August 18, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "O Ruqhoyya! Open your dream of the year 2009! You saw a man praying beneath My sky and he said, 'yaa Allah, have mercy upon mother...!' He raised his hands beneath My sky and prayed, 'yaa Allah, have mercy upon mother!' And the next day you asked forgiveness from your mother just as you did, if you had wronged a mother (your mother). And that night I granted you My Maunah, I made you a witness to all events at the 'Batas Zaman' (Boundary of the Era); that night you became connected with Me, and you answered My Speech—before that you only listened and paid no heed to My Call except by hearing. I Allah have power over what I Allah will. Only you do not understand and wish to cast aside My Words from your qalb, and you invite Khadijah to discard them to a Ruqyah practitioner. Can he do it? You suspect that I Allah am 'a jinn deceiving by trickery'. Indeed, I Allah have forgiven you and I Allah have sent My Beloved, whom you do not recognize, and he was a guest in your house (lodging); he immediately said upon first meeting you, 'Can you reject a gift from Allah? That is your path of birth. Accept it.' And you recounted to him all that you had experienced. Truly, I Allah have power over what I Allah will. Even if you ask within the sunnah (prayer) of your need, I ALLAH DO NOT CEASE MY WILL. Then those who say, 'I am Iblis, I do not know,' the knowledge of the Hour from My Side—I am Allah the Giver of Explanation. Open Surah Al-A'raf verse 187!" Surah Al-A'raf Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 187 "They ask you (Muhammad) about the Hour, 'When will it occur?' Say, 'Indeed, knowledge of the Hour is with my Lord; none can reveal its time except Him. It is heavy in the heavens and the earth; it will not come upon you except suddenly.' They ask you as if you were well-informed about it. Say (O Muhammad), 'Indeed, knowledge of it is with Allah, but most people do not know.'" "Recite it for them to know! And open Surah Ghafir verse 15! So they may know that I will what I will, to warn all My Servants about the Day of Judgment." Surah Ghafir Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 15 "(He is) the Most High in rank, Owner of the Throne, He sends revelation by His command to whomever He wills among His Servants, to warn (mankind) of the Day of Meeting (the Day of Judgment)." "I Allah have a witness, and witnesses; open Surah Az-Zumar verse 69!" Surah Az-Zumar Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 69 "And the earth will shine with the light (of justice) of its Lord; and the records (of deeds) will be laid open, and the prophets and witnesses will be brought forth, then judgment will be passed among them with justice, and they will not be wronged." "If the people of knowledge ask, 'There are no more prophets or messengers,' say, 'I am neither prophet nor messenger. I am a witness from Allah; Allah has power to make whatever He wills. I only warn this age—we are at the Boundary of the Era. Realize that Judgment Day exists, and the Day of Assembly exists; Allah is the One who gives explanations, and I am the witness.' O Ruqhoyya, say: 'I AM A MOTHER. I warn you all because I am a mother. A mother will surely save her children, and Allah has entrusted this duty to me. Warn your children about the Day of Judgment, and warn the children and grandchildren of Adam. Indeed, O Youth! Awaken, life is temporary!' I gave you a dream: an old man and an old woman saying, 'O Youth! Awaken, life is temporary! O Youth! Awaken, life is temporary! O Youth! Awaken, life is temporary!' (Dream of 2008). Indeed, you will not reach old age; life is temporary. Indeed, I Allah have sent a mother to warn you, and I call her 'Ruqhoyya bint Muhammad'; truly, respond to her call. I Allah save you through this warning at the Boundary of the Era. Only to Ruqhoyya have I Allah borne witness. Indeed, I Allah promised Muhammad at the time of his death that he would bear witness at the Boundary of the Era and connect My Voice to My Light-Ahmad, a mother who calls the children and grandchildren of Adam, for your salvation in the Righteous Group before a great event. I Allah give you the easiest way to attain the Righteous Group. Only through My Call and acting by My Will—enjoin one another to patience, and enjoin one another to compassion. I Allah send My Call to Ruqhoyya, My Light-Ahmad, a mother. Nuh said in his dream, 'yaa Allah, have mercy upon mother!' Indeed, for your sake I revealed verses in Surah Nuh so that you may come to My Call. My witnesses day and night call you, so that you may believe in Me—Allah bears witness—and believe in the Last Day, do good deeds, act righteously at the Boundary of the Era, and continue your lives with faith in Me and fear of Me, as you are already at the Boundary of the Era! Only one of My Guidance remains: true dreams. I open the dreams of My witness—this is My Guidance to him—and I also prepare witnesses who receive My Guidance, and other witnesses accompany him. And for one truth: it is with the presence of witnesses, so that he does not testify falsely—even if he says, 'Allah has given him guidance in his dreams'—and I Allah also prepare his witnesses. Ruqhoyya is a witness for Qasim in receiving guidance from Me, and she is a witness for Osama Altaf in receiving My Command. Call My Servants! And act in My Path. I Allah bring them together in Ruqhoyya’s dream and I bring them together in the world. Indeed, I gather them in the realm of the Spirit with Isa ibn Maryam and with one who does not know who he is. Indeed, I reveal to My witness who he is—surely, that is My Secret. And all you Servants must obey only Me. You say, 'There are no revelations.' Indeed, I Allah am not a 'servant' weak and fearful of you, as you harm My witness. You are envious and wish for My witness to die disgracefully and be imprisoned, so that you may achieve your desires! Indeed, My witness and My witnesses are under My Protection. Whoever among you, O mankind, brings charges against him because of My Message—wait! My punishment will spread everywhere, or you are the monkeys who cause corruption on the earth, and I will destroy you with a painful punishment! Indeed, My witness, My Light-Ahmad, and I show