Message #967

Risalah Ar-Rahman

July 24, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "O Ruqhoyya, write! Indeed, My Command, when you carry it out, verily therein lies obedience. People fear My Warnings; they despair upon hearing My Call. This world is exceedingly beautiful to them. I, Allah, command you to make ponds of Thuba as I granted in Ruqhoyya’s dream. I, Allah, declare to you: Be certain! I am Allah, Who causes 'Be' to become 'Was'—whatever I will. And do not despair! My Witnesses are like you; they only convey My Message. It does not mean your life has ended—only remain vigilant with Faith in Me, and return to Me. Remember! ad-Dajjal will come suddenly if you do not obey Me. My protection in the decisive time, so that you obey Me. Continue your lives. I command you to make the ponds of Thuba for your time of peace after My Message is complete. Continue your lives seeking provision, and give your charity from the earnings of the ponds of Thuba to your brothers in Palestine, according to the stipulations I command. Until the time when ad-Dajjal will come suddenly… I have shown it in Ruqhoyya’s dream: ad-Dajjal comes in his rage. You are the one to whom I have given meanings in your dreams—someone to whom I have granted guidance in My Testimony. Who is ad-Dajjal? Who is an Imam? And who is Isa ibn Maryam? Indeed, Isa ibn Maryam will come to earth with two of My Angels, as in your dream and at the place I have appointed—the Garden of Isa. And not someone who claims 'Isa ibn Maryam resides within his body when descending to earth'. That is the misguidance of one who says '(he) is Isa ibn Maryam'. He says '(he) is Muhammad'. O Ruqhoyya! Before I, Allah, made you a Witness, earlier I, Allah, gave you a dream, and I, Allah, showed you three men descending to earth with a radiant, universal light, and they came to you, and gave you a sign from Me. Indeed, they were My two Angels and Isa ibn Maryam (dream of 2008). And you have already recounted this to Khadijah. You say there is no more revelation or My Guidance—indeed, there is no more Prophet or Messenger—but I, Allah, have My Witnesses. Later, they will be placed alongside the prophets; they will not be wronged. The Light of My Justice is distributed, and they will not be oppressed. No remnant remains of the Prophetic era except true dreams and from My truthful servants, to whom I, Allah, grant signs of prophethood—one of them receiving prophetic news through true dreams, especially in the 'End of Time', when the dreams of a believing servant are nearly accurate. And one portion of prophethood— I open it and I confirm it. I grant revelations to My servant whom I, Allah, will to warn you on the Day of Judgment. Judgment is from Me. My Witness is the one who carries My Voice, and I grant him dreams, and I open, I confirm, and I, Allah, interpret them. That is one of the signs of prophethood. My Witness is a woman. If a man came with My Written Message, he would claim prophethood and say he is the Final Messenger. Indeed, I only have a Witness. Just as Isa ibn Maryam is the Witness of My Judgment. Without a Witness, indeed Isa ibn Maryam would not descend to earth. When I, Allah, have brought forth My Witness—the one who carries My Voice—your time is near, and I, Allah, am the One who gives explanations. Knowledge of the Hour is not known to anyone except I, Allah, Who convey it to My Witness. Indeed, I, Allah, am the One who warns you to hasten back to Me with 'Iman'. I hasten the salvation of your brothers in Palestine after you enter the 'Righteous Group'. If you disbelieve, you will be left behind. The leader of the disbelieving people I, Allah, have already removed. Indeed, I, Allah, am the Decider, and you know nothing. Open Surah Az-Zukhruf, verses 60 to 75, O Ruqhoyya…! Recite!" Surah Az-Zukhruf Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 60: "And had We willed, We could have made angels succeed you on earth, one after another." Verse 61: "And indeed, he (Isa) is truly a sign of the Hour. So do not doubt it, and follow Me. This is the straight path." Verse 62: "And let not Satan divert you. Indeed, he is an open enemy to you." Verse 63: "And when Isa came with clear proofs, he said, 'Indeed, I have come to you with wisdom, and to clarify for you some of what you dispute. So fear Allah and obey me.'" Verse 64: "Indeed, Allah—He is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him. This is the straight path.'" Verse 65: "But factions among them differed. So woe to those who did wrong, due to the punishment of a painful Day." Verse 66: "Do they only await the coming of the Hour, which will come upon them suddenly, while they are unaware?" Verse 67: "Close friends on that Day will be enemies to one another, except those who were righteous." Verse 68: "O My servants! No fear shall be upon you this Day, nor shall you grieve." Verse 69: "(They are) those who believed in Our signs and submitted." Verse 70: "Enter Paradise, you and your spouses, rejoicing." Verse 71: "Trays and goblets of gold will be passed among them, and in it (Paradise) are all that the souls desire and the eyes delight in. And you will abide therein eternally." Verse 72: "And that is Paradise which you are made to inherit