Message #1044
Risalah Ar-Rahman

Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
"O Ruqhoyya! Write down My Message!
I, Allah, command you to establish My Islamic House. The place where My Revelation descends, the House of My Light.
Indeed, you did not know anything, and when My Message came, you wrote it obediently, without concealing My Revelation, without reluctance.
Truly, My Command comes so that all of you may know.
Ruqhoyya does not know My Plan, and indeed, he only obeys Me.
When all of you together carry out My Command, indeed you assist one another, without blood ties,
loving one another.
That is My Witness.
Indeed, they (the Witnesses) are neither prophets nor messengers, yet they possess Lights, and I, Allah, showed them to Ruqhoyya in a dream—people coming before My Presence, Allah, behind the veil.
They love one another, without envy among them, and in loving Me and Muhammad more than their own selves.
Indeed, I have given Ruqhoyya the pillar of the luminous spirit of Ruhullah Quddus Isa ibn Maryam, coming before My Presence, Allah, behind the veil. He is My Witness, he is the one who brings you before Me. If I had no Witness, I, Allah, would not bear witness, and you would have no warning.
If I let My Voice resound upon the earth, the earth would be destroyed due to the Majesty of My Voice.
Like when Musa desired to see My Face, the mountains vanished.
I, Allah, showed Ruqhoyya in his dream: My Voice fills the earth—then the earth is destroyed.
He is Ruqhoyya, My Witness. So love one another on My Path!
Do not harbor envy toward him. He holds onto My Word. Indeed, trials for him fill the earth.
Had it not been for My Witness connecting My Voice to My Servants, you would not have obtained the 'Righteous Group'. Indeed, I, Allah, have power over all things. Yet My Witness is only Ruqhoyya, and I have power to send My Call to him because of My covenant in the realm of Spirits, long before fifty thousand years before the earth was created and you came into existence—yet you were in the realm of Spirits. And I, Allah, were with My created Servants.
Until you were born upon the earth under the covenant of obedience to Me—yet you broke it!
In the Last Days, you have reached the "Time Limit," I, Allah, bear witness: you have arrived at the decisive moment.
Open Surah Al-Hadid and open it for them to know!
I, ALLAH, REPEAT MY WORDS AS A WARNING FOR YOU!"
Surah Al-Hadid
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 1
"All that is in the heavens and all that is on the earth glorifies Allah (proclaims His greatness). And He is the Almighty, the All-Wise."
Verse 2
"To Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He gives life and causes death, and He has power over all things."
Verse 3
"He is the First and the Last, the Manifest and the Hidden, and He has full knowledge of all things."
Verse 4
"He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in six days, then He ascended the Throne. He knows what enters the earth and what emerges from it, what descends from the sky and what ascends to Him. And He is with you wherever you are. And Allah sees all that you do."
Verse 5
"To Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And to Allah all matters are returned."
Verse 6
"He causes the night to enter into the day and the day to enter into the night. And He knows what is in the hearts."
Verse 7
"Believe in Allah and His Messenger, and spend (in charity) from what Allah has made you trustees over. Then those among you who believe and spend (in charity) will have a great reward."
Verse 8
"And why do you not believe in Allah, when His Messenger calls you to believe in your Lord? And indeed, He has already taken your covenant, if you are truly believers."
Verse 9
"He it is Who sent down to His servant clear verses (the Qur’an), so that He may bring you out from darkness into light. Indeed, Allah is Most Kind, Most Merciful to you."
Verse 10
"And why do you not spend in the cause of Allah, when to Allah belongs the inheritance of the heavens and the earth? Those among you who spent (in charity) and fought before the conquest (of Makkah) are higher in rank than those who spent and fought afterward. Allah has promised each of them the best reward. And Allah is fully aware of what you do."
Verse 11
"Whoever lends to Allah a goodly loan, He will multiply it for him, and grant him a generous reward."
Verse 12
"(That is) on the Day when you see the believing men and women— their light shining before them and to their right— (it will be said), 'Today there is good news for you: Gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein you will abide eternally. That is the supreme triumph.'"
