Message #877
Risalah Ar-Rahman
June 20, 2025
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
"O Ruqhoyya! When My Command comes, the time of what I have promised draws near. Indeed, for you is only to obey Me. And do not despair of My Mercy! Indeed, I have shown you many things. And I have given you My Word—this is the true guidance, and I have confirmed it with My Power. I have spoken to you since your childhood; indeed, I, Allah, have given you signs—none can do as My Will decrees. I AM ALLAH, guiding you.
Open Surah An-Nahl, verses 37 to 45, O Ruqhoyya!
Indeed, in My Verses lie My Decrees—announcements, blessings, and punishment. These shall surely apply to the servant who obeys, and punishment for those who disbelieve."
Surah An-Nahl
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 37
"If you (Muhammad) are eager that they may be guided, yet indeed, Allah will not guide those whom He causes to stray, and they will have no protector."
Verse 38
"And they swear by Allah with their strongest oaths that Allah will not resurrect the dead. But yes—He will raise them up—a true promise binding upon Him, yet most people do not know."
Verse 39
"So that He may make clear to them what they differ about, and so that the disbelievers may know that they were liars."
Verse 40
"Indeed, Our Word to a thing, when We intend it, is only that We say to it, 'Be!'—and it becomes."
Verse 41
"And those who emigrate for the sake of Allah after being wronged—We will surely grant them a goodly abode in this world. And the reward of the Hereafter is greater, if only they knew."
Verse 42
"(They are) those who are patient and only upon their Lord do they rely."
Verse 43
"And We did not send before you (Muhammad) any except men whom We inspired—so ask the people of knowledge if you do not know."
Verse 44
"(We sent them) with clear proofs and scriptures. And We have revealed Al-Dhikr (the Qur'an) to you, so that you may explain to mankind what has been revealed to them, and so that they may reflect."
Verse 45
"Then is the one who plots evil deeds secure from being swallowed by the earth along with them by Allah, or from the punishment coming upon them from where they do not perceive?"
"When they take oaths by you, O Ruqhoyya, they play with oaths taken in My Name. Indeed, they will receive a clear Decree in the future, just like the people who disbelieved after having believed—they did not remain pious, and they imagined themselves upon the right path by their words. Indeed, I, Allah, know fully what is hidden. I have led them astray because they determined their own wills.
No Decree of Mine takes place upon this earth except by My Will. Indeed, are you not ashamed before Me? Do you imagine you can fulfill your own desires through your mere thoughts? And do you dispute and quarrel among yourselves over My Message? Indeed, I, Allah, bear witness by My Witness, the Light of Ahmad—nothing occurs except what I will, and the time I, Allah, have promised will not arrive until its appointed moment comes.
Indeed, My Decree takes effect when I, Allah, bear witness. And My Witness does not fabricate testimony. Indeed, none knows My Purpose except whom I cause to 'Be' within My Will—and he knows. I, Allah, cause My Witness to die and I bring him back to life after he has known. Indeed, I, Allah, have power over him as I observe him without blinking.
Indeed, when you harm him with your thoughts, I, Allah, ignite war against you. Know this! My Promise is true, and I, Allah, have promised him: I will fulfill My Promise. A weak woman—you strike her collectively. Indeed, a man whom I have blessed with My Grace and revelations—he will claim prophethood and messengership. And you already know. Open Surah At-Tariq, O Ruqhoyya!"
Surah At-Tariq
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 1 "By the sky and the Nightcomer."
Verse 2 "And what will make you know what the Nightcomer is?"
Verse 3 "(It is) the piercing star,"
Verse 4 "every soul has a guardian over it."
Verse 5 "Let man reflect upon what he was created from."
Verse 6 "He was created from gushing water,"
Verse 7 "emerging from between the loins (sulbi) and the ribs."
Verse 8 "Indeed, Allah is fully capable of bringing him back (to life after death)."
Verse 9 "On the Day when all secrets will be laid bare,"
Verse 10 "man will have no power, nor any helper."
Verse 11 "By the sky which sends down rain,"
Verse 12 "and the earth which sprouts vegetation,"
Verse 13 "Indeed, (the Qur'an) is truly a decisive word (separating truth from falsehood),"
Verse 14 "and it is not mere jest."
Verse 15 "Indeed, the disbelievers devise evil schemes,"
Verse 16 "and I, too, devise subtle plans."
Verse 17 "Therefore, grant respite to the disbelievers. Give them a little while."
"Indeed, My Witness receives My Message. And you, My believing servants—men and women—obey My Call and see My Word. Indeed, there is no prophet or messenger after this. And I have made My Light of Ahmad—a woman—My Witness, and Witness to the coming of Isa ibn Maryam, as I showed in her dream. Isa ibn Maryam flanked by two of My Angels before him. Indeed, I, Allah, will fulfill My Promise, just as I, Allah, promised Isa ibn Maryam—when I raised him, and when I promised I would send him down.
Believe in Me and believe in the Last Day, so that you may be guided and led by My Call!
That is better for you, so that you may save yourselves."
