My 'Ahmad Light Ruqhoyya' ... If My 'Voice' is heard on the earth the earth is destroyed and I have shown Ruqhoyya, in her past and Khadijah the witness she experienced an extraordinary event even in her dream, only with a dream I showed how the earth was destroyed because My Voice filled the earth.
And I conveyed My message to a weak woman. Is it right for you to hit her? While she delivered My Message with much suffering, indeed I am her defender, when I bring one big thing, you will experience regret but no forgiveness. Whoever juxtaposes Me Allah, 'Laa Ilaaha Illallah' that very moment I close My 'Door of Forgiveness'.
I can do anything as I showed to Ruqhoyya, you are small to Me and the 'Black Mist' fills the earth, you will be like living corpses with blistered skin up to your faces and you will feel ashamed and humiliated. Verily My Message came for your salvation and you ignored it. This is My last call for you to obtain 'Martyrs' in the 'Right Group' before one difficult thing, give alms to Palestine! Even if it costs a packet of salt. Show your Faith, grasp My laws and walk in the way of Muhammad your last prophet, stand up with 'Laa Ilaaha Illallah'.
Open Surat Al-Baqarah verse 85 to verse 95, O Ruqhoyya!".
Surat Al-Baqarah
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 85: "Then, you (Children of Israel) killed yourselves (your neighbors) and expelled a group of you from their homes. You helped each other in evil and enmity. If they come to you as captives, you ransom them, even though you were forbidden to expel them. Do you believe in some of the Book (Torah) and disbelieve in others? So, there is no (proper) recompense for those who do so among you, except disgrace in the life of this world and on the Day of Resurrection they will be returned to the severest punishment. Allah is not unmindful of what you do."
Verse 86: "Those are they who buy the life of the world with the Hereafter. So, their torment will not be alleviated and they will not be helped."
Verse 87: "Indeed, We gave the Book (Torah) to Moses and We sent after him messengers. We also gave Isa, the son of Mary, proofs of the truth, and We strengthened him with the Holy Spirit (Gabriel). Why is it that whenever a messenger comes to you with something you do not want, you boast? Then, some (of them) you deny and some (others) you kill?"
Verse 88: "They say, "Our hearts are closed." No! Allah has cursed them for their denial, but few are those who believe."
Verse 89: "When there came to them the Book (Qur'ân) from Allah, confirming what was with them, and they had previously hoped for victory over the disbelievers, when there came to them what they knew, they denied it. So, the curse of Allah is upon those who disbelieve."
Verse 90: "It is bad that they sell themselves by denying what Allah has revealed out of spite that Allah bestows His bounty on whom He wills among His servants. Therefore, they bear wrath upon wrath. On the disbelievers (is inflicted) a humiliating punishment."
Verse 91: "When it is said to them, "Believe in what Allah has sent down (the Qur'an)," they say, "We believe in what has been sent down to us." They disbelieve in what follows, but it is the truth that confirms what is with them. Say (Prophet Muhammad), "Why did you kill the prophets of Allah if you were believers?"
Verse 92: "Indeed, Moses has indeed come to you with proofs of the truth. Then, after his departure, you took a calf as worship, and you became wrongdoers."
Verse 93: "(Remember) when We took your covenant and We raised the mountain (Sinai) above you (saying), "Hold fast to what We have given you and listen!" They said, "We listened, but we did not obey." And We put into their hearts (the love of worshipping the calf) because of their disbelief. Say, "It is very bad what your faith commands you to do if you are believers.""
Verse 94: "Say (Prophet Muhammad), "If the Hereafter in the sight of Allah is exclusively for you, not for others, ask for death if you are righteous.""
Verse 95: "But they will not desire death at all because of what their hands have done. Allah knows best the wrongdoers."