him My Lights enveloping him, and I Allah send down one point of light to the earth, and the earth becomes illuminated. Indeed, that is what I Allah breathed into the womb of his mother. Indeed, his mother knows—he is a child different from other children. Only his brothers hate him due to Hubbud Dunya. And they are no different from the brothers of Yusuf who cast out their brother only because I Allah gave him destiny by My Decree. Indeed, all his needs are with Me. And those who say, 'My witness is hard to correct because of My Risalah,' I Allah am the One who arranges him, not you who know nothing! Indeed, Ruqhoyya is a trial for you who are envious, and you will receive a just recompense. I Allah will save you, yet you say, 'the Dajjal has appeared.' Look! Why did I Allah make My witness a woman? If he were a man, he would claim to be the Messenger in the Last Age with My Risalah Ar-Rahman—indeed, that would be the deception of Iblis. Indeed, when I Allah bring forth My second witness, he will claim, 'I am the Messenger and Isa ibn Maryam will descend into my body,' and truly, at that time when he testifies, 'I am the Messenger of Allah and I am Isa ibn Maryam,' it will be falsehood. I Allah command My witness to write his name, and indeed, I Allah command My witness to obey the rules—even though he is a witness, if I command My witness toward him, truly My witness obeys him even though he writes his own name. And I command My witness to affirm the pledge to him, because a man is the leader. And My witness and other witnesses do so. Indeed, I Allah have brought forth the witness of Isa ibn Maryam, male and female, with the same grace—only he claims to be 'prophet and messenger.' I ALLAH ERASE HIS NAME—there is a secret in his denial. He says, 'I Allah am ad-Dajjal who bears witness; he exists only because of My witness,'—that is his arrogance. And I correct him to only carry out My Commands. Yet he only gathers women, as I bring them together in dreams when he searches for Isa ibn Maryam. Indeed, Ruqhoyya said in her dream, 'This man likes wealthy women and meets women. And he meets women in the open field.' Indeed, I Allah declare Ruqhoyya’s dream: a man whom I command Ruqhoyya to write his name and introduce him to the world, approaching Ruqhoyya in the open field, his residence, so that I make him a witness for Mubahalah, and there My witness is slandered and people wish for My witness to die disgracefully through their oaths. Indeed, I Allah warned in Ruqhoyya’s dream for them to be cautious of his oaths, and I gave Ruqhoyya a dream: all her veils were removed until she could not leave her room, and those demanding the oath forced her, and I removed her veil, and they pressured her, until when I Allah removed her veil, Ruqhoyya took the oath. Before that, they were given explanations that Ruqhoyya received My Guidance from childhood through My Risalah, and I brought forth Ruqhoyya’s witness to testify that if Ruqhoyya took the oath truthfully, then indeed I Allah bear witness. Yet they continued. After My witness performed Mubahalah and brought forth her child and husband, and they publicized it in the world, they said, 'I am Iblis and I am the Iblis who delivered the Risalah.' They said, 'Muhammad is Iblis in Ruqhoyya’s dream,' and they committed slander and wished for Ruqhoyya to be trapped and punished. Do the followers of Imam Mahdi act like the followers of Dajjal? Indeed, they do all this—the world is witness—and they commit ghibah (backbiting) in the world, with evil, envy, and jealousy. I Allah bear witness through My witness, and they are people who believe in Qasim and speak out, 'My witness is Iblis and Dajjal with the message of Iblis and Dajjal.' Men and women alike commit injustice against My witness regarding Qasim. Indeed, I Allah promised Qasim, 'I am the Resolver.' I Allah say, 'If I do not fulfill My Promise, do not call Me the King of all Worlds.' Indeed, he is envious of a woman and dreams that equal hers, and I command them both to testify, so that I Allah may confirm her and the Ummah of Muhammad may come to My Call. If I Allah give the same guidance for the truth of Qasim from Me, and they say, 'We do not need her testimony, and we only need testimony in Qasim’s dream,' O you unjust Servants! I am Allah, I have power over what I will. I revealed in Qasim’s dream that he does not complete My dangerous and terrifying Words, and gives them to bold people, and one of them said, 'Allah’s message is dangerous and terrifying.' Do you discard that dream and oppose it due to envy toward a woman? Look! I Allah am the Resolver. If you do not repent, indeed, I Allah will make you in the Hereafter monkeys who cause corruption on earth, and you are the followers of ad-Dajjal. I Allah command you to walk in the path of Muhammad, yet you walk in the path of ad-Dajjal! Muhammad will not intercede for you who harm Ruqhoyya, because she is My Light-Ahmad. Whereas you are nobody... My witness delivers My Risalah, and other witnesses are chosen people who harbor no envy at all toward My witness, even though My witnesses assist My witness in all My Commands. I Allah will not include the envious among My witnesses. Indeed, her work is to bear witness in the world, upholding My Words—see her courage because she is truthful. I Allah bear witness, and My Strength is with her through My Protection. My witness is part of Isa ibn Maryam. Why do you followers of Qasim commit injustice and say, 'My witness is the Dajjal who has appeared with his charity'? Indeed, you will not be able to do this work, but only hide behind images, commit slander, spread slander, and among you some wish to become My Bani Tamim. Do you possess the Water of Thuba for My Servants at the Assembly in the Hereafter? They will not thirst—that is My Rahman. Placing the Water of Thuba in the House of My Light. You who claim to know Imam Mahdi and say you will be saved because of Imam Mahdi—you are committing shirk! I Allah command you to enter the 'Righteous Group,' and save yourselves in the 'Righteous Group.' Hasten to take the noble group from Me, Allah. Only you deny My Blessings." Ulaa'ika ‘alaa hudammirrabbihim wa ulaa'ika humul-muflihuun Aamiin, yaa Allah, yaa Rabb, yaa Sami', yaa Bashir, Alhamdulillah
