The Risalah of Ar-Rahman

March 16, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "O Ruqhoyya, write; verily, when Isa ibn Maryam descends to the earth, My Power will be clearly witnessed. Indeed, that time is near. Isa ibn Maryam will not descend to the earth if 'My Witness' does not exist. When 'My Witness' is present, the time for which I am establishing the great day is near. I showed in Ruqhoyya's dream how Ruqhoyya in her dream in the jannah of Isa ibn Maryam, Isa ibn Maryam I promised, 'If a woman has reached your jannah, your time is approaching, indeed I have gathered you together, when in the realm of the Spirit you were together'. Indeed I said to Isa ibn Maryam, 'When a woman reaches your jannah, your time will be near...' And True is My Promise, I am the Promise Fulfiller. I brought 'My Witness' in a dream that I showed her, when she was in the jannah of Isa ibn Maryam, indeed the message of Isa ibn Maryam was delivered to 'My Witness Ruqhoyya'. That is the time that I promised, not 'My Witness' reached Isa ibn Maryam if that time is not near. The coming of Isa ibn Maryam is witnessed by 'My Witness' and 'My Witnesses', indeed that is the truth from Me. Open Surat Az-Zumar verses 8 to 37, O Ruqhoyya!" Surat Az-Zumar Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 8: "When calamity strikes, man invokes (help) from his Lord by returning (obedience) to Him. But when He favors him, he forgets what he had asked Allah for before and he makes partners for Allah to mislead (people) from His way. Say (Prophet Muhammad), âPleasure yourself with your disbelief for a while! Verily you are among the dwellers of hell." Verse 9: "(Is the polytheist more fortunate) or the one who worships at night prostrate, standing, fearing the Hereafter, and expecting the mercy of his Lord? Say (Prophet Muhammad), "Are those who know (the rights of Allah) equal to those who do not know (the rights of Allah)?" Surely only the wise can learn." Verse 10: "Say (Prophet Muhammad), O My believing servants, fear your Lord.â Those who do good in this world will obtain good. The earth of Allah is vast. Indeed, it is only those who are patient whose reward is perfected without reckoning." Verse 11: "Say, "Indeed I have been commanded to worship Allah with sincere obedience to Him." Verse 12: "I am commanded to be the first (of his people) to surrender (to Allah)." Verse 13: "Say, "Verily I fear the punishment of the great day if I disobey my Lord."" Verse 14: "Say, "Allah is the only One whom I worship with sincere obedience to Him."" Verse 15: "So, worship whatever you like besides Him (O polytheists!) Say, "Verily, the losers are those who harm themselves and their families on the Day of Judgment." Remember, such is a real loss." Verse 16: "Above them are layers of fire and beneath them are also layers. Thus does Allah terrify His servants with it. O My servants, fear Me!" Verse 17: "Those who avoid tagut, (i.e.) do not worship it and return (repent) to Allah, for them is glad tidings. So, convey the glad tidings to My servants." Verse 18: "(Those) who listen to words and follow what is best among them. They are the ones whom Allah has guided and they are the ululalbab (people of sound mind)." Verse 19: "So, are you going to change the fate of those who are certain of their doom? Will you save those who are in hell?" Verse 20: "But those who fear their Lord will have for them chambers (in Paradise), above which are chambers built (on levels), and underneath which rivers flow. (That is) the promise of Allah. Allah will not break a promise." Verse 21: "Have you not seen that Allah sends down water (rain) from the sky, and He makes it flow into the fountains of the earth, and with it He grows plants of various colors, and then they dry up, and you see them yellowish, and then He makes them fall apart? Verily, in such things there is indeed a lesson for the ululalbab." Verse 22: "So, is he whose heart Allah opens to Islam, and he receives light from his Lord (the same as one whose heart is petrified)? So, woe to those whose hearts are petrified from remembering Allah. They are in manifest error." Verse 23: "Allah has sent down the best of words, (i.e.) the Book (of the Qur'an) which is similar (in verses) and repetitive. Therefore, the skin of those who fear their Lord trembles. Then their skins and hearts soften at the remembrance of Allah. That is the guidance of Allah by which He guides whom He wills. Whom Allah leaves astray no one can guide." Verse 24: "Is the one who avoids the evil punishment with his face on the Day of Resurrection (the same as the believer who is not subject to punishment)? It is said to the wrongdoers, "Taste the recompense of what you have done."" Verse 25: "Those who before them had denied (the messengers), the punishment came upon them from a direction they were not aware of." Verse 26: "So, Allah inflicted upon them disgrace in the life of the world. Indeed, the punishment of the Hereafter is greater if they knew." Verse 27: "Indeed, We have indeed set forth in this Qur'ān all kinds of parables for men that they may learn." Verse 28: "(It is) the Qur'ân in Arabic, in which there is no crookedness, that they may fear." Verse 29: "Allah has made a simile, (that of) a man (slave) who is owned by several people in association, (but) in dispute, and a man (slave) who is the sole property of one (only). Are they the same? Praise be to Allah, but most of them do not know." Verse 30: "Surely you will die and surely they too will die." Verse 31: "Then, indeed, all of you on the Day of Resurrection will argue before your Lord." Verse 32: "So, who is more unjust than he who lies against Allah and denies the truth when it comes to him? Is not Jahanam an abode for the disbelievers?" Verse 33: "Those who bring the truth (of the Prophet Muhammad) and confirm it, they are the righteous." Verse 34: "They shall have what they desire with their Lord. That is the reward of those who do good." Verse 35: "(Thus) that Allah may expiate the worst of what they have done and reward them with something better than what they had done." Verse 36: "Is it not Allah who suffices His servants? They frighten you with other than Him. Whom Allah lets astray there is none to guide him." Verse 37: "Whom Allah guides no one leads astray. Is not Allah the Mighty and the Powerful to avenge?" Ulaa'ika âalaa hudammirrabbihim wa ulaa'ika humul-muflihuun Aameen, yaa Allah, yaa Rabb, yaa Sami', yaa Bashir, Alhamdulillah