Verse 13
"On the Day when the hypocritical men and women will say to the believers, 'Wait for us, so we may take some of your light.' It will be said to them, 'Go back and seek light for yourselves.' Then a wall will be placed between them, with a gate—mercy within, and punishment outside."
Verse 14
"The hypocrites will call out to them, saying, 'Were we not with you?' They will reply, 'Yes, but you caused harm to yourselves, waited (for our downfall), doubted, and were deceived by false hopes until the decree of Allah came. And you were deceived concerning Allah by the Deceiver (Satan).'"
Verse 15
"So today no ransom will be accepted from you, nor from the disbelievers. Your abode is the Fire. That is your refuge. And it is the worst destination."
Verse 16
"Has not the time come for the hearts of those who believe to submit humbly to the remembrance of Allah and to the truth that has been revealed? And let them not be like those who received the Scripture before, then a long time passed over them, and their hearts hardened. And most of them are rebellious."
Verse 17
"Know that indeed, Allah gives life to the earth after its death. Indeed, We have made clear to you Our signs, so that you may reflect."
Verse 18
"Indeed, those who give charity, men and women, and lend to Allah a goodly loan, it will be multiplied for them, and they will have a generous reward."
Verse 19
"And those who believe in Allah and His Messenger— they are the Siddiqun (truthful ones) and the witnesses before their Lord. For them is reward and light. And those who disbelieve and deny Our signs—they are the inhabitants of Hell."
Verse 20
"Know that indeed, worldly life is only play and amusement, adornment and boasting among you, and rivalry in wealth and children—like rain whose vegetation delights the farmers; then it withers, and you see it turn yellow, then it crumbles. And in the Hereafter is severe punishment, and forgiveness from Allah and His pleasure. And worldly life is nothing but deceptive enjoyment."
Verse 21
"Race toward forgiveness from your Lord and a Paradise as vast as the heavens and the earth, prepared for those who believe in Allah and His Messengers. That is the grace of Allah; He bestows it upon whom He wills. And Allah possesses immense grace."
Verse 22
"No disaster strikes upon the earth or within yourselves except that it is in a Record before We bring it into existence. Indeed, that is easy for Allah."
Verse 23
"(We reveal this) so that you do not grieve over what has escaped you, nor rejoice excessively over what He has given you. And Allah does not love anyone arrogant, boastful,"
Verse 24
"those who are stingy and enjoin stinginess upon people. And whoever turns away—indeed, Allah is the Self-Sufficient, the Praiseworthy."
Verse 25
"Indeed, We sent Our Messengers with clear proofs, and revealed with them the Scripture and the Balance, so that people may uphold justice. And We sent down iron, in which lies great strength and many benefits for mankind, (so that they may use it), and so that Allah may know who supports Him and His Messengers, even though He is unseen. Indeed, Allah is Powerful, Almighty."
Verse 26
"Indeed, We sent Nuh and Ibrahim, and placed prophethood and Scripture among their descendants. Among them were guided, and many were rebellious."
Verse 27
"Then We sent after them Our Messengers, and followed (them) with Isa, son of Maryam. And We gave him the Injil, and placed in the hearts of those who followed him compassion and mercy. But they invented monasticism—We did not prescribe it for them—only seeking the pleasure of Allah. Yet they did not observe it as it should have been observed. So We granted those among them who believed their reward, and many of them were rebellious."
Verse 28
"O you who believe (in the Messengers)! Fear Allah and believe in His Messenger. He will grant you a double portion of His mercy, provide you with a light by which you may walk, and forgive you. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."
Verse 29
"(We reveal this) so that the People of the Scripture may know that they have no claim over the grace of Allah unless they believe in Muhammad, and that grace is in the hand of Allah. He bestows it upon whom He wills. And Allah possesses immense grace."
"HOLY ARE YOU, O ALLAH, THE MOST EXALTED! ALL PRAISE IS FOR YOU, O ALLAH, LORD OF ALL THE WORLDS."
"Indeed, the Qur’an is a clear guidance for those who believe in My Signs, I, Allah. Bearing witness at the 'Time Limit' to the Light of My Ahmad."
