Risalah Ar-Rahman

August 2, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "O Ruqhoyya, write...! There is no more Nabi and Rasul. Nabi Isa is the 'Witness of the Hour'. Open Surah An-Nisa verses 162 to 174! O Ruqhoyya, recite...! Surah An-Nisa Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 162 "But those deeply grounded in knowledge among them, and the believers, believe in what has been revealed to you (Muhammad), and what was revealed before you; and those who establish prayer and give zakat, and believe in Allah and the Last Day—We will grant them a great reward." Verse 163 "Indeed, We have revealed to you (Muhammad) as We revealed to Nuh, and the prophets after him; and We revealed (also) to Ibrahim, Ismail, Ishaq, Ya'qub, and the tribes; to Isa, Ayyub, Yunus, Harun, and Sulaiman. And We gave the Zabur to Dawud." Verse 164 "And (We sent) messengers about whom We have related to you before, and messengers about whom We have not related to you. And Allah spoke directly to Musa." Verse 165 "The messengers were bearers of good news and warners, so that mankind would have no argument against Allah after the sending of the messengers. And Allah is Almighty, All-Wise." Verse 166 "But Allah bears witness to what He has revealed to you (Muhammad). He sent it down with His knowledge, and the angels also bear witness. And sufficient is Allah as a Witness." Verse 167 "Indeed, those who disbelieve and hinder (others) from the path of Allah have certainly strayed far away." Verse 168 "Indeed, those who disbelieve and commit injustice—Allah will not forgive them, nor will He guide them to any path," Verse 169 "Except the path to Hell; they will dwell therein forever. And that is easy for Allah." Verse 170 "O mankind! Indeed, the Messenger (Muhammad) has come to you with the truth from your Lord, so believe—it is better for you. And if you disbelieve, (it does not harm Allah), for indeed, to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise." Verse 171 "O People of the Book! Do not exceed the limits in your religion, and do not say about Allah except the truth. Indeed, Al-Masih Isa, son of Maryam, is only a Messenger of Allah, and His Word which He conveyed to Maryam, and a Spirit from Him. So believe in Allah and His Messengers, and do not say 'Three'—cease (from that). It is better for you. Indeed, Allah is One God. Exalted is He above having a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as a Guardian." Verse 172 "Al-Masih does not disdain to be a servant of Allah, nor do the angels nearest (to Him). And whoever disdains His worship and is arrogant—Allah will gather them all to Himself." Verse 173 "As for those who believe and do righteous deeds, Allah will perfect their reward and increase them from His bounty. But as for those who disdain (worship) and are arrogant, He will punish them with a painful punishment. And they will not find for themselves besides Allah any protector or helper." Verse 174 "O mankind! Indeed, clear proof has come to you from your Lord (Muhammad with his miracles), and We have sent down to you a manifest light (the Qur'an)." "I am the One giving explanations to My Witness so that you may know: I am Allah, Most Great, My Greatness is spread throughout, and only the disbelieving servants are those who are arrogant! I, Allah, do not appoint anyone as Rasul or Nabi after Muhammad. Indeed, Muhammad is clear proof for you with the Holy Book, the Qur'an. And there is no Nabi or Rasul after Muhammad. I, Allah, have sent down Isa ibn Maryam to earth. For him to bear witness that he (Isa a.s.) is not God, nor the son of God, nor even a Nabi. He is only a Witness. When the arrival of Isa reaches the earth, the Hour is near. Indeed, I, Allah, am Perfect in My Plan. And I commanded Ruqhoyya to write (the name) of one of the children of Adam, so that he would call My servants into the 'Righteous Group' by confirming the Promise to Me. But he claimed himself to be 'Rasulullah, and that Isa ibn Maryam will unite in his body as one, and that he is Isa ibn Maryam'—this is not true. I, Allah, have sent down Isa clearly and truly. And I showed