The Risalah of Ar-Rahman

April 6, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "O My Servant! Do your work as usual again! Share My messages again and recite them! Do not bring a single news in My Ahmad-Habibi except only My messages! And Salute your Lord the Most High! I Allah give you the Highest Degree and it is enough that I your Lord the Great fulfill your hearts and what I command. Behold, the one whose name I erase, I easily do while it has been written by My Will, and I am the One Who gives My Utterances for all My Servants to confirm their Promise to Me. It is just that he is the Servant who is haughty and arrogant, he is the Servant who does not want to recite 'My Message' and he is the Servant who says, 'I have been chosen by Allah without My Will to 'My Witness', whereas 'My Witness' writes his name upon My Command'. Behold how one whom I Promised in the Highest Degree, 'Disobeyed' Me, as well as one whom I warned him many times, yet he fulfilled his wishful thinking until he lost what I willed for him. Verily, I am Allah the Promise Fulfiller, I command Ruqhoyya to go to My Holy Land, for him to know, what he said, 'Invite us to the House of Allah', indeed I answered him, 'In a moment Ruqhoyya will reach My Holy Land' and I know what I want. And even then, I gave Ruqhoyya a dream, and I said to Ruqhoyya afterwards, Remember I gave you a dream in your past (2008), you were heading in one place and a woman was chasing you in a vast sandy land, you were with her in the vast sandy land in your dream. And she pursued you and you said O Ruqhoyya, when the woman pleaded with you, and gave you a bundle, she said 'Give me medicine!' And you answered O Ruqhoyya, 'Ask Allah! Ask Allah! Ask Allah!' You raised your index finger to him and said, 'Ask Allah!' Indeed, he was having the disease of doubting Me so that he ignored my warning, and you left him and went to the land of My Al-Haram and said, 'It is not yet time for you before My Ka'bah' (2009 dream). And My command to you at this time, this is, 'that time'... Ask forgiveness for all Muhammad's people if you come before My Kaaba, pray in My Al-Haram! Ask Forgiveness for the people of your father Ahmad. Verily they ignore My Speech, verily they say I am the 'jinn' who gives you My Speech, verily they say I am the 'ad-dajjal' who speaks to you. Indeed, they are on that side, Show it to all the people of the world! I am Allah who desires salvation for My Ahmad's Ummah, with My Promise, which I fulfill when his death will come, I Allah will testify to the mouthpiece of My Voice, 'the Light of My Ahmad', until I bring him at the End of Time, for I deliver My Messages, save all of you My Servants, believe in Me! and believe in the Last Day! Indeed, what I Promise will come to pass and I am the Promise Fulfiller. Indeed, the disobedient Servant prefers his own wickedness to his salvation and the salvation of My other Servants, until they together strike 'My Witness'. A woman, a mother who calls her children to come in My Call. Enter the 'Right Group', and she is part of 'My Ahmad's Light', and I love part of 'My Ahmad's Light' because of My Ahmad. And the 'ad-dajjal' and the 'servant of ad-dajjal' with envy for him, jealousy and envy, and slander, pursue him even though he has moved away from all My Servants. Indeed, 'My Witness' will be hunted and indeed I am the Guardian, until one day you know and are in regret, and your regret is useless. I provide a 'Witness' (Khadijah) from My Witness Ruqhoyya, I give My message in Ruqhoyya's dream, one is left behind, and Ruqhoyya picks him up, some others have gone to Me, immediately and slowly, Indeed I save him. See how I give 'My Witness' the dream and I am the one who explains to all of you because the dream of the End Times approaches in Truth and I open, I am the one who justifies. Indeed, this is your time, before the sun rises from the western horizon and sinks from the western horizon, so your time is near, in one day until. I give Ruqhoyya a dream of how an 'ad-dajjal' with his two faces, no matter how far Ruqhoyya moves away from him he will not be able to let go of 'My Witness', for My power applies to Ruqhoyya. An 'ad-dajjal' will not let go because of his vengeance, verily, My Word is dangerous and frightening. Indeed, I easily, raise My Light to whom I will if they are arrogant and disbelieving, denying My Favors so that I make him 'My Witness'. Open Surah Ghafir verse 15, O Ruqhoyya! Indeed, I will to the Servant whom I will, so that it is Easy for me to speak to him, and if it were not at the 'Boundary of the Age' I would not have come to testify and you would have continued in disbelief and away from the path of Muhammad. Surah Ghafir Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 15: "(He is) the Most High, who has the Throne, who sends down revelation by His command to whom He will among His servants, in order to warn (people) of the day of meeting (the Day of Judgment)," "O My servants! Behold, the warner has come to you by My command, he is 'My Witness', standing by the side of Isa ibn Maryam, and saving you as a mother calls her children to obey My Call. There is no more 'Prophet and Messenger', indeed I show Isa ibn Maryam in Ruqhoyya's dream, descending flanked by two angel wings, when I will testify to Ruqhoyya (November 26, 2023). And I showed in her dream, in her past, how Isa ibn Maryam, descended to the earth to the presence of 'My Witness'. When they have approached the earth, two of My angels will resemble a man in his glory, and I present him before 'My Witness', until he reaches the presence of 'My Witness' in his dream in his past, and enters his small mihrab in front of his garden. Indeed, they will give a sign to 'My Witness' From Me, the Great God. And I opened the dream of 'My Witness', indeed I am the Justifier and this is your time, when Isa ibn Maryam has descended to the earth in the form of himself and is truly himself, neither he entered the body of another nor was in the body of another, indeed I made Ruqhoyya 'Witness' of Isa ibn Maryam as you were misled by someone who said, 'he is a Messenger, he is an Isa ibn Maryam'. I have not made a woman 'My Witness' and there is no more 'Prophet and Messenger', and she stands by the side of Isa ibn Maryam. Indeed they are My 'Witnesses' (Isa AS & Ruqhoyya) as My Pillar of Light, Ruhullah Al-Quddus Isa ibn Maryam accompanies My Witnesses to My presence, and following the people whom he did not know present before Me, I showed him in a dream in the past Ruqhoyya (2006). Indeed, the number of those who believe in Me testifies, before one great thing only '313' people from religious tribes, coming from countries from any part of the world. They are not people of knowledge but they are My servants who believe in Me testifying. Ulaa'ika âalaa hudammirrabbihim wa ulaa'ika humul-muflihuun Aameen, yaa Allah, yaa Rabb, yaa Sami', yaa Bashir, Alhamdulillah
