The Risalah of Ar-Rahman

April 26, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "O Ruqhoyya!.... I am Allah enough for you, and walk in the path of My Pleasure. Call My Servants and say to them in the world, 'O Servants of Allah in the world, don't you want Palestine to be in peace?' Follow My Call, Allah! Go with all My Muslims in the world, look for My Servants in Palestine! Contact them! And send the buyers their food! They have nothing to eat, and they are in sickness, distress, and hunger, their orphans, and the orphans among their brothers and the orphans they look after, need milk, medicine, and food, indeed I am with My hungry Servant, I am with My sick Servant and I am with the wronged servant, while you are watching. Some of you are unconcerned and engrossed in your joy. It is unbelieving for a Muslin to allow his Muslim brother to be destroyed before him and he is without conscience and haste in the faith of Islam. When one of My Servants has faith in Me with My Call, he is poor and not wealthy, it is enough for him to show faith in Me by giving away a packet of salt because the 'Right Group', the Servants who help and care for his Muslim brother who is afflicted with hunger and afflicted with injustice, is destroyed instantly, and in a cage. I am Allah the Great Judge and the Light of My Justice has spread on earth and you help each other, and I am Allah the Merciful, the Rahman of martyrs too, those who give their sustenance in My Way, believe in Me and return to Me, believe in the Last Day, save themselves when My Message comes. Indeed, that is the 'Limit of Time' begins to be completed, and you strive in My Way to save yourselves, leave your disobedience, and hasten in the way of Muhammad, holding My Laws that are in the holy verses of the Quran. And stand up with 'Laa Ilaaha Illallah Muhammaddurrasulullah'. Do not be deaf, dumb, and blind and juxtapose Me Allah with the accursed 'satan' and 'jinn' who steal the Secrets of the sky even 'ad-dajjal'. Indeed, that is the 'fitnah ad-dajjal' and you are on the path of that 'ad-dajjal'. Your leader 'ad-dajjal' is already on the earth, only that 'iblish ad-dajjal' will rise riding on him, riding on his body, and he says, 'I am Muhammad, I am Isa ibn Maryam, and later I am Allah'. I am enough for you! Open Surah Al-Jinn verses 7, 8, 9, 10. And open Surah Al-Qiyamah verses 7, 8, 9, 10!" Surah Al-Jinn Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 7: "And indeed they (the jinn) thought as you (the Meccan disbelievers) thought, that Allah would never raise up a messenger," Verse 8: "And verily we have tried to know the heavens, and found them full of strong guards and arrows of fire," Verse 9: "and indeed we used to be able to occupy some of the places in the heavens in order to hear (their news). But now whoever (tries) to listen (to such), will certainly find arrows of fire lurking (to burn him)." Verse 10: "And indeed we do not know whether evil is intended for those on earth or whether their Lord intends good for them." Surah Al-Qiyamah Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 7: "So when the eyes are opened (in fear)," Verse 8: "and when the moon has lost its light," Verse 9: "and the sun and the moon are gathered," Verse 10: "on that day people will say, 'Where is the place to flee to?" "Indeed, My Count will not harm you unless you watch in My way. Keep watch, believe in Me and in the Last Day! Return to Me in the way of Muhammad the last prophet, the Prophet of the Last Day, the Seal of the Age! Do not despair! My Mercy is vast, fear not! Remember the Last Day as death comes suddenly, or prepare yourselves on the path of Faith in Me and Faith in the Last Day! Continue your life in the civility of the Last Day to be established. Your steps are only two paths, the 'Right Group' or the 'Left Group', the first group believes in Me only a few, '313' people only, and they call you in this world, and donate their wealth and souls in My way without fear, because they Love Me and love Muhammad your last prophet, more than their love for themselves, their families, and their parents and their wealth. Open Surah Nuh verses 7, 8, 9, and 10, Recite My Call!" Surah Noah Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 7: "And indeed whenever I called them (to faith) that You might forgive them, they thrust their fingers into their ears, and covered their garments (over their faces), and they remained (in denial) and boasted greatly." Verse 8: "Then indeed I called them (to faith) openly," Verse 9: "then indeed I (called) them (again) openly and secretly," Verse 10: "then I said to them, `Beg forgiveness to your Lord, surely He is the Most Forgiving,'" "When My Word comes, it is Light for you to fill the earth, As a point of light falls on the earth, and the earth is brightened, My Herald, My Ahmad Light, brings news to you, for you to Know, if My Voice, I God, is heard on the earth, the earth