Ruqhoyya in a dream (2008) from her past: Isa descended before her with two of My Angels—Angel Jibril and Angel Ridwan—and when they approached the earth, I permitted the two Angels to change their forms into humans. Indeed, that is easy for Me. And they descended before Ruqhoyya, and one of them gave a sign to My Ruqhoyya. Indeed, I have given Ruqhoyya a dream. I am the One who interprets Ruqhoyya’s dreams. That is one of the signs of prophethood and a true dream. I, Allah, confirm it with My direct revelations upon her heart. Indeed, there is no more Nabi and Rasul, but only a Witness. I am the Witness for you on the right path in the Last Days, which have reached their limit. Knowledge of the Hour is from Me, and I am Allah, the Giver of explanations. Indeed, My Witness is a woman, and they are in the ranks of Isa ibn Maryam, and other Witnesses follow My Witness. And I showed Ruqhoyya in a dream (2006): Indeed, she was accompanied by light—Ruhullah Quddus Isa ibn Maryam—the pillar of light guiding her to My Presence. And people unknown to her came before Me behind the veil, and Ruqhoyya witnessed their arrival and said, 'Why are they here too? Who are they, and why are they few?' Indeed, they are My Witnesses, and they meet with Me, Ar-Rahman, when all people tremble—they do not. They gaze upon Me with longing. Indeed, I gave that dream to Ruqhoyya, and I have also prepared her witness (Nida) Khadijah. Ruqhoyya always recounts it, until Khadijah grows tired of hearing Ruqhoyya’s dream stories. Indeed, they will gather in this world. I will bring together My Witnesses, and indeed, they will seek Ruqhoyya from various lands. They are My Witnesses, and indeed, My Greatness will bring My Witnesses together with Ruqhoyya, and they will come seeking Ruqhoyya. Those Witnesses who disbelieve—I, Allah, will remove them. Because they betrayed Me and disbelieved in Me after I made them (part of) the Witnesses. Indeed, I, Allah, am the Fulfiller of Promises. And those servants whom I, Allah, protect are in the ranks of Isa ibn Maryam under My highest protection. They are the servants who believe in Me as Witnesses, and their number is only 313 (from across the world). I have brought them to earth, and they are with Ruqhoyya. And I have hidden half of them. They give charity by My command to Palestine. There, My Unity of Islam is established through your charity. You attain the 'Righteous Group' through an easy and inexpensive way—only charity equivalent to a packet of flour or a packet of salt. And they believe in Me as Witnesses, making Me, Allah, their Witness. When news from Me arrives, that is the 'End of the Age'. I, Allah, am the Giver of warnings. Indeed, I, Allah, do not bring any of you, children of Adam, with the title 'Rasulullah'. Indeed, I only send Isa ibn Maryam as the Witness of the Hour, and one whom I call 'The Affirmer of the Promise' for your 'Righteous Group' if you disbelieve and do not take the easy path. And indeed, ad-Dajjal, with his false claim: 'I am Al-Masih Isa ibn Maryam, I am Muhammad ibn Abdullah, Rasulullah'—and later you will see, indeed, the horror of ad-Dajjal’s evil is tremendous. If you do not obey in the decisive time, you will be his followers! Indeed, when I, Allah, give explanations, the devil whom I have delayed closes off My goodness from you, but you do not realize it because you are Hubbud Dunya (lover of worldly life). When I release the devil before My delay is complete, he will possess one of the children of Adam, and indeed, he (ad-Dajjal) will travel around the world in one night. And ad-Dajjal will carry out his trials. Indeed, I, Allah, have shown Ruqhoyya the true form of ad-Dajjal, and he said, 'I will seek Ruqhoyya in the end...' Indeed, My Witness is under My protection, but ad-Dajjal will always pursue her before Isa ibn Maryam descends to earth. I showed Ruqhoyya Isa ibn Maryam in her dream descending, flanked by two angelic wings (Nov 2023). That is the truth. Isa ibn Maryam has never overshadowed the body of any of you on this earth—and that is the lie of ad-Dajjal in the future. Open Surah Az-Zukhruf, verses 61 to 75, O