Risalah Ar-Rahman

Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
"O Ruqhoyya, write...!
Are they secure without a warning from Me?
See! I Allah call upon My servants, yet My servants disregard the message of goodness from Me.
Only I Allah know the 'Limit of Your Time' when it shall end, and I did not tell Muhammad when that time is, except that I said to him, 'The Hour is from Me,' and I am the One Who knows and explains.
Indeed, I Allah have sent My Call to My Spokesperson, the Light of Ahmad of Mine.
Verily, when My Warning has come, truly your time is near, as near as the Eastern Horizon and the Western Horizon, and I am the Opener and I am the Closer, to Me you shall return.
Come with faith in Me! And believe in the Last Day! Do good deeds! Spend your provisions as if you fear being left behind, hastening out of fear of Me, Allah!
Look at your brothers in Palestine! They are starving, going out to fetch their food and being killed due to their hunger.
Do you not know! You are witnessing, can you not act together? Inform one another, seek one another, and send your infak and charity to them—have you not been given intellect to find ways to send?
And I Allah do not burden you with what you are unable to bear—only charity equivalent to a packet of flour and a packet of salt, and manifesting your faith!
Are you not capable of doing this?
Indeed, I Allah call upon My servants: hasten to take your 'Righteous Group'! If you are poor, give the value of a packet of salt! Believe in Me and believe in the Last Day! Do good deeds and do not alter your creation! Indeed, 'ad-dajjal' will seize you later! And do not be among the people of Luth whom I destroyed.
Return to Me! You have no blame before Me. Hold firmly to My Laws (Al-Quran)!
And stand firm with Laa Ilaaha Illallah, walk upon the path of Muhammad!
Muhammad is the servant obedient to Me, obedient, of noble character, gentle towards Me—indeed, were it not for My love for My Ahmad, I would not bear witness upon this earth, and I have also brought forth the Light of My Ahmad.
Indeed, were it not for My Witness, there would be no testimony from Me; when I Allah send forth My Call, you receive Mercy. When My Voice, O Allah, I let resound upon the earth—crumbled is the earth! Indeed, I showed Ruqhoyya, when I Allah showed him a dream from his past: My Voice filling the earth, the earth crumbles, indeed I have also brought forth the witness Ruqhoyya recounting his dream—I Allah said, 'O youth! Awaken, life is temporary!' The earth crumbles and you fly like cotton, the insides of the earth spill out flying like cotton—how shall I Allah explain, with one utterance of Mine, the earth crumbles? Because of the greatness of My Voice, the universe fears Me—indeed, you do not feel fear of Me, though you possess intellect.
Were it not for the tears of My Ahmad, I would not bear witness—indeed, the tears of My Ahmad grieve the heart, because his nations disbelieve, and I showed him at the time of his death, all the bodies of his nations shattered, in warfare and bloodshed—yet the disbelieving people committed injustice, and you, fragments of the nations of Muhammad, only watch and speak with sorrow, without helping one another, and you remain in the state of Hubbud Dunya... And I Allah bear witness to My Witness.
