Message #1052
Risalah Ar-Rahman
August 26, 2025
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
"O Ruqhoyya, write and convey to My Servants!
I Allah bear witness: That is the 'Boundary of the Age', for you to know, and come unto Me, Allah!
I Allah bring forth My Witnesses. They are chosen among the ranks of My Witnesses after My First Witness. She is Ruqhoyya; she conveys all My Will, for there is no Prophet and no Messenger after her.
I call her 'My Witness'.
I Allah bring forth My Second Witness; indeed, within him lies My Secret. I Allah command that his name be written, and truly I Allah will that he call My Servants.
And indeed Ruqhoyya has invited him to fulfill My Command, to deliver My Message which I have given to Ruqhoyya, so that he may walk straight upon My Path—there is no Prophet and no Messenger.
I bring them together in dreams, and I Allah bring them together in the world.
Indeed, in Ruqhoyya’s dream, a certain man said, 'I am of noble descent from a certain land,' and he mentioned its name. He asked, 'Where is Isa ibn Maryam?' Indeed, Isa ibn Maryam came to Ruqhoyya’s place, and this man sought him.
Ruqhoyya pointed out where Isa ibn Maryam was. They held a meeting. Indeed, I Allah showed Isa ibn Maryam sitting at the back, dignified and silent. Verily, he is but a follower after descending to earth in the future.
Ruqhoyya said to the man (male) who was searching for Isa ibn Maryam: This man loves wealthy women, meets women, and meets women in Padang.
Ruqhoyya did not know whether her dream was real. Indeed, I commanded that man to meet her in Padang, in Ruqhoyya’s land.
Verily, that man truly sought Ruqhoyya in the real world. And My other Witnesses—this man (the Second Witness)—searched for her.
Indeed, they met, because they are followers of a descendant of Adam whom I granted dreams and My Guidance, who said, 'They will believe if My Witness swears (mubahalah).'
Indeed, I Allah commanded My Witness to do so.
And they met. I Allah caused the man who appeared in Ruqhoyya’s dream to come forward as a witness. For they are the same person, both receiving My Guidance. And they are close companions in the realm of Ruh.
Indeed, among My Witnesses there is conflict; they are always quarreling. For My Second Witness is envious of My First Witness.
Indeed, I showed them in the dream of the Ruh realm, together with Isa ibn Maryam. And they are always in conflict, because My First Witness is a woman; they are jealous of Me, Allah. They both desire that I, Allah, be with them. While this man desires his will, which I, Allah, granted, yet he disbelieved.
And Isa ibn Maryam is a servant who loves My Witnesses. Indeed, they are My servants; by their will, I fulfill their desires—except My Second Witness, who is envious, yet I, Allah, still fulfill his desire.
Indeed, I Allah commanded My Witness to write his name in the world. Indeed, My Witness obeyed, and the other Witnesses assisted My Witness. They are My believing servants who testify to Me, Allah. They come from different lands, unrelated by blood, yet in love and mercy. They help one another. They deliver My Message without fear. Whereas the man whom I commanded My Witness to write his name, only gathers women.
Indeed, I Allah revealed to Ruqhoyya a man who sought Isa ibn Maryam, and Ruqhoyya said, 'This man loves wealthy women and meets women, meets women in Padang.'
I Allah made it 'real,' just as I showed in Ruqhoyya’s dream. I brought them together, and he (the man) approached women in Padang.
My Witness is from a land named Padang. Indeed, My Witness comes from a distant land, and they met because I commanded that man to become the witness for the oath they requested—yet they lied about their oath. They fabricated slander against My Witness. They are followers of one whom I, Allah, granted dreams and My Guidance in his dreams, yet they denied the oath of My Witness—only because that man who came said he was 'Rasulullah.'
My Witness suffered slander, and they together beat a weak woman, collectively, and spread it.
The scholars and leaders of that land did not inquire, as one should verify a report upon hearing it.
