Risalah Ar-Rahman

August 20, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "Wahai Ruqhoyya! Say to My servants on earth! Open Surah Ghafir verse 15!" Surah Ghafir Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 15: "(He is) the Most High in rank, Owner of the Throne, He sends revelation by His command to whomever He wills among His servants, that they may warn (mankind) of the Day of Meeting (the Day of Judgment)," "Indeed, I Allah have a Witness, and witnesses, warning of the Day of Judgment and one Great Matter before the Hour. I am Allah, the One Who gives explanations." "Open Surah Al-A'raf verse 187, O Ruqhoyya!" Surah Al-A'raf Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 187 "They ask you (O Prophet Muhammad), 'When will the Hour (of Judgment) occur?' Say, 'Indeed, knowledge of it is with my Lord. None can reveal its time except Him. It is heavy in the heavens and the earth. It will not come upon you except suddenly.' They ask you as if you were well-informed about it. Say (O Prophet), 'Indeed, knowledge of it is with Allah, but most people do not know.'" "Indeed, I am Allah, the Giver of explanations! Knowledge of the Hour is from Me! I am Allah, the Giver of explanations to My Witness. Open Surah Az-Zumar verse 69, O Ruqhoyya!" Surah Az-Zumar Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 69 "And the earth will shine with the light (of justice) of its Lord, and the record (of deeds) will be placed, and the prophets and witnesses will be brought forth, and judgment will be passed among them with justice, and they will not be wronged." "Indeed, My witnesses are in a special place, and My prophets envy them and say, 'Who are they, O Allah? Why are they—men and women—here, while they are neither prophets nor messengers?' And upon Ruqhoyya, the pillar of light, the Spirit of the Holy One, Isa ibn Maryam, accompanies him until he reaches the Plain of Resurrection. I, Allah, am behind the veil upon My Throne in the lower heaven. And when he arrives before all people (in that special place), he looks toward those who come before Me, Allah, behind the veil in the lower heaven. Indeed, they are neither prophets nor martyrs (the Righteous), yet they come before Me, Ar-Rahman, at a time when all are fearful and trembling. They are not related by blood, yet they assist and love one another. They love Me, Allah, and Muhammad more than they love themselves, their families, their parents, and their wealth. They uphold My Testimony. They are hated by all people. They enjoin patience upon one another and enjoin kindness upon one another. They call My servants to gather together (in congregation) and enter the 'Righteous Group'. They are the first to believe in Me, Allah, and bear witness and uphold My Testimony, with patience, and they are hated by all who dislike My Testimony. Indeed, among them is My Witness. He receives My Message—dangerous and terrifying—were it not for My protection and strength, he would not be able to deliver it. And one among them is My Ahmad's Light. Upon him is My Ahmad's Light, a part of My Ahmad, so that he is connected to Me, Allah, bearing witness. I, Allah, grant him dreams, and I, Allah, interpret them. Indeed, prophethood has ended and been severed, except for true guidance. True dreams in the Last Days are close to reality, from a truthful servant, and I, Allah, confirm them, and I, Allah, interpret them. Indeed, that is the remaining guidance: True dreams and a portion of prophethood (Al-Mubashshiraat). When I grant My Witness a dream, witnesses accompany him, and he recounts it truthfully. I, Allah, open his dream and I, Allah, interpret it, and I, Allah, grant him revelations—not a prophet, not a messenger, but a Witness. Indeed, I have distributed My Light of Justice, and not one of My servants have I wronged, except those who come at My call. O mankind! Convey the message to one another, so that you may attain a group whom I, Allah, will honor on the Day of Resurrection—the 'Righteous Group'. The group whom I, Allah, will bless with mercy—the martyrs. Help your brothers in Palestine, give charity, believe in Me, Allah, and believe in the Last Day, do good deeds—I, Allah, will reward you! Convey the message to one another with patience, and convey the message to one another with kindness. Do not dispute, but compete with one another in goodness! Open Surah Al-Balad verses 16 to 20, O Ruqhoyya... Convey to My servants!" Surah Al-Balad Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 16 "Or a destitute person in extreme poverty." Verse 17 "Then he is among those who believe and enjoin patience and enjoin kindness." Verse 18 "They (those who believe and enjoin) are the Righteous Group." Verse 19 "And those who disbelieve in Our signs—they are the Left-hand Group." Verse 20 "They will be in a Hellfire, sealed tight." "Do not disbelieve! I am Allah, the Almighty in the heavens and on earth. My power is widespread. I am Allah, the Most Great, I am Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate. I am the Source of all sources of knowledge. A message from Me to you: Come to Me with Islamic faith and help your brothers in their severe suffering, hunger, and death. Do you not believe in Me, Allah, bearing witness? Indeed, whoever among you disbelieves in My signs—you are the disobedient servants! I will turn you into monkeys, and you will receive a just recompense! I, Allah, bear witness—the Great Lord, the Ruler of the heavens and the earth—I am Allah, the Controller. You (servants) must obey only Me. I, Allah, have