is destroyed, As Moses wanted to see My Face, the mountains are destroyed. And I showed My Witness, how I spoke, 'O young man, Realize! Life is transient', and the earth shattered, all scattered like cotton. Open Surah Ghafir verse 15 and ponder!" Surah Ghafir Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 15: "(He is) the Most High, the One with the Throne, Who sends Gabriel with (His) command to whomsoever He wills among His servants that he may warn (mankind) of the Day of Meeting." "Open Surah Az-Zumar and see how My witnesses are. I have power over what I will." Surat Az-Zumar Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 1: "The Book (this Qur'an) was revealed by Allah, the Mighty, the Wise." Verse 2: "We have revealed to you the Book (Qur'an) with the truth. So worship Allah with pure obedience to Him." Verse 3: "Remember, to Allah alone belongs the religion that is pure (from polytheism). And those who take protectors besides Allah (say), 'We do not worship them, but that they may draw us nearer to Allah as near as possible'. Verily, Allah will decide between them what they dispute about. Verily, Allah does not guide those who are liars and deniers." Verse 4: "If Allah had wished to take a son, He would have chosen what He wished among the creations He had created. Glory be to Allah. He is the One, the Overcomer." Verse 5: "He created the heavens and the earth for a righteous purpose; He covered the night with the day and covered the day with the night, and He subjected the sun and the moon, each of them to its appointed time. Remember He is the Mighty, the Forgiving." Verse 6: "He created you from a single person, then He made from her his wife and He sent down for you eight pairs of livestock. He made you in your mother's womb event after event in three darknesses. This is Allah, your Lord, the Lord of the kingdom. There is no God but Him, so how can you be turned away?" Verse 7: "If you disbelieve, then surely Allah has no need of your faith and He does not approve of disbelief for His servants; and if you give thanks, surely He will approve of your giving thanks; and a sinner shall not bear the sin of another. Then, to your Lord is your return, and He will tell you what you have done. Surely He knows best what is hidden in your bosom." Verse 8: "When calamity strikes, man invokes his Lord for help by returning to Him. But when He favors him, he forgets what he had asked of Allah before and he makes partners for Allah to mislead (people) from His way. Say (Prophet Muhammad), âPleasure yourself with your disbelief for a while! Verily you are among the dwellers of hell." Verse 9: "(Is the polytheist more fortunate) or he who worships at night prostrate, standing, fearing the Hereafter, and expecting the mercy of his Lord? Say (Prophet Muhammad), "Are those who know (the rights of God) equal to those who do not know (the rights of God)?" Surely only the wise can learn." Verse 10: "Say (Prophet Muhammad), O My believing servants, fear your Lord.â Those who do good in this world will obtain good. The earth of Allah is vast. Indeed, it is only those who are patient whose reward is perfected without reckoning." Verse 11: "Say, "Indeed I have been commanded to worship Allah with sincere obedience to Him." Verse 12: "I am commanded to be the first (of his people) to surrender (to Allah)." Verse 13: "Say, "Verily I fear the punishment of the great day if I disobey my Lord."" Verse 14: "Say, "Allah is the only One whom I worship with sincere obedience to Him."" Verse 15: "So, worship whatever you like besides Him (O polytheists!) Say, "Indeed, the losers are those who harm themselves and their families on the Day of Judgment." Remember, such is a real loss." Verse 16: "Above them are layers of fire and beneath them are also layers. Thus does Allah terrify His Servants with it. O My servants, fear Me!" Verse 17: "Those who avoid tagut, (i.e.) do not worship it and return (repent) to Allah, for them is glad tidings. So, convey the glad tidings to My servants." Verse 18: "(Those) who listen to words and follow what is best among them. They are the ones whom Allah has guided and they are the ululalbab (people of sound mind)." Verse 19: "So, are you going to change the fate of those who are certain of their doom? Will you save those who are in hell?" Verse 20: "But those who fear their Lord will have for them chambers (in Paradise), above which are chambers built (on levels), and underneath which rivers flow. (That is) the promise of Allah. Allah will not break a promise." Verse 21: "Have you not noticed that Allah sends down water (rain) from the sky, and He makes it flow into the fountains of the earth, and with it He grows plants of various colors, and then they dry up, and you see them yellowish, and then He makes them fall apart? Verily, in such things there is indeed a lesson for the ululalbab." Verse 22: "So, is he whose heart Allah opens to Islam, and he