Risalah Ar-Rahman

Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
"O Ruqhoyya, write!
Behold! The servants who are arrogant because of their status have caused you to be cast aside from the Decree that is in effect. I am Allah, I am Allah, holding the heavens and the earth. I am Allah, making you among the Foremost Believers. I am Allah bearing witness. I am Allah writing your name (Osama), and I am Allah commanding My apparatus to spread your name. I am Allah making you known among people so that you do not claim yourself 'Rasulullah'.
Indeed, your illusions have destroyed the goodness from Me. I am Allah making you Chosen above all My servants. And you disbelieve. I am Allah bearing witness to Ruqhoyya who writes your name, and I am Allah erasing your name, for I am Allah will not appoint anyone as chosen if arrogance and envy reside in his heart, even as small as a mustard seed! Indeed, Iblis is the envious and arrogant servant.
If you become a leader, indeed I am Allah will not bring about good through one filled with illusions placed in authority. You will act upon illusions, and indeed I am Allah will not appoint one filled with illusions and pride as a leader.
I have straightened you—that is the Light of My Justice!
In the ranks of My Witnesses, I, Allah, replace the 'Righteous Group' by calling My servants (to give charity to Palestine), thereby attaining the 'Righteous Group', and that is easy for Me.
What have you done for the Ummah of Muhammad? Indeed, you have done nothing except Ruqhoyya doing everything. And you are envious of him, while he spreads your name, and all the trials you create, he bears them. What do you do except gathering women, and you only make yourself sit with women? What have you done for the Ummah of Muhammad?
I have shown Ruqhoyya in a dream: you approaching Isa ibn Maryam, and Ruqhoyya saying, 'This man loves wealthy women and meets with women, and meets a woman in the field. Indeed, I declare you meet a woman in the field, while Ruqhoyya and Khadijah are unaware except that they fulfill My command.'
Indeed, they were astonished after the trial that filled the world: the man who meets a woman in the field is you. This dream is for him, and indeed they realize only after a long time has passed—you claim yourself 'Rasulullah', and the makers of fitnah ensnare My Witness. Indeed, fitnah has filled the earth from one who desires 'Bani Tamim', and Ruqhoyya—they wish for his death and hope Ruqhoyya is imprisoned—because of their illusions.
Not one of you on earth determines 'Bani Tamim' except I, Allah, determining all things!
Because you disbelieve, you suppose I am 'ad-dajjal'. When you come to know, indeed the Door of My Forgiveness is closed upon you, along with a female leader (group) who says, 'Ruqhoyya’s dreams are like foul water in a gutter,' and another woman says, 'Ruqhoyya, the female leader, is like ad-dajjal; Ruqhoyya is ad-dajjal.' Indeed, they are ad-dajjal and his followers!
Look at them! Do they walk in the path of goodness?
While they say, 'We are in the ranks of an Imam!'
Who do they mean by 'Imam'? Not one do I, Allah, appoint as 'Imam' if he lies in his speech, supposing I, Allah, am the deception of ad-dajjal.
I, Allah, they claim I am 'ad-dajjal'. I, Allah, am said to be a servant to whom I gave dreams—(sorcery) of ad-dajjal—while He, I, Allah, gave him guidance, and he is envious of My Witness, while I, Allah, have testified for him. Know that I, Allah, fulfill My Promise. If I, Allah, do not fulfill My Promise, do not call Me King of all the Worlds. And he is envious of My Witness and together they will harm My Witness.
Look, O people of the world! I announce the path of goodness to you. You together strike My Witness, commit harm, and hope for his death. You suppose My Witness is lying. Did you not demand mubahalah from him? When I, Allah, fulfilled your request, you committed another fitnah. Where is your conviction in Me? Remember! Your oaths are with Me! If you do not repent and publicly announce your wrongdoing and ask forgiveness for your evil intentions, look! I will make you apes causing corruption on earth!
Indeed, I, Allah, bear witness in the universe for your own good, but you do not know because of your illusions.
You say, 'This is the Last Era,' yet you are full of envy and desire for status.
You suppose you can do as you please!
I am the One who brings forth an 'Imam' at My Ka'bah, along with 313 whom I, Allah, will!
You imagine you have given bay'ah, and are you truly in the bay'ah of an Imam?
You lie! I, Allah, am the One who delivers, along with the servants I, Allah, drown.
When My Power becomes evident before you, you will be full of regret—indeed, it will be of no use!