given you (servants) the straight path—the path you seek and the path I am pleased with. I, Allah, created jinn and mankind only to worship Me. And those among you who say, 'I, Allah, am Iblis, or ad-Dajjal'—indeed, I will release Iblis’s restraint as the Hour draws nearer. Truly, Iblis will possess one of you who disbelieves—chosen and rebellious—you will be his followers! I, Allah, will toss you about in clear misguidance, so that you do not recognize the truth as truth, except while you remain in disgrace. Indeed, the 'Left-hand Group'—those whom I, Allah, will disgrace on the Day of Resurrection. Open Surah Al-Jinn verses 7 to 10, O Ruqhoyya! And see whether the scholars will suppose their knowledge exceeds My knowledge, while they know nothing." Surah Al-Jinn Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 7 "Indeed, they (the jinn) assumed, just as you (the polytheists of Makkah) assumed, that Allah would never resurrect anyone (on the Day of Judgment)." Verse 8 "(The jinn said,) 'Indeed, we have tried to reach the heavens, but found them filled with strong guards and flaming meteors.'" Verse 9 "Indeed, we used to sit in some of the seats in the heavens to eavesdrop (on news). But now, whoever tries to eavesdrop finds a flaming meteor lying in wait (to burn him).'" Verse 10 "Indeed, we do not know whether evil is intended for those on earth, or whether their Lord intends good for them." "The Righteous Group is from Me. I grant them My Rahmani mercy, the martyrs—I, Allah, honor them on the Day of Resurrection! Open Surah Al-Waqi'ah verses 1 to 10, O Ruqhoyya! And say to the scholars: Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing, while you know nothing." Surah Al-Waqi'ah Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 1 "When the Hour (of Judgment) occurs—(it is) inevitable—" Verse 2 "No soul can deny its occurrence." Verse 3 "(That event) will humble (one group) and exalt (another)." Verse 4 "When the earth is shaken with the most violent shaking," Verse 5 "And the mountains are crushed to dust," Verse 6 "And they become scattered particles." Verse 7 "You will be divided into three groups:" Verse 8 "The Righteous Group—how honorable the Righteous Group!" Verse 9 "And the Left-hand Group—how miserable the Left-hand Group!" Verse 10 "Besides them (a third group), those who were foremost (in faith). They are the ones who will be foremost (into Paradise)." "Yet among you, O scholars, none know Me, Allah, bearing witness, except when My Testimony comes without your knowledge, because you have rejected My Message. I, Allah, connect My Voice to My Witness—My Witness is My Rahman. When I, Allah, let My Voice be heard upon the earth, the earth will be destroyed and you will die in disbelief. That is My punishment upon you—the deaf, the mute, and the blind. And I have shown in the dream of My Witness: My Voice fills the earth—then the earth is destroyed. Everything flies like cotton—earth shattered by the greatness of My Voice. I, Allah, say in the dream of My Witness: 'O youth! Awaken! Life is temporary!' Awaken, O people! Your life is not eternal. Return to Me! Before I, Allah, close the door of My Forgiveness, and you remain eternally in My Hellfire. You have reached an era—just as I commanded Iblis to prostrate before Adam, and he refused—so too are you. I send a woman who receives My Revelation, and you say, 'She is ad-Dajjal!' Indeed, you are his followers after one who disobeys. I grant her My Revelation (inspiration), and she is a Witness. After Ruqhoyya reveals her name, she will claim, 'I am the Messenger of Allah and Nabi Isa' in the future. I grant Ruqhoyya a dream of their meeting, and I also bring them together in reality. My Witness recounts it to My other witnesses, and their story is real. I have brought them together in reality—from one land to another—they meet in dreams, and one of them searches and meets (both My Witnesses). He says, 'I dreamed of traveling around the world in one night.' He testifies to My Witness, and now his proof is very strong: 'He is the Messenger of Allah, he is Isa ibn Maryam,' who will shelter his body.' Indeed, that is falsehood. I, Allah, bear witness, and I, Allah, am the Warner! Hasten, O people, to enter the 'Righteous Group'! Before I help your brothers in Palestine, enter the 'Righteous Group'! Believe in Me, Allah, bearing witness, believe in the Last Day, speak good or remain silent if you cannot speak good. I, Allah—no one rebels against Me except the followers of ad-Dajjal who have now emerged. You will see those who obstruct My witnesses on My path—indeed, they are the followers of ad-Dajjal. Avoid them and believe in My decree. Open Surah Al-Baqarah verses 55 to 57, O Ruqhoyya." Surah Al-Baqarah Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 55 "(Remember) when you said, 'O Musa, we will not believe in you until we see Allah clearly.' Then the lightning struck you while you were watching." Verse 56 "Then We revived you after your death so that you might be grateful." Verse 57 "We shaded you with clouds and sent down upon you Manna and Salwa. Eat from the good things We have provided for you. They did not wrong Us, but they wronged themselves." "Indeed, this is a parable for the people who believe and reflect. I, Allah, would not bear witness if we were not at the 'End of Time' approaching completion. Awaken from the deception of this world! And return to Me, Allah! Cast away your arrogance! Indeed, Iblis will block the message of goodness from Me, leading you into My Hellfire in the Hereafter!"
