Risalah Ar-Rahman

July 22, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "The knowledge of the Hour is with Allah. When Allah has explained it, most people do not know or understand, saying, 'The world is still fine, it is not yet the stone age, and remains modern.' Nabi Muhammad does not know when it will be, nor do we know until the Hour comes. Because the Hour will come suddenly. But when Allah explains to remain vigilant, Allah bears witness through His Witness, and no longer through Prophet or Messenger—only a 'Witness' remains, who will be presented together with the Nabi in the Hereafter, because he received the Risalah from Allah. Allah says to the heart, inspiration, inner voice:" Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "Do you know that in the 'End of Time,' the turmoil will be extremely heavy upon the heavens and the earth? I, Allah, bear witness, yet the people of the earth are deaf, mute, and blind. Indeed, the dwellers of the heavens pray for the people of the earth, but they remain deaf, mute, and blind. My explanations through My Witness are of no use, because they say, 'There is no more revelation, and all of this is falsehood.' They do not know. AM I NOT ALLAH who sent down Isa ibn Maryam to earth? Did that happen without My Power? Before that occurs, I will release My restraint upon Iblis, and Iblis will ride upon one of My chosen servants who has turned away from Me. Indeed, that will be a time of immense hardship for the heavens and the earth. The evil of Iblis will mislead mankind; they will choose Iblis’s deception and turn away from My Goodness, Allah! And Iblis will kill My servants in one night, when Iblis rides upon one of the descendants of Adam. Iblis will deceive and gather followers among My disobedient servants during these decisive times. I, Allah, bear witness: I intend to save My servants. Iblis carries out his deception to lead My servants into disobedience. Thus, the promise of My restraint will mislead My servants until they too disbelieve in Me. I have given My Risalah to My Witness, My Call to My servants, and I have chosen one among them on earth to convey My Risalah from My Witness—but the disobedient male servant did not accept My Decree. He only gathers women and speaks about women; his only aim is his own fantasies, and he does not obey Me. I commanded My Witness to write down his name and deliver My Risalah. He became arrogant and proud. I commanded My Witness to confirm the promise to Me with an oath from that confirmant. That is what I, Allah, commanded My Witness: he has written down his name and has sworn by My Will, just as I, Allah, commanded Iblis to prostrate before Adam. That is obedience! I command My Witness as I will, and he obeys. Yet this man (a descendant of Adam) writes his own name and rejects one of My Guidance meant to be shared through My Witness. This descendant of Adam disobeys and becomes arrogant; he calls Me, Allah, 'Iblis-Dajjal'. I have made him 'ad-Dajjal'—indeed, he cannot be corrected! I gave My Witness a dream: this man appeared in the dream of My Witness, and My Witness said, 'He loves wealthy women.' Indeed, this man is surrounded by women. My Witness said, 'He meets women and meets a woman in the open field'—and indeed, it happened. I, Allah, gave him a dream: this man meets women everywhere across lands and meets a woman in the open field. He is My Witness; he met My Witness by My Command, took an oath. The servants who deceive My Witness demand oaths, and My Witness fulfills them with My Witnesses. That is the truth of My Witness. And I gave him a dream, and that secret dream was concealed because My Witness did not want My chosen servant to be tested, for his dream was true and real. Indeed, the Witnesses within Ahmad-Habibi are Witnesses. This man gathers women—even he possesses women everywhere, and he has placed women into his false marriages. He creates fitnah. 'I, Allah, can gather 700 women for him.' Indeed, My Witness is the witness of his words, and he dreamed of circling the earth in one night. He testified to My Witness that he had an astonishing dream in My House of Light—he dreamed of circling the earth in one night. And he disbelieved in Me by taking women from the ranks of My Witness, while I, Allah, straighten women and men to walk upon My Path and call My servants. Indeed, I, Allah, bind a woman to a man by My Will in the future, and My chosen man intended to take her. See My truth—Allah bears witness! I bound them, yet they broke it. They did not accept My Decree. Allah straightens them, yet they were deceived by Iblis through their own fantasies. Indeed, whoever returns to Me, I, Allah, will forgive them. Repent gently according to My Decree. If they disbelieve, they will become 'ad-Dajjal' and his followers. Indeed, I, Allah, am fully faithful to My Promise. Even I set a decree for My Witness: if My Witness disobeys, he too will receive retribution for his disobedience! I straightened them within the ranks of My Witness, yet one chosen male descendant of Adam disobeyed, and I separated him from My Witness, as I showed in his dream (in the time before physical form)—the realm of Ruh... Indeed, I separated them in this world too. I, Allah, granted additional Grace, placed (My Witnesses) within the ranks of Isa ibn Maryam, and separated them from the 'Righteous Group,' while envious, jealous, and treacherous women commit evil and slander. Indeed, I am the Disposer of all affairs. They are carrying out their deception, plotting their schemes, while My Witness is slandered—having written down his name. My Witness is prosecuted for spreading his nobility from Me! Indeed, the envious servant carries out deception out