Risalah Ar-Rahman

June 20, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "Indeed, do not be deceived by someone’s dream. Verily, I am Allah, I have power over what I will. I am Allah, the All-Knowing. Indeed, I speak directly to you; you do not need guidance from anywhere or from anyone. Indeed, I, Allah, directly inform you of My Will. Truly, you are under My Ordinance. It is not a dream of someone that will bring you down, nor does your guidance come from another. I, Allah, Myself will explain to you. They are not truthful unless by My Testimony. And I bear witness that that person is truthful and you convey. I, Allah, have power to make 'Be' My Will at the 'End of Time'. And that person is not truthful if he disbelieves in Me, even if he receives My Guidance. I—ALLAH—am the One who gives them two paths. When they take the path of envy and arrogance, indeed, their guidance is not correct—until he acknowledges Me, Allah: 'Laa Ilaaha Illallah', Lord of the Worlds. I made a promise to one of the descendants of Adam, that I will fulfill My promise. If I do not fulfill My Promise, then I am not the Lord of the Worlds. Behold! I speak in this universe. My Word is dangerous and terrifying. Will that person accept My Decree because of his envy, along with those who are with him? I choose them and place them upon Ahmad-Habibi—those chosen among them—and one of them accepts My Word, dangerous and terrifying. Who among them receives My Guidance? Come forth from the place of the hypocrites. I choose from all of them one who believes in Me and bears witness, and I bring him forth through the dream: 'Take Me to Ruqhoyya...' Indeed, I, Allah, am the One who devises plans against those who associate others with Me. I cause you to die, O Ruqhoyya. I, Allah, am the Almighty. That is I, Allah—the One who gives life and causes death. I have power to make 'Be' whatever I, Allah, will. Will they then believe in Me and testify that I, Allah, fulfill My Promise? I—ALLAH—AM THE LORD OF THE WORLDS. Indeed, within My Witness lies My Chosen One, upon whom are gathered people from various lands and tribes of religion where he is, even though he knows nothing except belief in Me and bearing witness. That is My Chosen One. And upon Ruqhoyya are gathered 313 people, and upon that person who will carry others to confirm their pledge to Me (the Righteous Group) will be upon My Witness. I conceal him. He is one who believes in Me, and I have transformed him in one night. He recognizes the nations of Muhammad just as Muhammad recognizes his nations on the Day of Gathering. He is your 'Imam' in the future. Indeed, I—Allah—am the Decider, the Light in darkness, and I am the Light in darkness, and I, Allah, am the Light in darkness. Indeed, those who do not take heed will be under the leader of the 'Left Group'. Indeed, he has already been among you. That is My Decree, and you will head toward that time. Indeed, I, Allah, bear witness to saving you, yet your hearts are dead, just as you have killed My Message and the bearer of My Message. Open Surah As-Sajdah, O Ruqhoyya! Verses 8 to 29, O Ruqhoyya!" Surah As-Sajdah Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 8: "Then He made his offspring from a quintessence of humble fluid (semen)." Verse 9: "Then He proportioned him and breathed into him from His Spirit, and made for you hearing, sight, and hearts. Yet few of you are grateful." Verse 10: "And they say, 'Shall we indeed be returned, after we have perished into the earth, to a new creation?' Indeed, they deny the meeting with their Lord." Verse 11: "Say, 'The angel of death, entrusted with taking your souls, will cause you to die, then to your Lord you will be returned.'" Verse 12: "And (how terrible) if you could see the sinners bowing their heads before their Lord, (saying), 'Our Lord, we have seen and heard; so send us back (to the world), we will surely do righteous deeds. Indeed, we are now certain.'" Verse 13: "And had We willed, We could have given every soul its guidance, but the word (decree) from Me has already been established: 'I will surely fill Hell with jinn and men together.'" Verse 14: "So taste the punishment because you neglected the meeting with your Day like this. Indeed, We too have neglected you. Taste the eternal punishment for what you used to do." Verse 15: "Only those who believe in Our verses are the ones who, when reminded by them, fall down in prostration and glorify and praise their Lord, and they do not act arrogantly." Verse 16: "Their sides shun their beds, they supplicate to their Lord with fear and hope, and they spend from what We have provided them." Verse 17: "No soul knows what delights of the eyes are kept hidden for them—a reward for what they used to do." Verse 18: "Then, is the one who believes like the one who is defiantly disobedient (disbeliever)? They are not equal." Verse 19: "As for those who believe and do righteous deeds, they will have Gardens of Residence as reward for what they used to do." Verse 20: "And as for those who are defiantly disobedient (disbelievers), their abode is the Fire. Whenever they attempt to escape from it, they will be returned to it, and it will be said to them, 'Taste the punishment of the Fire which you used to deny.'" Verse 21: "And indeed, We afflict them with some punishment in this world before the greater punishment (in the Hereafter), so that they may return (to the right path)." Verse 22: "And who is more unjust than the one who has been reminded of the verses of his Lord, yet turns away from them? Indeed, We will surely recompense the sinners." Verse 23: "And indeed, We bestowed the Scripture (the Torah) upon Moses. So do not doubt receiving it (the Qur’an), and We made the Scripture a guidance for the Children of Israel." Verse 24: "And We made among them leaders who guide by Our command as long as they remained patient. They believed in Our verses." Verse 25: "Indeed, your Lord will judge between them on the Day of Judgment concerning that over which they used to differ." Verse 26: "And is it not a guidance for them how many generations We destroyed before them, while they walk through their dwellings? Indeed, in that are signs (of Allah’s power). Will they not then listen?" Verse 27: "And do they not see that We drive water (clouds) to barren land and produce thereby crops, which their livestock and they themselves eat? Then why do they not reflect?" Verse 28: "And they ask, 'When will this victory come, if you are truthful?'" Verse 29: "Say, 'On the day of victory, belief will not benefit the disbelievers, nor will they be granted respite.'" "Indeed, Al-Furqon is the distinguisher between truth and falsehood. And indeed, I—Allah—am the One who separates the 'Righteous Group' and the 'Left Group', and I—Allah—am the One who increases grace upon My chosen servants who are in the ranks of Isa ibn Maryam. And among My Witnesses is My Chosen Witness, receiving My Message, speaking by My Will, the Light of Ahmad of Mine, and the Witness of Isa ibn Maryam. Indeed, I showed Ruqhoyya: they were gathered in the realm of Spirit before they were formed—Isa ibn Maryam, a servant who believed in Me, and one who disbelieved in Me. After I, Allah, made him one who cannot yet be named, yet he cannot be called someone to whom I gave a name and title—indeed, before seven full moons, he had disbelieved." Ulaa'ika ‘alaa hudammirrabbihim wa ulaa'ika humul-muflihuun Aamiin, yaa Allah, yaa Rabb, yaa Sami', yaa Bashir, Alhamdulillah