receives light from his Lord (the same as one whose heart is petrified)? So, woe to those whose hearts are petrified from remembering Allah. They are in manifest error." Verse 23: "Allah has sent down the best of words, (i.e.) the Book (of the Qur'an) which is similar (in verses) and repetitive. Therefore, the skin of those who fear their Lord trembles. Then their skins and hearts soften at the remembrance of Allah. That is the guidance of Allah by which He guides whom He wills. Whom Allah leaves astray no one can guide." Verse 24: "Is the one who avoids the evil punishment with his face on the Day of Resurrection (the same as the believer who is not subject to punishment)? It is said to the wrongdoers, "Taste the recompense of what you have done."" Verse 25: "Those who before them had denied (the messengers), a punishment came upon them from a direction they were not aware of." Verse 26: "So, Allah inflicted upon them disgrace in the life of the world. Indeed, the punishment of the Hereafter is greater if they knew." Verse 27: "Indeed, We have indeed set forth in this Qur'ān all kinds of parables for men that they may learn." Verse 28: "(It is) the Qur'ân in Arabic, in which there is no crookedness, that they may fear." Verse 29: "Allah has made a simile, (that of) a man (a slave) who is owned by several people in association, (but) in dispute, and a man (a slave) who is the sole property of one (only). Are they the same? Praise be to Allah, but most of them do not know." Verse 30: "Surely you will die and surely they too will die." Verse 31: "Then, indeed, all of you on the Day of Resurrection will argue before your Lord." Verse 32: "Who, then, is more unjust than he who lies against God and denies the truth when it comes to him? Is not Jahanam an abode for the disbelievers?" Verse 33: "Those who bring the truth (of the Prophet Muhammad) and confirm it, they are the righteous." Verse 34: "They shall have what they desire with their Lord. That is the reward of those who do good." Verse 35: "(Thus) that Allah may expiate the worst of their deeds and reward them with something better than what they had done." Verse 36: "Is it not Allah who suffices His Servants? They frighten you with other than Him. Whom Allah lets astray there is none to guide him." Verse 37: "Whom Allah guides no one leads astray. Is not Allah the Mighty and the Powerful to avenge?" Verse 38: "And indeed, if you had asked them, 'Who created the heavens and the earth?' They would have said, 'Allah'. Say, 'Then do you know what you worship besides Allah; if Allah were to bring calamity upon me, would they be able to remove it, or if Allah were to bestow mercy upon me, would they be able to prevent His mercy?' Say, 'Allah is sufficient for me. To Him are those who put their trust'." Verse 39: "Say (Muhammad), 'O my people, do according to your position, and I do likewise. Later you will know." Verse 40: "who will have a humiliating punishment and an everlasting torment inflicted upon him." Verse 41: "Indeed, We sent down to you the Book (Quran) with the truth for mankind; whoever is guided is for himself, and whoever goes astray is for himself, and you are not responsible for them." Verse 42: "Allah holds the life of a person at the time of his death and the life of a person who has not yet died while he sleeps; so He holds the life of the one for whom He has decreed death and He releases the life of the other until the appointed time. Indeed, in such are the signs of Allah for those who think." Verse 43: "Or do they take helpers besides Allah. Say, 'Do you take them too, though they have nothing and do not understand?'" Verse 44: "Say, 'Help belongs to Allah alone. He has the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and to Him you will be returned." Verse 45: "And when only the name of Allah is mentioned, the hearts of those who do not believe in the Hereafter are upset. But when the names of other gods besides Allah are mentioned, suddenly they become glad." Verse 46: "Say, 'O Allah, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, who knows all that is unseen and manifest, it is You who decides between Your servants what they have always disputed.'" Verse 47: "And if the wrongdoers had all that is in the earth and more, they would redeem themselves with it from the evil punishment of the Day of Resurrection. And there will be clear to them a punishment from Allah of which they had not foreseen." Verse 48: "And there will be made clear to them the evil of what they have done, and they will be overwhelmed by what they used to mock at." Verse 49: "So when man is afflicted with calamity he calls upon Us, then when We bestow Our favor upon him he says, "Surely I was given this favor only because of my cleverness." In truth, it is a test, but most of them do not know." Verse 50: "Indeed, those who were before them have also said so, so it is of no avail to them what they used to do." Verse 51: "Then they were afflicted with the evil consequences of what they had done. And the wrongdoers among them will also be afflicted with the evil consequences of what they have done, and they will not be able to escape." Verse 52: "And do they not know that Allah expands provision for whom He wills and restricts it (for whom He wills)? Surely in such are signs for those who believe." Verse 53: "Say, "O My servants who transgress against themselves! Do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Verily, Allah forgives the sins of all. Indeed, He is the Forgiving, the Merciful." Verse 54: "And return to your Lord, and surrender to Him before the punishment comes upon you, then you cannot be helped." Verse 55: "And follow the best of what has been revealed to you (the Quran) from your Lord before the torment comes upon you suddenly, while you are not aware of it." Verse 56: "lest any man should say, 'How great is my regret at my neglect of Allah, and indeed I am of those who make a mockery of (Allah's religion)'," Verse 57: "or (lest) anyone should say, "If Allah had guided me, I would have been among the pious," Verse 58: "or (lest) anyone say at the sight of the punishment, 'If only I could return (to the world), I would have been among those who did good.'" Verse 59: "Indeed, 'My revelations came to you, but you denied them, and you boasted and were among the disbelievers'." Verse 60: "And on the Day of Resurrection, you will see those who lie against Allah; their faces will be black. Is there not a place in Hellfire for those who boast?" Verse 61: "And Allah saves the pious for their victory; they are not touched by the punishment (of Hell) nor do they grieve." Verse 62: "Allah created all things and He preserves all things." Verse 63: "To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth, and those who disbelieve in the verses of Allah, they are the losers." Verse 64: "Say, 'Then do you tell me to worship other than Allah, O people without knowledge?" Verse 65: "And indeed it was revealed to you and to those before you. 'If you associate partners (with God), your deeds will surely be nullified and you will surely be among the losers." Verse 66: "Therefore, let Allah alone be worshiped and let you be among the grateful." Verse 67: "And they did not glorify Allah with proper exaltation, even though the earth will be in His grasp on the Day of Resurrection and the heavens will be rolled up with His right hand. Glory be to God, and Most High is He from what they associate." Verse 68: "And the trumpet was blown, and whoever was in the heavens and the earth died, except whom Allah willed. Then the trumpet was blown again, and suddenly they stood waiting (for their verdict)." Verse 69: "And the earth was brightened with the light (of justice) of their Lord, and books were given (for the reckoning of their deeds), and prophets and witnesses were brought, and judgment was given among them with justice, and they were not wronged." Verse 70: "And to every soul will be perfected what it has done, and He knows best what they have done." Verse 71: "The unbelievers are brought to Hellfire in groups. So that when they came to it, its gates were opened and its guards said to them, 'Have there not come to you messengers from among you who recited to you the verses of your Lord and warned you of the meeting of this day?' They said, 'Yes, they have'. But the decree of punishment is certain against those who disbelieve." Verse 72: "It is said to them, 'Enter the gates of Hellfire, and therein abide ye;' and Hellfire is the worst of places for those who boast." Verse 73: "And those who fear their Lord are brought into Paradise in groups. So that when they come to it and its doors are open, its guardians will say to them, 'Prosperity be upon you. Blessed are you! So enter this paradise, and you will remain therein'." Verse 74: "And they said, 'Praise be to Allah who has fulfilled His promise to us and has (given) us this place, while we (are) allowed to occupy a place in Paradise wherever we please; so Paradise is the best reward for those who do good deeds'." Verse 75: "And you will see the angels circling around the Throne praising their Lord and judging between the servants of Allah with justice and saying, 'Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds'." "If I am powerful with My Kun-Fayakun, even creating My Servant in the same manner as before My creation and I strengthen his joints. Open Surat Al-Insan verses 7, 8, 9, 10!" Surah Al-Insan Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 7: "They fulfill vows and fear a day whose punishment is everywhere." Verse 8: "And they give their favorite food to the poor, the orphan and the prisoner." Verse 9: "(saying), "Verily, we feed you only for the sake of Allah's pleasure; we do not expect anything from you in return." Verse 10: "Indeed, we fear God on the Day (when) the people will have sour faces full of distress."
