Risalah Ar-Rahman

July 25, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "Wahai Ruqhoyya, Write! Do not interpret My Risalah, and do not make assumptions! Indeed, you will be ruined by your own tongues. Sufficient is My Speech alone, and indeed, you will find no reckoning thereafter. Indeed, Ruqhoyya is full of trials, surrounded by trials. Sufficient is My Risalah; when they commit evil because of My Risalah, they will receive a due recompense. Behold! I bring forth a man whose name I command (Ruqhoyya) to write. Indeed, Ruqhoyya does what I, Allah, command. See how trials converge upon him! I appoint a servant whose name I command (Ruqhoyya) to write. Indeed, My servants prefer trials over seeing My Call and witnessing My Message. And trials fill the earth because of My Command to Ruqhoyya. And I, Allah, set straight all of you, My servants. Indeed, it is trials that they commit against My Witness. I bind a person whose name I, Allah, command to be written. Indeed, this is for the good of all of you. And I show in Ruqhoyya’s dream a man seeking Isa ibn Maryam. In Ruqhoyya’s dream, Ruqhoyya conceals the words I, Allah, revealed to him in the dream: that this man loves wealthy women, meets women, and meets women in the Field. Indeed, I, Allah, bring forth a man who is rich with women, and he meets him wherever he goes, and meets My Witness, because he (Ruqhoyya) is a 'Witness'. Indeed, his dream came to pass—Khadijah and Zaenab are 'Witnesses'. I grant Ruqhoyya speech in his dream: a man who possesses many women, is wealthy with women, and meets women. Indeed, he meets women wherever he goes and meets a woman in the Field—this has occurred. Only Ruqhoyya kept silent about his utterance in the dream because he doubted who the man was who loves women, while Isa ibn Maryam was in Ruqhoyya’s dwelling and a man was seeking him. Indeed, that is a part of the Secret. When you do not know that part of the Secret, you follow your own desires and imaginations. Those who are in the ranks of My Witnesses see how that man merely gathers women, and does not carry out My Command through My Witness (Ruqhoyya), and thus they fall outside of My Protection. Indeed, they disbelieve because they seek human approval. And the partner of ad-dajjal has met his fate. Indeed, they have betrayed My Ordinances. Look at My Word! If a chosen man whom I command Ruqhoyya to write his name can subdue Ruqhoyya, then let his steps shine. One whose name is written by My Command—I, Allah, command Ruqhoyya to confirm a covenant with him—while Ruqhoyya is My Witness. Writing his name is indeed his obedience. And one whom I, Allah, command to have his name written, and My Witnesses spread it so that people may know a servant whom I, Allah, have chosen among the ranks of My Witnesses and the leader of the 'Golongan Kanan'—indeed, he is arrogant and proud, while I, Allah, am the One Who wrote his name, and he harbors envy toward My Witness. If the coming of ad-dajjal suddenly occurs, then all of you will be his followers. When I, Allah, commanded My Witness to accept the Mubahalah they desired, they all disbelieved! Indeed, if the coming of ad-dajjal suddenly occurs, they will be his followers. When someone creates fitnah, and My Witness is falsely accused, and trials fill the Earth—indeed, if the coming of ad-dajjal suddenly occurs, they will all be his followers. I, Allah, set you straight to return to Me: believe in Me, Allah bears witness, and believe in the Last Day, and you will be guided! And when trials are directed at My Witness, indeed, I, Allah, show how a Black Mist fills the Earth, their skins burn, they are like living corpses walking stiffly, all their skins blistering. Indeed, if I, Allah, send forth My Black Mist to fill the Earth, you, My disbelieving servants, will receive a due recompense. Your skins will blister as if burned, you will be like living corpses walking, your skins will ooze fluids and melt, blistering—indeed, you are among the followers of ad-dajjal. In the Hereafter, your skins will be disfigured, and ad-dajjal will promise beauty, but you, the disbelievers, will receive a due recompense. I, Allah, am the One to Whom you worship, and I, Allah—obey Me! I, Allah, Laa Ilaaha Illallah, come bearing witness, calling you back to Me. Hold fast to My Laws, the sacred verses of Al-Quran, and believe in My Signs! You do not have conviction, nor do you see My Exalted, Most Merciful Words. Did I, Allah, not say, 'Seek My Guidance! Iyya kana’ budu wa Iyya Kanasta’in'? I, Allah, grant My Witness dreams, and I, Allah, command My Angels to whisper into Ruqhoyya’s ear: 'Iyya kana’ budu wa Iyya Kanasta’in...' Indeed, I, Allah, bear witness: only I am the One he worships, and only to Me does he seek help. I, Allah, make him My Witness and grant him My Guidance from his childhood. Indeed, you say, 'I am the devil whispering to Ruqhoyya'. Indeed, were it not for his tongue, you would not have known of one group in the 'Batas Zaman' who lead you to My Jannah! The 'Golongan Kanan' from Me—I, Allah, am the One you worship. Obey Me! Open Surah Al-Baqarah, verses 269 to 275, O Ruqhoyya! Behold! I, Allah, bear witness and reveal My Sacred Verses—will you not believe in My Signs?" Surah Al-Baqarah Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 269 "He grants wisdom to whom He wills. Whoever is granted wisdom has indeed been granted abundant good. And none remember except those of understanding." Verse 270 "And whatever charity you give or vow you make, indeed, Allah knows it. And the wrongdoers will have no helper." Verse 271 "If you disclose your charitable expenditures, it is well; but if you conceal them and give them to the poor, it is better for you, and Allah will remove from you some of your misdeeds. And Allah is Aware of what you do." Verse 272 "It is not your duty (O Muhammad) to guide them, but Allah guides whom He wills. Whatever good you spend is for yourselves, and you do not spend except seeking the Face of Allah. And whatever good you spend will be fully repaid to you, and you will not be wronged." Verse 273 "(Charity is) for the poor who are restrained (from work) in the cause of Allah, unable to travel throughout the land. The ignorant suppose them to be rich because of their self-respect. You recognize them by their mark—they do not beg from people insistently. And whatever good you spend, indeed, Allah knows it well." Verse 274 "Those who spend their wealth by night and day, secretly and openly—indeed, they will have their reward with their Lord. No fear will there be upon them, nor will they grieve." Verse 275 "Those who consume riba will not stand except as one whom the devil has driven to madness by touch. That is because they say, 'Trade is like riba,' whereas Allah has permitted trade and forbidden riba. Whoever receives an admonition from his Lord and desists, may keep what is past, and his affair rests with Allah. But whoever returns (to it)—those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally."
