Risalah Ar-Rahman

July 8, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "O Ruqhoyya, write...! I command you to create the ponds of Thuba, and do not remain idle. Some of your accounts I, Allah, reveal in Risalah Ar-Rahman, and some remain hidden in My Lauh Mahfuzd. Indeed, assist your brethren in Palestine with the ponds of Thuba (the pools of Thuba)! Just as you possess them, truly I, Allah, command you to build them, so that you may seek your provision and aid your brethren in Palestine! Indeed, I, Allah, intend to bestow upon you abundant Grace through your compassion, and as a source of your sustenance. Indeed, I, Allah, am All-Knowing of all things. See! How Ruqhoyya desired to have a pond beside her house, and indeed Khadijah knew—the pond was never prepared—yet she said to Khadijah, 'I wish to have it.' Truly, I, Allah, answered her desire, making it a source of income for you and for your brethren in Palestine, and I, Allah, have mentioned some of the divisions. Ruqhoyya said, 'O Allah, I am Your servant in need; all my needs are with You. Grant me provision for my brethren in Palestine,' and I showed her in a dream children playing in a pond, and she was present there. Indeed, I, Allah, fulfilled her wish—so assist your brethren in Palestine! Do not despair of My Mercy, and indeed I, Allah, bring into being what you desire, provided you do not remain idle. And I showed and tested Ruqhoyya: she said in her dream, 'This land is mine! I will make it a tourist site.' Indeed, there is a Secret there—truly I, Allah, will unveil it. And when Ruqhoyya said, 'This is not my land...' And she moved the Thuba pond closer to the Thuba well... Indeed, I, Allah, tested her—did she replace My Command after taking the wrong place? And is the portion of Ruqhoyya’s brethren faithful to Me? Allah bears witness—indeed, they have placed their brother in their trial. They did not accept My Truth as witness, and they made their brother an enemy to himself. Indeed, I, Allah, brought 313 people with Ruqhoyya, believing in Me—Allah bears witness—and they are the early ones who believed in Me—Allah bears witness. And they quarreled due to My Decree upon Ruqhoyya... Do you know that all Ruqhoyya’s needs are with Me, and Khadijah is witness? Ruqhoyya is like Yusuf to Me. In her lies the same Decree. Indeed, Ruqhoyya is My Witness—when her brethren drove her out, I, Allah, took her and said, 'You are Ruqhoyya bint Muhammad,' and I brought Khadijah to her house, and indeed Ruqhoyya knew nothing except saying, 'Who is Ruqhoyya, O Allah? And I am not Ruqhoyya.' Indeed, I, Allah, have power over all that I will, and I gave her My Signs, just as I gave Ruqhoyya a dream with Muhammad—Ruqhoyya was beside Muhammad, and among them Ruqhoyya recited, 'Hayya ala Shalah...' And there lies a Secret... Whoever informs Ruqhoyya—indeed, he called Adzan in his dream, and I, Allah, said to him, 'Now you have come to know who you are...' And indeed, that person is the seal of the 313 with Ruqhoyya, and in that dream a woman said, 'This is the child of Prophet Muhammad...' And that person came to Ruqhoyya and said, 'Indeed, Allah gave me a dream: I called Adzan in the heavens, and my voice was lost for one full lunar month, and I did not know who I was...' Indeed, you will meet with the same dream and gather together. And I, Allah, bear witness to Ruqhoyya’s dream—how she raised her hands after her prayer, above her head, ever since I gave her guidance on how to supplicate to Me, and until now she (Ruqhoyya) continues to do so. In Ruqhoyya’s dream, she said, 'This land is mine, and I will make it a tourist site...' Indeed, I, Allah, sent My Chosen Servants—truly, you will come to know in time. And in Ruqhoyya’s heart she said, 'This is the end of time—how then shall I make a tourist site?' Indeed, believe in Me and believe in the Last Day, and hold fast to your faith—do not waver. Sufficient is I, Allah, and you continue your lives as you seek your provision, but know! At the 'End of Time' you must hold fast to faith in Me and abandon your sins! Indeed, you are guided by My Call! Do not mock My Witness, and do not act unjustly toward My Witness. Indeed, he only conveys My Message. 'The Righteous Group'—you are in the ranks of My Witness by My Command, and he delivers without fear, yet they say, 'He is mad, and lacking in sense.' Indeed, you are servants who act unjustly toward My Witness. O Ruqhoyya! Open Surah Maryam, verses 14, 15, and 16. Indeed, I, Allah, recount the stories of old, and I, Allah, grant speech in her heart. I, Allah, narrate as with Maryam who was isolated, and indeed she was tested due to My Decree. Surat Maryam Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 14 "And dutiful to her parents, and she was neither arrogant nor disobedient." Verse 15 "And peace be upon her the day she was born, the day she dies, and the day she is raised to life again." Verse 16 "And recite to them, O Muhammad, the account of Maryam in the Book, when she withdrew from her family to a place toward the east (of the Masjid al-Aqsa)," "Indeed, I, Allah, present you with parables, yet few believe—I, Allah, bear witness. And I, Allah, give explanations... Open Surah Taha, verses 25, 26, 27!" Surat Taha Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 25 "He (Musa) said, 'O my Lord, expand for me my chest,'" Verse 26 "And ease for me my task," Verse 27 "And loosen the knot from my tongue." "Indeed, Ruqhoyya’s speech is like Musa’s, such that she loses letters in her speech. Indeed, I, Allah, make what I will—'Be,' and it becomes. Ask Khadijah—Ruqhoyya said, 'My tongue sometimes stiffens, and I lose parts of words...' Indeed, I, Allah, will what I will, and I, Allah, am the giver of explanations. O Ruqhoyya! Write down My Message and say: 'Indeed, I accept the words of Allah under the protection of Allah. Whatever Allah narrates—that is Allah. I will not remove a single word, nor will I add to it—even if I am in trial, indeed that is a test for you. Whoever is certain—Allah bears witness, and Allah wills what He wills, and Allah does as He pleases with me, and I obey and submit. Allah reveals the sacred verses repeatedly—these are our laws, the Qur’an—and Allah makes parables. Indeed, I obey and submit to the will of Allah that prevails. I love Allah more than myself, my family, my parents, and my wealth. I will do whatever is commanded by Allah.' See Adam! When Adam disobeyed, see! I, Allah, willed and decreed punishment upon him for his disobedience to Me. Likewise, you—Rahman for the martyrs from Me—is attained by believing in Me—Allah bears witness—and believing in the Last Day, returning to Me, walking in the path of Muhammad, and do not commit shirk, and do not associate partners with Me, Allah...!" Ulaa'ika ‘alaa hudammirrabbihim wa ulaa'ika humul-muflihuun Aamiin, yaa Allah, yaa Rabb, yaa Sami', yaa Bashir, Alhamdulillah