They will accuse My Witness, a weak woman. They will together beat My Witness. Indeed, I Allah protect My Witness.
A descendant of Adam, whom I, Allah, granted dreams and My Guidance, I fulfilled My Promise, and I brought forth My First Witness. He said, 'My Message is from the sorcery of ad-dajjal.' And they together committed slander, while quarreling among themselves.
They say 'on the path of the Imam,' yet they quarrel and are on the path of ad-dajjal.
They envy one another, and I brought forth My Witness so that I, Allah, may choose My believing servants who stand in the ranks of My Witness.
They come from various lands, gathered by high faith in Me. Indeed, they love Me and Muhammad more than their own selves, families, parents, and wealth.
And the one whose name I wrote proved treacherous to Me and said, 'I am ad-dajjal.' Indeed, they are all alike.
Whereas his name has been proclaimed by My Witness and My Witnesses.
Indeed, I Allah increased My Grace upon My Witnesses, and they stand in the ranks of Isa ibn Maryam.
And My Second Witness is jealous and envious, just as he was in the Ruh realm, envious of My Witness.
Indeed, he desires to dominate My Witness and is envious of My First Witness together with Isa ibn Maryam, who is full of compassion and illuminates My Witness with his light.
They quarrel—My First and My Second Witness—because My Second Witness chose the wrong path. He claims 'Rasulullah' and claims 'Isa ibn Maryam,' whereas My Witness testifies that Isa ibn Maryam is not My Second Witness, and Isa ibn Maryam is Isa ibn Maryam.
I corrected them to walk upon the path of Muhammad. And a woman who knew My Commands and Prohibitions betrayed Me. And they have met. The disbelieving couple—I showed in Ruqhoyya’s dream—the pair of ad-dajjal, deceiving with gentleness, speaking with kindness. Indeed, I showed a woman who betrayed Me, gently embracing Ruqhoyya, and Ruqhoyya distancing herself. Indeed, that foreign woman, in the form of a stranger (with blonde hair), is the partner of ad-dajjal. Indeed, those who disbelieve in Me, Allah, have attained their desires.
They announce to the world. They are a pair of light, seeking followers. They claim they are on the right path. Indeed, I, Allah, have erased their name, and they do not walk the right path.
True is My Word: If he turns away from Ruqhoyya, his path shall be darkened.
I am Allah, the Most Truthful.
There is no Prophet and no Messenger anymore. Indeed, Isa ibn Maryam comes to earth, flanked by two wings of angels. I, ALLAH, showed this to Ruqhoyya, and in her past dream, Isa ibn Maryam descended before her with two of My Angels, and they gave her a sign from Me, for My Witness Ruqhoyya.
I bring forth My Third Witness before Isa ibn Maryam.
He is one who does not know who he is. He believes in Me, Allah, bearing witness. Indeed, he recognizes his brothers and the ummah of Muhammad.
I transformed him in one night.
When I reveal him in the future, and I release the restraint upon Iblis, indeed Iblis will possess one of My Witnesses who disbelieves in Me. Indeed, he is one who indulges with women, as in the dream of My Witness (Ruqhoyya) who said, 'he loves wealthy women.' And he has said, 'I am ad-dajjal.'
Indeed, they will receive their due retribution.
I, Allah, replace him with a servant who believes in Me, Allah, and does not disbelieve in Me.
He does not harm his brother, My Witness.
I showed Ruqhoyya a dream: Khadijah (the wife of Prophet Muhammad) brought a young boy and said to Ruqhoyya, 'He is a descendant of Muhammad.' He is gentle and believes in Me. Indeed, he is the one who completes the number of My Witnesses, and I, Allah, grant them the same dream.
He is a brother who knows his brothers, and they love one another on My Path.
He is a man who believes in Me, and calls Ruqhoyya, 'my sister Ruqhoyya.'
Indeed, I, Allah, am pleased with him.
He is a believing brother who testifies to Me, Allah.
In the future, you will know after My Secret is unveiled.
And those who disbelieved will be in regret.
