"O Ruqhoyya! Indeed, I Allah distribute My Light of Justice, and My Witnesses receive the reward of Umrah multiplied manifold.
Verily, I Allah am Just to My Servants.
Do not grieve, indeed I Allah am Self-Sufficient, and I Allah am Most Generous.
Ruqhoyya, My servant who is poor, indeed he does no work except bearing witness for Me Allah—truly he bears witness—and his needs are with Me.
I Allah love those servants who love Me more than they love themselves, their families, and their wealth.
I Allah test all of you.
Do not suppose that all this is in vain; nothing is in vain in My Path, even if one's wealth is spent entirely for My Religion. Indeed, its reward is multiplied manifold.
Whoever desires to reach My Al-Haram, if they are sincere, indeed I Allah grant them a reward beyond your imagination. I Allah am Most Generous. Indeed, I Allah observe the efforts of My servants in the path of My Religion.
My Command to Ruqhoyya—indeed a clear command—and I Allah will not waste the sincerity of your hearts in My Path. For you to assist him: I Allah grant you a great reward. And you will never expect it.
My Word, O Allah, is full of Mercy, and My Command brings the reward of the Highest Jannah.
Indeed, those who are not bound by blood relations, yet do not envy one another, who support and show compassion—these are My Witnesses.
Those who do not believe in My Verses (His Speech), and who remain in envy—indeed, they are not My Witnesses. Sufficient for them is piety, and I Allah grant them the 'Group of the Right.'
I Allah only desire My servants to be pious toward Me, and that they do not grieve.
Open Surah Al-Insan, verses 17 to 20, O Ruqhoyya!"