Ruqhoyya! Write and complete My Risalah Ar-Rahman with My Sacred Verses (the Qur'an), for therein lie My Laws." Surah Az-Zukhruf Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 61: "And indeed, the coming of Isa is a sign of the Hour. So do not doubt it, and follow Me. This is the straight path." Verse 62: "And let not Satan divert you; indeed, he is a clear enemy to you." Verse 63: "And when Isa came with clear proofs, he said, 'Indeed, I have come to you with wisdom and to clarify for you some of what you differ about. So fear Allah and obey me.'" Verse 64: "Indeed, Allah—He is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him. This is the straight path." Verse 65: "Then the factions among them differed, so great disaster awaits the wrongdoers—the painful punishment of the Day of Judgment." Verse 66: "They await nothing except that the Day of Judgment comes upon them suddenly, while they are unaware." Verse 67: "Close friends on that Day will be enemies to one another, except the righteous." Verse 68: "'O My servants! No fear shall be upon you this Day, nor shall you grieve.'" Verse 69: "(They are) those who believed in Our signs and were previously submissive." Verse 70: "Enter Paradise, you and your spouses, rejoicing." Verse 71: "Trays of gold and goblets will be passed among them; and in Paradise will be all that the hearts desire and the eyes delight in, and you will dwell therein forever." Verse 72: "And that is Paradise which you are made heirs to because of what you used to do." Verse 73: "In it are abundant fruits for you to eat." Verse 74: "Indeed, the sinners will dwell eternally in the punishment of Hellfire." Verse 75: "Their punishment will not be lightened, and they will despair therein." "Indeed, the Qur'an is clear proof for you, and indeed, I, Allah, bear witness to warn you! Open Surah Al-A'raf, verses 187 to 189, O Ruqhoyya! I, Allah, am the Giver of explanations to the servant whom I will, and he conveys it to other servants." Surah Al-A'raf Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 187 "They ask you (O Prophet Muhammad) about the Hour: 'When will it occur?' Say: 'Knowledge of it is with my Lord. None can reveal its time except Him. It is heavy in the heavens and the earth. It will not come upon you except suddenly.' They ask you as if you were well-informed about it. Say: 'Knowledge of it is with Allah, but most people do not know.'" Verse 188 "Say (O Muhammad): 'I have no power to bring benefit to myself or to avert harm, except what Allah wills. If I knew the unseen, I would have acquired much good, and no harm would have touched me. I am only a warner and a bringer of good news to those who believe.'" Verse 189 "He is the One who created you from a single soul (Adam), and from it created his mate, so that he might find comfort in her. Then, when he had joined with her, she carried a light burden and continued to feel light (for a time). Then, when she felt heavy, both of them prayed to Allah, their Lord: 'If You grant us a righteous child, we will surely be among the grateful.'" "Open Surah Ghafir, verse 15, O Ruqhoyya! If I, Allah, decree a matter, none of you can oppose it, except you, the disbelieving servants who wrong yourselves!" Surah Ghafir Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 15: "(He is) the Most High, the Owner of the Throne, who sends Jibril with His command to whomever He wills among His servants, to warn (mankind) of the Day of Meeting," "Are My explanations not sufficient for you, and do you suppose there is no more 'Wahyu'? Indeed, I have Witnesses, and they will be among the ranks of the prophets because one of them receives My Wahyu, and they are in the ranks of Isa ibn Maryam. Open Surah Az-Zumar, verse 69, O Ruqhoyya!" Surah Az-Zumar Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 69: "And the earth will shine with the light (of justice) of its Lord, and the Book (of deeds) will be placed, and the prophets and witnesses will be brought, and judgment will be passed among them with justice, and they will not be wronged." "Indeed, I, Allah, will not wrong the Witnesses, even if they are