because of what you used to do." Verse 73: "In it are abundant fruits for you to eat." Verse 74: "Indeed, the sinners will dwell eternally in the punishment of Hellfire." Verse 75: "The punishment will not be lightened for them, and therein they will despair." "As for those who say, 'I, Allah, am the devil deceiving them', Indeed, I, Allah, will cast them into My Hellfire. My Message is dangerous and terrifying. If you believe in Me, indeed you will reach Me. Indeed, one whose name I have erased has been released from My Testimony toward him. He is not one who is mentioned; he is merely a disbeliever with lofty illusions. Sufficient for Me, Allah, to bring forth One Witness before Isa ibn Maryam, My Witness of Judgment, arrives. Open Surah Ghafir, verses 60 to 75, O Ruqhoyya!" Surah Ghafir Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 60: "And your Lord said, 'Call upon Me; I will respond to you. Indeed, those who are arrogant toward My worship will enter Hellfire humiliated.'" Verse 61: "Allah is the One Who made the night for you to rest in, and the day for illumination. Indeed, Allah bestows great favors upon humanity, but most people do not give thanks." Verse 62: "That is Allah, your Lord, Creator of all things. There is no deity worthy of worship except Him. So how are you turned away?" Verse 63: "Thus are those turned away who continually deny the signs of Allah." Verse 64: "Allah is the One Who made the earth a dwelling place for you, and the sky a canopy, and shaped you, perfected your forms, and provided you with good provisions. That is Allah, your Lord. Exalted is Allah, Lord of the worlds." Verse 65: "He is the Ever-Living. There is no deity worthy of worship except Him. So worship Him, devoting your worship purely to Him. All praise is for Allah, Lord of the worlds." Verse 66: "Say (O Muhammad), 'Indeed, I am forbidden to worship those whom you worship besides Allah, after clear proofs have come to me from my Lord, and I am commanded to submit to the Lord of the worlds.'" Verse 67: "He is the One Who created you from dust, then from a drop of fluid, then from a clinging clot, then He brings you forth as a child, then (allows you to live) until you reach maturity, then (lets you live) until old age—among you are those taken before that—so that you may reach a predetermined term, and so that you may understand.'" Verse 68: "He is the One Who gives life and causes death. So when He decrees a matter, He only says to it, 'Be', and it becomes." Verse 69: "Do you not see those who dispute about the signs of Allah? How are they being turned away?" Verse 70: "(They are) those who deny the Scripture (Al-Qur’an) and the revelation brought by the messengers We sent. They will soon come to know," Verse 71: "When shackles and chains are placed around their necks, and they are dragged," Verse 72: "into scalding water, then burned in the Fire," Verse 73: "and it is said to them, 'Where are the idols you used to associate (with Allah)?" Verse 74: "(Which you worshipped) besides Allah?' They will reply, 'They have vanished from us. Indeed, we never used to worship anything.' Thus does Allah lead astray the disbelievers." Verse 75: "That is because you exulted on earth unjustly and because you were constantly exulting (in sin)." "Open Surah Az-Zumar, verses 69 to 75!" Surah Az-Zumar Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 69: "And the earth will shine with the light (of justice) of its Lord, and the record (of deeds) will be placed, and the prophets and witnesses will be brought, and judgment will be passed among them with justice, and they will not be wronged." Verse 70: "And every soul will be repaid in full for what it has done, and He is fully aware of what they do." Verse 71: "The disbelievers will be driven into Hell in groups. When they arrive at it, its gates will be opened, and its keepers will say to them, 'Did not messengers come to you from among yourselves, reciting to you the signs of your Lord and warning you of this meeting of yours today?' They will say, 'Yes, indeed.' But the decree of punishment has already taken hold of the disbelievers." Verse 72: "It will be said (to them), 'Enter the gates of Hell, to dwell therein eternally.' So Hell is the worst abode for the arrogant." Verse 73: "And those who feared their Lord will be led into Paradise in groups. When they arrive at it, its gates will already be opened, and its keepers will say to them, 'Peace be upon you! You have prospered! Enter Paradise, to dwell therein eternally.'" Verse 74: "And they will say, 'All praise is for Allah, Who has fulfilled His promise to us and granted us this abode. We may dwell in Paradise wherever we wish. Indeed, Paradise is the best reward for those who worked righteousness.'" Verse 75: "And you (Muhammad) will see the angels circling around the Throne, glorifying and praising their Lord. Judgment will be passed among the servants of Allah with justice, and it will be said, 'All praise is for Allah, Lord of the worlds.'" "Glory be to You, O Allah, the All-Knowing. Indeed, we are weak servants who often dispute. Forgive us, O Allah." Ulaa'ika ‘alaa hudammirrabbihim wa ulaa'ika humul-muflihuun Aamiin, yaa Allah, yaa Rabb, yaa Sami', yaa Bashir, Alhamdulillah