of jealousy, while My Witnesses do good for him and convey it to the world. He is a chosen one not yet named, yet already chosen and revealed—who he is. The envious servant spreads lies and slander against My Witness. Yet all decrees are from Me! Indeed, that is the 'fitnah of ad-Dajjal'! When My Goodness, Allah, is not accepted despite abundant Grace bestowed upon him, because the envy of ad-Dajjal and his few followers has led them to deceive My Witness, and they say, 'My Witness is a leader of women, and women are not leaders—he is ad-Dajjal.' Indeed, ad-Dajjal will not see My Goodness and will use his fantasies to dominate mankind. ad-Dajjal is a man who lusts after his own kind. Wherever he goes, his followers will act like the people of Luth. He will take men and women of his own kind and commit his evil deeds. Look! I, Allah, will save you by your obedience to Me. I showed My Witness that 'ad-Dajjal' transforms into people you know, committing his evil deeds by changing himself into people you recognize, and he commits unlawful intercourse with men and women! ad-Dajjal pursues My Witness. ad-Dajjal commits vile crimes before you—all of you, men, women, and little children. I showed it in the dream of My Witness, and he concealed it! He only said, 'I am the one pursued by Dajjal, and Dajjal commits his crimes, throwing sharp knives to kill My Witness.' Indeed, I, Allah, answered his prayer: 'O Allah, who is the one You have chosen?' and he mentioned the title name I, Allah, gave. And I, Allah, brought in his dream a jealous and disobedient servant pursuing him. And Dajjal commits vile crimes. Indeed, My Witness delivers My Risalah to you for your salvation—revealing who 'ad-Dajjal' is, who an 'Imam' is, and who 'Isa ibn Maryam' is. And I, Allah, show My Witness dreams, and I, Allah, interpret them. That is one part of prophethood. I, Allah, have power over what I will, just as the prophets received guidance from Me. As I gave one sign of prophethood to My Witness—only, she is a woman, and she is My Witness. I, Allah, send revelations to whomever I will among My servants, and I warn you of the Hour. If you fantasize beyond My Guidance, know this: in the Hereafter, you will be followers of ad-Dajjal. When I, Allah, bear witness, I am the Allah whom you must obey and follow. Otherwise, you are followers of ad-Dajjal. For I am Allah. ALLAH! Open Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 163, O Ruqhoyya. Recite!" Surah Al-Baqarah Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim وَإِلَٰهُكُمْ إِلَٰهٌ وَاحِدٌ ۖ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الرَّحْمَٰنُ الرَّحِيمُ wa ilāhukum ilāhun wāḥid, lā ilāha illā huwar-raḥmānur-raḥīm "Your God is One God. There is no deity except Him, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful." "Most truthful are You, O Allah, Most Knowing. All praise is Yours, O Allah... Allah answers my words in the heart, inspiration, inner voice." "Indeed, I, Allah, gave Ruqhoyya a dream. She said, before sleeping during her prayer, she sought My Guidance: 'O Allah, grant me guidance and healing from my illness.' Indeed, I, Allah, tested My Witness with illness, and truly, I, Allah, came as witness and removed her illness. Her neck, which had been painful for years (7 years) due to muscle stiffness, I gave her as a trial. I, Allah, tested her with sickness. Indeed, My Witness always comes to Me, never sorrowful in heart nor burdened by pain. Who knows this except I, Allah? She seeks forgiveness from Me, asks for healing from pain, and cares for her sick mother. I, Allah, gave her trials—who knows this except I, Allah? When she rubs her painful neck, when she rubs her aching head, I, Allah, ease her pain. I, Allah, Most Merciful, Most Compassionate. I, Allah, brought Isa ibn Maryam in her dream and gave her a letter from Me. Indeed, Isa ibn Maryam placed the letter from Me into her grasp. My Witness said, 'I am not a mahram to a man who places a letter into my hand,' and she moved away from him. She opened the letter from Me in her mihrab and read:" وَإِلَٰهُكُمْ إِلَٰهٌ وَاحِدٌ ۖ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الرَّحْمَٰنُ الرَّحِيمُ wa ilāhukum ilāhun wāḥid, lā ilāha illā huwar-raḥmānur-raḥīm "Your God is One God. There is no deity except Him, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful." "Indeed, I, Allah, fully know her condition. I am Allah, her Healer. I give My Testimony, and indeed, her illness is cured. Khadijah is witness to all these events. Indeed, I, Allah, have prepared My Witness to testify to the truth—I, Allah, bear witness. Indeed, Khadijah grew weary of hearing My Witness speak only of Me and Muhammad. Who says that My Witness worships devils, jinn, cursed demons, even ad-Dajjal? I place you all in that camp. I, Allah, am the Defender. My Punishment, I, Allah, is immensely strong. Know this! I, Allah, love My Witness, who delivers My Risalah with her life. She sincerely conveys My Truth—I, Allah, bear witness. And I love the part of Muhammad, My Light-Ahmad, while the jealous man and his followers say, 'I, Allah, am ad-Dajjal inventing new decrees,' while I, Allah, correct him from claiming, 'I am Rasulullah and I am Isa ibn Maryam.' Indeed, your falsehood—rejecting the clear decree given to you in this world—will cause you to be divided into two groups: the 'Left Group,' whom I, Allah, disgrace, and one group whom I, Allah, honor after the earlier group believed—I, Allah, bear witness. They are few in the ranks of Isa ibn Maryam. And I protect My chosen servants in the ranks of Isa ibn Maryam." Ulaa'ika ‘alaa hudammirrabbihim wa ulaa'ika humul-muflihuun Aamiin, yaa Allah, yaa Rabb, yaa Sami', yaa Bashir, Alhamdulillah
