Message #893

Risalah Ar-Rahman

June 28, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "O Ruqhoyya, write! Say: 'The Hour of Doom is from the side of Allah, and it is Allah who gives explanations. Indeed, I only convey the explanations from Allah. Truly, I do not know except that Allah is the Giver of Explanations. Indeed, Allah has given me a message because Allah has made me a Witness receiving His Message. Indeed, the Hour is from the Side of Rabbul'Alamin; all Praise belongs to Allah, and His Dominion encompasses the heavens and the earth. No one knows where the beginning of the Time Limit lies; truly, I am only a conveyor of what Allah reveals. And from the Testimony of Allah upon me: ALLAH showed me parts as He willed, by His grace, through my dreams and by His Will with His grace. Indeed, Allah is the Giver of Warnings, and I am only a conveyor, explaining what is conveyed. I was shown a dream, and I was shown His Power; truly, I only explain what I see and convey it without exaggeration, and when I withhold, it is because there are dangerous and terrifying secrets if I were to reveal them, and I will not bring forth any event I have seen before Allah opens it. In certain parts I conceal, but it will not make me disbelieving, for I do not precede what I have seen except that Allah makes 'Be'—what I have concealed truly happens—and I have a Witness; My Witnesses will know, and when Allah opens it, I will not be recorded as a servant who lied.'" "Indeed, I am Allah the Determiner, and I am Allah the Giver of warnings to whom I will, and you receive explanations. Indeed, I, Allah, have Witnesses standing on the day of a great event before it is established, and they are conveyors of explanations—few from various lands, only 313 of them. They obey Me and believe in Me. Allah bears witness upon My Witnesses, and they love one another and support each other. As for those among them who waver in doubt—indeed, they are traitors. They are not part of Me. When I, Allah, bear witness, and I, Allah, appoint My Witnesses as My Chosen Servants, and among them there are those who disbelieve—indeed, there rises 'ad-Dajjal' and his followers. Indeed, those who disbelieve after the covenant and selection will receive a just recompense. When they were chosen in the ranks of My Witnesses and they betray Me, truly they are in loss. I, Allah, come bearing witness—not a vain matter for you to know. How I, Allah, sent Adam down to earth and made 'Iblis' the arrogant one who refused to prostrate to Adam—likewise for you, the Ummah of Muhammad, in the Last Days at the 'Time Limit'. I come bearing witness to increase My grace upon you, yet you disbelieve, become proud, and arrogant. Open Surah Sad, verses 20 to 30, O Ruqhoyya!" Surah Sad Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 20 And We strengthened his kingdom and granted him wisdom and decisive judgment. Verse 21 Has the account reached you of the disputing ones who climbed over the wall into the sanctuary? Verse 22 When they entered upon Dawud, he was startled by them. They said, "Fear not! We are two disputants, one of us has wronged the other; so judge between us fairly and do not deviate from the truth, and guide us to the straight path. Verse 23 Indeed, my brother here has ninety-nine ewes, and I have only one; yet he said, 'Hand her over to me!' And he overpowered me in argument." Verse 24 He (Dawud) said, "Indeed, he has wronged you by asking for your ewe to be added to his flocks. Indeed, many among partners wrong one another, except those who believe and do righteous deeds—and few are they." And Dawud realized that We were testing him; so he sought forgiveness from his Lord, fell down prostrate, and repented. Verse 25 Then We forgave him that sin. Indeed, he had a true nearness to Us and a beautiful return. Verse 26 (Allah said), "O Dawud! Indeed, We have made you a khalifah (ruler) on earth; so judge among people with justice and do not follow desire, for it will lead you astray from the path of Allah. Indeed, those who stray from the path of Allah will suffer a severe punishment because they have forgotten the Day of Reckoning." Verse 27 We did not create the heavens and the earth and all between them in vain. That is the assumption of the disbelievers. So woe to the disbelievers because they will enter the Fire. Verse 28 Should We treat those who believe and do righteous deeds like those who spread corruption on earth? Or should We make those who guard against evil like the wicked? Verse 29 A blessed Book (the Qur’an) which We have revealed to you, so that they may reflect upon its verses and that those of understanding may take heed. Verse 30 We granted Sulaiman to Dawud. He was indeed an excellent servant, truly, he was most obedient (to Allah). "Indeed, the verses of the Qur’an are My Speech and My Laws, and likewise My Risalah Ar-Rahman: I reveal repeated verses so that you may return to My Sacred Verses (the Qur’an). And I am Allah, the Giver of Warnings." Ulaa'ika ‘alaa hudammirrabbihim wa ulaa'ika humul-muflihuun Aamiin, yaa Allah, yaa Rabb, yaa Sami', yaa Bashir, Alhamdulillah
