Message #999
Risalah Ar-Rahman
August 5, 2025
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
"O My Witness! Write down My Message!
They say, 'A woman cannot become a Leader, and this is the Dajjal who has appeared in the Last Days with the Risalah of Allah.'
Answer them, O My Witness!
'When I deliver the message from Allah, are you men not ashamed before me, a woman?
You do not act as I carry out the Command of Allah, calling the nations to My Beloved Muhammad.
Remember! A lover acts for the sake of his beloved.
Indeed, I do not wish to see My Beloved Muhammad weeping and saying, "My Ummah, My Ummah, My Ummah." Do you forbid a lover from acting for the sake of his beloved Muhammad?'
O My Servant! Say: 'I desire that My Beloved Muhammad be pleased with what I do, and I desire that My Beloved cease weeping in every one of my dreams. My Beloved Muhammad conveyed: "Obey the command of Allah! The command of Allah has come—this is the End of Time. Call My nations, assist your brothers in Palestine.
They are My Ummah."' That is what My Beloved Muhammad conveyed to me in my dream, and I am a slave of Allah. I prayed to Allah, 'Make me Your slave, O Allah,' and Allah made me His slave.
A slave obeys the King of all creation.
It is He, Allah, who made me His slave since the realm of spirits, before I took form, long before the earth was created fifty thousand years ago, and Allah has fulfilled His promise to me to begin carrying out the command (of Allah), the King of all creation who issued the command.
O Ruqhoyya! Say: 'I am a mother. Allah has entrusted me with the Amanah to call the servants of Allah, just as a mother calls her children. Will you pursue a mother? A mother is weak and desires safety for her children. Indeed, I desire that my children be saved in the End of Time, and I include you in the true call to enter the Group of the Right.'
O Ruqhoyya! Say: 'Will you pursue a weak woman who does good in the path of Allah and in the religion of Allah? There are many whispers of Iblis and acts of disobedience before you. Why do you believing men not raise your call against those who cause corruption on the earth?
And let the good message of Allah come to all of you, the nations of My Beloved Muhammad, through a true call.
Can you produce the like of this, without knowing the plan of Allah and the words of Allah? Can you produce the like of the speech of the Most High, if it is not from Allah? For the Witness of Allah is only one; if I were not called by Allah as 'Ruqhoyya,' I would not have received any message from Allah.'
Write (record) Surah Al-Balad, O Ruqhoyya! Write it for those who believe in My Verses.

"Indeed, I, Allah, possess Witnesses, and they deliver My Risalah, warning My servants about the Hour of Resurrection.
And only those of sound intellect will take heed.
Say, O My Witness!
'Allah has Witnesses after me, and Allah gathers them in true testimony of Allah.
They are not scholars of religious knowledge. They are not the wealthy or nobles. They hold no status in this world. They are servants of Allah who believe in Allah and bear witness. Allah revealed to us our number: '313' individuals. They swiftly carry out all the commands of Allah. Do you believe in what Allah reveals, if Allah has Witnesses? Allah says through Ilham to the heart of my innermost being: 'Open Surah Az-Zumar, verse 69!'"
Surah Az-Zumar
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 69:
"And the earth will shine with the light (of justice) of its Lord, and the record (of deeds) will be placed, and the prophets and witnesses will be brought forth, and judgment will be passed among them with justice, and they will not be wronged."
"Do you believe in the verses of Allah, and we warn you of the Day of Resurrection, on which Allah gives explanations so that we remain vigilant through faith in Allah and faith in the Last Day, and through doing good deeds—Allah will grant reward!
That is what we do, until we believe in the verses of our Lord, Allah. There is no partner for Him. He is Allah, the One Lord, the All-Knowing, the Almighty, doing as He wills. We believe in Allah and in the Last Day which Allah has conveyed. Open Surah Ghafir, verse 15! Do you believe in the verses of Allah, or do you use only one verse and discard the rest?"
Surah Ghafir
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 15:
"(He is) the Most High in rank, Owner of the Throne. He reveals the inspiration by His command to whomever He wills among His servants, to warn (mankind) of the Day of Meeting (the Day of Resurrection)."
"Indeed, we will not commit injustice with our tongues, except to convey the good message from Allah."