I, Allah, command you to attain the 'Righteous Group' through your charity to Palestine—hurry! And repent before next full moon! Indeed, I, Allah, establish the Righteous Group through the gate of charity to Palestine, before a heavy matter comes which you will not be able to do.
Whoever commits injustice against My Witnesses—indeed, I, Allah, will make you apes like Ya'juj and Ma'juj, causing corruption on earth. Indeed, you will die in disbelief.
My Witness is in the ranks of Isa ibn Maryam—the sign of the coming of Isa ibn Maryam—and they are the servants I protect, for they are My Witnesses!
Upholding My Word at a time when you are Hubbud Dunya, and do not believe in Me. Allah bears witness, and do not believe in the Last Day which I have explained most clearly. You are Hubbud Dunya. Sufficient am I for them (My Witnesses), and obedience to Me.
They are the Foremost Believers in Me—only a few.
And they are My Witnesses.
And you who say I am ad-dajjal—indeed, I have led you astray so that no goodness remains for you, even if I, Allah, grant you the 'Righteous Group'.
The group whom I, Allah, honor on the Day of Resurrection and attain martyrdom, just as I, Allah, caused Ruqhoyya to die and I, Allah, brought him back to life. Indeed, to Me you shall return!
Open Surah Al-Baqarah, verses 259 to 269, O Ruqhoyya!
They do not believe in the sacred verses (Al-Quran) which I have revealed repeatedly!"
Surah Al-Baqarah
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 259
"Or [consider] one who passed by a town which had fallen into ruin. He said, 'How will Allah bring this town back to life after its destruction?' So Allah caused him to die for a hundred years, then resurrected him. Allah said, 'How long have you remained?' He replied, 'I have remained a day or part of a day.' Allah said, 'Rather, you have remained a hundred years. Look at your food and drink; they have not spoiled. But look at your donkey—We will make you a sign for the people. And look at the bones—how We reassemble them, then clothe them with flesh.' And when it became clear to him, he said, 'I know that Allah is over all things competent.'"
Verse 260
"And [mention] when Ibrahim said, 'My Lord, show me how You give life to the dead.' Allah said, 'Have you not believed?' He said, 'Yes, but [I ask] so that my heart may be satisfied.' Allah said, 'Then take four birds, train them to come to you, cut them into pieces, place a portion on each hill, then call them—they will come to you swiftly.' Know that Allah is Almighty, All-Wise."
Verse 261
"The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies [His reward] for whom He wills. And Allah is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing."
Verse 262
"Those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah, then do not follow their charity with reminders or harm—there is for them their reward with their Lord. No fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve."
Verse 263
"Kind speech and forgiveness are better than charity followed by injury. And Allah is Self-Sufficient, Most Forbearing."
Verse 264
"O you who believe! Do not invalidate your charities by reminders or harm, like one who spends his wealth to show off to people and does not believe in Allah and the Last Day. His example is like a smooth rock covered with dust, then heavy rain strikes it, leaving it bare. They will not gain anything from what they have earned. And Allah does not guide the disbelieving people."
Verse 265
"And the example of those who spend their wealth seeking Allah's pleasure and firmness in their souls is like a garden on high ground, struck by heavy rain, so it yields its fruits double. And if no heavy rain strikes it, then [even] dew [is sufficient]. And Allah sees what you do."
Verse 266
"Is there any of you who would love to have a garden of palm trees and grapevines beneath which rivers flow, in which he has every kind of fruit, and old age has come upon him, and he has weak offspring? Then it is struck by a whirlwind containing fire and is burned. Thus does Allah make clear His verses to you that you may reflect."
Verse 267
"O you who believe! Spend from the good things you have earned and from what We bring forth for you from the earth. And do not choose the bad to spend from it, when you would not take it yourselves except reluctantly. And know that Allah is Self-Sufficient, Praiseworthy."
Verse 268
"Shaitan promises you poverty and commands you to immorality, while Allah promises you forgiveness and His bounty. And Allah is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing."
Verse 269
"He gives wisdom to whom He wills, and whoever is given wisdom has certainly been given much good. And none remember except those of understanding."
"Add, O Ruqhoyya! So that people may understand and take lesson.
Indeed, My verses are for them to know: I, Allah, grant wisdom to whom I will, and it is those of sound intellect who benefit (take lesson).
Indeed, Shaitan has great strength in deception, and they do not perceive it."
