Risalah Ar-Rahman

July 16, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "Allah answers my words through inspiration of the heart and innermost soul: 'O My beloved Ruqhoyya! Indeed, I am Allah, fulfilling My Promise... Do not despair of My Mercy! I protect you through My Command, and My Protection is complete for My Witnesses. Do not grow weary! Let Me, Allah, fulfill the promise. Your duty is only to call My servants. Be patient! Only one full moon remains until completion... I, Allah, hasten your desire. Be patient! Indeed, I, Allah, decree all things. Do not grow tired of calling My servants! Only one full moon remains until it ends. Your Palestinian brothers are weary! In pain and martyrdom. Separated from their families, without happiness in this world. I—ALLAH—FULFILL MY PROMISE. THEY, THE MARTYRS, ARE ALREADY REJOICING WITH ME IN THE HIGHEST PLACES. I, Allah, grant you martyrs as well, My servant who obeys Me. Those who believe in Me, testify, and give charity—giving alms, setting aside their sustenance—even for the price of a small packet of salt, even for the price of a packet of flour, even while they themselves are in hardship, yet they set aside their compassion while believing in Me. Allah bears witness. I grant them martyrdom as well. Indeed, My Promise is true. I—ALLAH—LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAH MUHAMMADDURRASULULLAH. Be patient, My Witnesses! You have grown weary, and My servants pay no heed to My Testimony. I am Allah, the Most Fulfiller of My Promise, so that they may come to know one thing, and then cry out in regret. And their regret will become a deep sorrow within them, turning into illness. Be patient, My Witnesses! Know this: they believe in the Day of Judgment, yet they do not know when that Final Day they believe in will arise—after one great event. And they will attain their desires. Open Surah Nuh, verses 1 to 7, O Ruqhoyya...! Believe in My verses and in all that I have decreed." Surah Nuh Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 1 "Indeed, I sent Noah to his people (with the command), 'Warn your people before there comes to them a painful punishment.'" Verse 2 "He said, 'O my people! Indeed, I am a clear warner to you,'" Verse 3 "'Worship Allah, fear Him, and obey me,'" Verse 4 "'So He may forgive you some of your sins and grant you respite until an appointed term. Indeed, the decree of Allah, when it comes, cannot be delayed, if only you knew.'" Verse 5 "He said, 'O my Lord! Indeed, I have called my people night and day,'" Verse 6 "'But my calling has only increased their aversion. They flee from the truth.'" Verse 7 "And indeed, every time I called them (to believe) so that You might forgive them, they put their fingers into their ears, covered their faces with their garments, remained defiant, and grew exceedingly arrogant." "Indeed, your weariness is like that of Noah. Indeed, I, Allah, am Most Knowing of your condition." "I respond within the heart through inspired insight: 'Glory be to You, O Allah! All praise is Yours, O Allah. Ulaa'ika ‘alaa hudammirrabbihim wa ulaa'ika humul-muflihuun. Aamiin, yaa Allah, yaa Rabb, yaa Sami', yaa Bashir, Alhamdulillah.'"
