The Risalah of Ar-Rahman

Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
"O Ruqhoyya, write! See how I Fulfill the promise to you, the blazing fire, I have shown in the world to the wrongdoing Servants ... The wrongdoers have had their just recompense in the beginning, indeed they will not be victorious in anything, they will be eternal in the fire of hell. Don't you always say, 'yaa Allah show Your Power in this universe so that people know, You are my Lord, Allah, the Supreme Judge, testify, so that everyone knows You Allah testify to me, and give Your Message. That all Your Muslims may hasten to come to You yaa Allah'.
O Ruqhoyya, I have shown you My Power many times, but they did not learn. Is not 'My Message' My Power? Do you not see How I show you clear signs and evident proofs? I Allah will not leave you in weariness, I see your efforts, I (Allah) know best. I, Allah, am sufficient for you.
Do you want Me to speak on this earth and you have seen in your dreams, how I speak and the earth crumbles, scattering like cotton? I am sufficient for you, indeed I know your endeavors, look at how Noah, called out to My servants day and night and for hundreds of years (centuries). Indeed I know. Look at your brothers in Palestine and I am the fulfillment of the promise. Have I not testified and promised, only they disbelieved, like the disbelievers, ignoring My Message. And they are swayed by the pleasures of the world.
I am sufficient for you, and you are My witnesses without fatigue. Open Surat Ghafir verses 15 to 40, O Ruqhoyya! And know that all My Laws have been written in the Holy Quran, and they do not believe in My verses except that they think that what you say is a warning about the Day of Resurrection."
Surah Ghafir
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 15: "(He is) the Most High, who has the Throne, who sends down revelation by His command to whom He will among His Servants, in order to warn (mankind) of the day of meeting (the Day of Judgment),"
Verse 16: "(i.e.) on the day (when) they will come forth (from the grave); nothing of their state will be hidden from Allah. (Then Allah will say), 'To whom does the kingdom belong this day?' To Allah, the One, the Overcomer."
Verse 17: "On this day every soul is rewarded according to what it has done. No one is harmed on this day. Indeed, Allah is swift in His reckoning."
Verse 18: "And warn them of the Day that is approaching (the Day of Judgment) when the heart will be strained to the throat by grief. There is no friend for the wrongdoer, nor is there for him an accepted helper."
Verse 19: "He knows the treacherous eye and what is hidden in the breast."
Verse 20: "And Allah decides with truth. But those who are worshipped besides Him cannot decide with anything. Verily Allah, He is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing."
Verse 21: "And do they not travel the earth and see how those who went before them have ended? Those people were greater in strength than they and (more) in the earth, but Allah punished them for their sins. And there will be nothing to protect them from Allah."
Verse 22: "That is because the messengers had come to them with clear proofs1 and they disbelieved; so Allah punished them. Indeed, He is the Mighty, the Severe in His punishment."
Verse 23: "And indeed, We sent Moses with Our verses and clear proofs."
Verse 24: "to Pharaoh, Haman and Karun; and they said, '(Moses) is a magician and a liar.'"

Verse 28: "And a believer among the family of Pharaoh who hid his faith said, 'Would you kill a man because he said, 'My Lord is Allah,' when indeed, he has come to you with clear proofs from your Lord. And if he is a liar, it is he who will bear the sin of his lie; and if he is a truthful man, surely some of what he threatens you with will befall you. Verily, Allah does not guide the transgressor and the liar."
Verse 29: "O my people! This day the kingdom is yours with dominion over the earth, but who will help us from the punishment of Allah if (it) befalls us?" Pharaoh said, "I have only revealed to you what I consider good; and I have only shown you the right way."
Verse 30: "And the believer said, 'O my people, I fear that you will be afflicted with a calamity like that of the destruction of a group of allies."
Verse 31: "(i.e.) like the custom of Noah, 'Ad, Samud and those who came after them. But Allah wills no injustice against His Servants."

Verse 33: "(i.e.) on the day (when) you turn back (to flee), no one will be able to save you from (the punishment of) Allah. And whoever Allah leaves astray, there will be none to guide him."
Verse 34: "And indeed, before that Joseph had come to you with clear proofs, but you always doubted what he brought, even when he died, you said, 'Allah will not send a messenger after him.' Thus Allah lets astray those who transgress and doubt."
Verse 35: "(Those) who dispute the verses of Allah without a reason having reached them.1 Great is the wrath (for them) in the sight of Allah and those who believe. Thus Allah locks the hearts of those who are arrogant and arbitrary."
Verse 36: "And Pharaoh said, 'O Haman! Make for me a high building so that I may reach the doors."
Verse 37: "(i.e.) the doors of heaven, that I may see the Lord of Moses, but I still see him a liar. And thus was made good to Pharaoh his evil deeds, and he was shut out from the (right) way; and the deceit of Pharaoh was nothing but harm."
Verse 38: "And the believer said, 'O my people, follow me; I will show you the right way."
Verse 39: "O my people, the life of this world is but a temporary pleasure, and the Hereafter is an everlasting land."
Verse 40: "Whoever does an evil deed will be rewarded in proportion to that evil. And whoever does good, whether male or female, while he is a believer, they will enter Paradise, and they will be given sustenance in it beyond measure."