Verse 270
"And whatever charity you give or vow you make—indeed, Allah knows it. And for the wrongdoers there is no helper."
Verse 271
"If you disclose your charitable deeds, it is good. But if you conceal them and give them to the poor, it is better for you. And Allah will remove from you some of your misdeeds. And Allah is All-Seeing of what you do."
Verse 272
"Not upon you [O Muhammad] is [the responsibility for] guiding them, but it is Allah who guides whom He wills. And whatever good you spend is for yourselves. And do not spend except seeking the pleasure of Allah. And whatever good you spend will be fully repaid to you, and you will not be wronged."
Verse 273
"[Charity is] for the poor who are restrained [from movement] in the cause of Allah, unable to travel in the land. The ignorant suppose them rich due to their restraint [from begging]. You recognize them by their mark—they do not beg from people persistently. And whatever good you spend—indeed, Allah knows it well."
Verse 274
"Those who spend their wealth by night and day, secretly and openly—indeed, they will have their reward with their Lord. No fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve."
"O Ruqhoyya, write! Indeed, I, Allah, grant you the 'Righteous Group' and you will attain honor from Me on the Day of Resurrection. Hasten with faith in Me and belief in the Last Day. My sacred verses are laws for you to know! Indeed, I, Allah, give you guidance—the Straight Path and the path I, Allah, am pleased with—so that you convey messages to one another with patience and mercy. I, Allah, place you in the 'Righteous Group'.
Hurry! Give your charity in My path, just as you strive with charity to your Palestinian brothers, and convey messages to one another in My path with patience, and attain great virtue—just as I, Allah, grant wisdom to My Witness, and indeed he possesses great virtue. I show him My Jannah. I, Allah, show him the Thuba Tree shading My Jannah. I show him the Water of Thuba, where he bathes in purity there. Indeed, I reunite him with Isa ibn Maryam and the prophets by My Will. Indeed, there is no darkness with My Light.
They live in My presence, O Allah.
And I show him Muhammad awaiting his Ummah at his Pond, and Isa ibn Maryam escorting him—indeed, that is easy for Me.
And I, Allah, give him the Water of Thuba from the Well of Thuba, which I command him to build, and which will quench thirst when your throats are dry on the Day of My Assembly.
Indeed, I bring Muhammad to My House of Light with My Light, and they drink from it. Indeed, that is easy for Me. And I, Allah, command Ruqhoyya to drink after Muhammad drinks, and those who are in My House of Light. Indeed, there will be no thirst for them on the Day of My Assembly.
I, Allah, gift to My Ruqhoyya the Water (Well) of Thuba, and I am the One who guides him where to build it.
And I, Allah, am the One who makes whatever I will come to be.
And I, Allah, grant those in My House of Light—servants who believe in Me, Allah bears witness—to spend their provision in My path, until your Palestinian brothers receive their sustenance and purchase food for them.
In the Hereafter, you will be under My highest protection and attain virtue as well.
Indeed, I, Allah, am the Bestower of Grace. And I, Allah, am the Most Truthful in My Promise. No one will harm My Witness except that I, Allah, make them apes and cast them into My Hellfire!
For I, Allah! Have power over all things!
The disobedient servant will receive a fitting recompense. My Message is dangerous and terrifying!
Do you not know from the dreams of one of the descendants of Adam who is envious of My Witness? Indeed, they are brothers, but a brother may envy his brother if he does not recognize his brother’s virtue and is not grateful for My Blessing. Until I remove My Blessing from him until I, Allah, complete My work. And I revoke one of My Decrees.
And I, Allah, appoint a brother as a witness for his brother, yet that brother is envious.
Indeed, My Rahman rests upon his brother.
From his tongue, the Righteous Group for all My servants.
Do you disbelieve entering it due to envy?
You are losers and oppressors of your own souls."
"Most truthful are You, O Allah, Most Great and Most Noble. You are our Lord. Save us within the Righteous Group of Your Rahman. Indeed, You are our Lord, Most Great and Most Noble, King of all the Worlds. Forgive the Ummahs of Prophet Muhammad, O Allah. All praise is for You... Do not turn Your gaze away from us, O Allah. Indeed, look upon us with Your mercy. Among us are servants who are weak, prone to quarreling, arrogant, and proud—because we are weak servants, O Allah. Remove the traits of envy from Your servants, O Allah, so they hasten to enter the Righteous Group and our Palestinian brothers do not wait long, and we are saved as well, because the Light of Your Justice is now being distributed."
