The Risalah of Ar-Rahman

March 12, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "O Ruqhoyya! Write ...! Verily the End of Time, I testify that is the 'Limit of Time'. For the believing Servants they will long for Me and their obedience earns the Highest Degree. Verily, My Servants promised Me before being born to their mothers, [ ] 'When you have been born and are in the world do you remember Me, O My Servant?' And My Servants answer, 'Indeed, O Lord, I do not wish to be born into the world but only to be with You'. [ ] 'When My decree is My decree, you will cry to be born into the world'. Indeed you will not remember the covenant, for you prefer the world and its deceptions. When I say, 'O My Servant! When among you are born in the End Times, I will come to testify at the 'Boundary of the Age', will you come to My call for you to return to Me, O My Servant? With the glory of 'Martyrdom' until you attain the highest degree, to hasten to come to My presence (Jannah). Indeed you will meet Me soon'. And you answer yaa My servant, 'O yaa Allah, I will hasten yaa Allah, Allahumma Labbaik, Allahumma Labbaik, Allahumma Labbaik ... yaa Rabb indeed we are waiting for the time You promised'. Verily you are in disbelief, 17 full moons I call you, only '313' will hasten to come to Me and they join in calling you, verily you prefer your 'Scholars and Leaders', Verily I am Jealous, the servant I created prefers the one who is inclined in his love than Me Allah the Great Lord. Indeed, they will not be warned after My warning comes, except for the servant of the Convinced. Whoever is in covenant with Me and they are heading towards the Straight path, they are the fortunate servants! Verily I bring My warning for you to obey Me. Look at Adam! Only eating the 'Fruit of Khuldi', I brought him down to the earth, while he is My Ultimate Servant in My Jannah, the Servant whom I glorify and love, because of My Creation of him for Me to be with his children and grandchildren in My Jannah. The life of the world is only temporary, I return again My Servants, only they return in a state of disobedience. And very little in My Forgiveness and (much in) 'Hisab'. I send Muhammad the intercessor so that you will come to Me in the future, only a few who heed Muhammad's call and Muhammad's way. If I do not bring My Azab to fill the earth, you will grow deaf, dumb, and blind, to My Call. Behold, I call out the way of salvation, who hears but only '313' people in the world? They hear but ignore, and close their hearts, and close their eyes! They think I am a 'devil' whispering in the heart and ears of 'My Witness' Ruqhoyya. I call upon you to make an example, and share it as Ruqhoyya did! Make the equivalent of saying you are 'Allah' and giving 'Mercy and Forgiveness'. You are disobedient, wretched and lying Servants. Indeed No one has done it after Muhammad, except I willed it to 'The Light of My Ahmad' Ruqhoyya. And you do harm to him, mocking him and denying My authority, willing what I will. And they 'restrict Me' from acting with My Power. They think, when Isa ibn Maryam descends to earth without witnesses, they think they believe it is Isa ibn Maryam? Indeed they will remain the same, they are waiting for the leader who they believe is their 'Imam'? No... Whoever you are My Servants in the world, you only need to save yourselves to the 'Right Group', I am the Sovereign God whom I Appear with My 'Kun-Fayakun', along with My Witnesses, even the 'Sufyani' line that I will drown. Indeed, you only need to save yourselves in the 'time of determination'. Help your Muslim brothers in Palestine! Move with faith in Me and faith in the Last Day! Establish 'Laa Ilaaha Illallah', walk in the way of Muhammad and grasp My Laws (Quran)! Return to Me, abandon your sins! Stop changing My creation to yourselves! And stay away from the cursed deeds like the 'Sodomites'! Look! You have been proud of doing it and you have openly exposed it. Indeed My punishment came upon the 'Sodomites' until they vanished in punishment. And you rise up, and boast, showing off proudly. Do not be unjust to yourselves, when 'My Fog of Smoke' comes, your proud bodies will be blistered and you will be ashamed and humiliated. Repent, before the one great thing I AM TAKING ACTION FOR YOUR SAFETY AND BE A FAITHFUL HUMAN BEAST. Open Surah Hud verses 37 and 38, 39, 40, O Ruqhoyya!" Surah Hud Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 37: "Make the ark with the supervision and guidance of Our revelation and do not talk (again) with Me about (the fate of) the wrongdoers. Surely they will be drowned." Verse 38: "He (Noah) began to build the ark. Whenever the leaders of his people walked past him, they mocked him. He (Noah) said, "If you mock us, we will mock you as you mock us." Verse 39: "Then, you will know who (among us) will be afflicted with a humiliating punishment and (who) will be afflicted with an everlasting punishment." Verse 40: "(Thus,) until when Our command came (to destroy them) and the furnace had poured out water, We said, "Load into it (the ark) from each (kind of animal) a pair (male and female), your family except for those who had a foreordained decree (to be drowned), and (load also) those who believe." But they did not believe with him (Noah), except a few." "Verily, in 'My Scripture', are My Laws, and you mock at 'My Witnesses', deifying 'devils and jinn, demons, up to ad-dajjal', while you do not believe in My verses, verily Jahim Hell is their return, and Al-Huthamah Hell for you mocking and miserly Servants." "I said, 'O Lord, indeed You are Our Lord, the Great, the Compassionate and the Forgiving, forgive us O Lord.'" Allah answered me in the heart of inspiration: "O Ruqhoyya! If they do not change themselves, they will remain negligent until 'ad-dajjal' takes them, indeed they will remain in My Hell of Jahannam hereafter." Ulaa'ika âalaa hudammirrabbihim wa ulaa'ika humul-muflihuun Aameen, yaa Allah, yaa Rabb, yaa Sami', yaa Bashir, Alhamdulillah