with the prophets in the Hereafter. They will receive the light of My Justice fairly, and they will gaze upon My Face with great love. Indeed, later I, Allah, will unveil My Face and show it in Ruqhoyya’s dream—I will unveil and interpret it. That is what remains: true guidance, a dream as one sign of prophethood, a dream which I, Allah, open, confirm, and interpret—while you know only a little. You disbelieve and envy My Witness. Indeed, I, Allah, am his Defender. And I, Allah, am the Giver of explanations. Doubt among the disbelieving servants who take no lesson due to envy and arrogance! Indeed, My Risalah Ar-Rahman is clear proof for you. I, Allah, bear witness to My Witness, and the Witnesses share it. They are those I describe as: 'They are not related by blood, gathered from tribes and religions across nations, they are not distressed, they love one another, and there is no envy among them.' They meet Ar-Rahman when all people tremble—and they do not. They are in peace. They come with My Pillar of Light, and among them is one who receives My Message—he is the Witness of Isa ibn Maryam. Thus, I, Allah, have made a woman My Witness, because through the Book of Risalah Ar-Rahman, it is only My Call, and there is no more Nabi or Rasul. She is only a Witness—the Witness of the arrival of Isa ibn Maryam, the Witness of My Chosen Servants, and the Witness of who 'ad-Dajjal' truly is. My Witnesses are under My protection. Do not wrong them, lest I turn you into apes and you dwell eternally in My Hellfire. Fear Me through My Call! And take the 'Righteous Group' through the easy way and charity! Indeed, I, Allah, have given you clear proof—believe in Me and believe in the Last Day! Do good! I, Allah, will grant you reward. Can you produce the like? Can you write My Risalah with My High Grace and Speech? Who among you is arrogant and proud, refusing My Risalah, not conveying the message with patience and compassion, not delivering My Risalah to others? Indeed, there lies your loss. Open Surah Al-Balad, verses 16 to 20, O Ruqhoyya!" Surah Al-Balad Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 16 "Or a destitute, extremely poor person." Verse 17 "Then he is among those who believe and urge one another to patience and urge one another to compassion." Verse 18 "They (the believers who urge one another) are the people of the Right Hand." Verse 19 "And those who disbelieve in Our signs—they are the people of the Left Hand." Verse 20 "They will be in a Hellfire, sealed (tight)." "When they do not believe in My Wahyu to the servant whom I will. They do not believe in the sacred verses of the Qur'an which I, Allah, convey. Indeed, My Witness has no knowledge. I, Allah, am the One who guides him to the Knowledge of the Hour, and I am the Giver of explanations. He is only a conveyor! And he gains no benefit except as a conveyor. Likewise, My Witnesses—you suppose they are mad and misguided. Indeed, you are the envious and arrogant servants. My Word is dangerous and frightening. If you obey, indeed, you are among the 'Righteous Group'—one group whom I, Allah, will honor on Yaumul Mahsyar! Then what do My Witnesses gain, except that they are only conveyors for your salvation? Only one group will I, Allah, admit into My Jannah without reckoning. And I cause My Witness to die, then I bring her back to life. I, Allah, am able to do a great thing. And her husband is a witness if I cause her to die and bring her back to life, and he experiences and knows what death truly is. Who among you is arrogant? After My Witness was challenged to mubahalah and they denied, nothing good remains for the disbelievers. Indeed, later I, Allah, will show her a fitting recompense—I will turn them into large apes and make them corrupters on earth. Destroyed by punishment, and dwelling eternally in My Hellfire. Remember one of the children of Adam who was envious, and I gave him a dream and he envied My Witness. I said to him in his dream: 'My Message is dangerous and frightening!'" Ulaa'ika ‘alaa hudammirrabbihim wa ulaa'ika humul-muflihuun Aamiin, yaa Allah, yaa Rabb, yaa Sami', yaa Bashir, Alhamdulillah
