Message #1064
Risalah Ar-Rahman
August 30, 2025
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
"O Ruqhoyya! Write down My Message, call My Servants! Say: 'O servants of Allah, we have reached the Boundary of Time. All decrees from Allah have been conveyed beginning [November 26, 2023]; indeed, that is the Boundary of Our Time. For us to know and remain vigilant.'
Bind yourselves to the true path, act as our Prophet Muhammad did when the message of Allah arrived. Walk upon the path of our Prophet Muhammad.
Prophet Muhammad, the Chosen Servant, our intercessor, gentle toward Allah. OBEY AND SUBMIT to what Allah has conveyed.
Indeed, not a single human on this earth knows when the Boundary of Time will end except Allah. And Allah is the One who provides Explanation.
Allah bears witness at the Boundary of Time; Allah has Witnesses, and Allah delivers His Risalah to one of His Witnesses, a female Witness of Allah, whom He calls Ruqhoyya bint Muhammad, His Light-of-Ahmad, indeed such is easy for Allah. Allah delivers His Message to His Witness and warns us of a time when the Great Day shall stand.
The Last Day.
Open Surah Ghafir, verse 15!
There lies the decree of Allah."
Surah Ghafir
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 15:
"(He is) the Most High in rank, Owner of the Throne, who reveals the revelation by His command to whomever He wills among His servants, to warn (mankind) of the Day of Meeting (the Day of Resurrection)."
"Open Surah Al-A'raf, verse 187, O Ruqhoyya!"
Surah Al-A'raf
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 187:
"They ask you (O Prophet Muhammad) about the Hour (of Resurrection), 'When will it come to pass?' Say: 'Indeed, knowledge of it rests solely with my Lord. None but He can reveal its appointed time. (The Hour) will be a tremendous (calamity) for the heavens and the earth. It will come upon you only suddenly.' They question you as though you were well-informed. Say (O Prophet Muhammad): 'Indeed, knowledge of it rests with Allah, but most people do not know.'"
"Indeed, knowledge of the Hour rests only with Allah, and Allah is the One who provides Explanation.
Open Surah Az-Zumar, verse 69!"
Surah Az-Zumar
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 69:
"And the earth will shine with the light (of justice) of its Lord; the records (of deeds) will be laid open; the prophets and the witnesses will be brought forth; and judgment will be passed among them with fairness, and they will not be wronged."
"'The Witnesses stand upholding the Risalah of Allah.
And there will be no more Prophet or Messenger; Allah only mentions Witness, and Witnesses are gathered by Allah from various lands (countries) in delivering the Risalah of Allah.
All this is the decree of Allah for our Righteous Group, the group whom Allah will honor on Yaumul Mahsyar (the Day of Gathering).'"
Allah says through Ilham of the heart and inner conscience:
"Indeed, this is easy for Me, O My servants, and do not dispute among yourselves. Bind yourselves with 'Iman' (faith) in Me, walk upon the path of your Prophet Muhammad!
Indeed, I, Allah, am gathering the Righteous Group. Exhort one another to patience, exhort one another with compassion, do righteous deeds—this is the Righteous Group.
My Message, Allah’s, comes to My Witness. I, ALLAH, call her Ruqhoyya, My Light-of-Ahmad. And only to Ruqhoyya do I bear witness. For she alone is the 'Witness' for you to receive My Message.
Your Righteous Group rests upon her tongue, from My Call. If My Voice, Allah’s, resounds upon the earth, the earth will shatter.
Truly because of the greatness of My Voice. Just as Musa desired to see My Face, the mountains were shattered (vanished).
Do not dispute among yourselves; the news from Me is the path to your salvation!
Guard a woman, so that you may act gently in receiving true news.
Indeed, a woman is a sister to you, and a woman is a mother to you, to save you in the 'Boundary of Time'.
Do not boast of your status before her, and do not boast of your knowledge before her. You must only act gently toward Me, Allah. She (Ruqhoyya) is only the conveyor of My Message.
Open Surah Al-Hujurat, verses 15 to the end, O Ruqhoyya! Let them believe in My Verses!"
Surah Al-Hujurat
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 15:
"Indeed, the believers are only those who believe in Allah and His Messenger, then they doubt not, and strive with their wealth and their lives in the way of Allah. It is they who are the truthful."
Verse 16:
"Say (to them): 'Will you inform Allah about your religion, while Allah knows what is in the heavens and what is on the earth? And Allah is All-Aware of all things.'"
Verse 17:
"They feel they have conferred a favor upon you by their Islam. Say: 'Do not consider your Islam a favor to me; rather, it is Allah who has bestowed favor upon you by guiding you to faith, if indeed you are truthful.'"
Verse 18:
"Indeed, Allah knows the unseen in the heavens and the earth. And Allah is All-Seeing of what you do."
"Indeed, I, Allah, am All-Knowing of what is in the heavens and on the earth. Not a single thing escapes My Knowledge.
Open Surah Al-Ankabut, verses 14 to 25, O Ruqhoyya!"
Surah Al-Ankabut
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 14:
"And indeed, We sent Nuh to his people, and he remained among them a thousand years minus fifty years. Then the great flood seized them, while they were people of wrongdoing."
Verse 15:
"So We saved Nuh and those who were in the ship, and We made that (event) a lesson for all mankind."
Verse 16:
"And (remember) Ibrahim, when he said to his people: 'Worship Allah and fear Him. That is better for you, if you only knew.'"
Verse 17:
"Indeed, what you worship besides Allah are only idols, and you are inventing falsehood. Indeed, what you worship besides Allah cannot provide for you; so seek provision from Allah, worship Him, and be grateful to Him. To Him alone you will be returned."
Verse 18:
"And if you (O disbelievers) deny (the truth), indeed, nations before you have also denied (their messengers). And the duty of the messenger is only to convey (Allah’s message) clearly."
Verse 19:
"And do they not reflect on how Allah originates creation, then repeats it? Indeed, that is easy for Allah."
Verse 20:
"Say: 'Travel through the land and observe how He began creation, then Allah brings about the final creation. Indeed, Allah is Most Capable over all things.'"
Verse 21:
"He (Allah) punishes whom He wills and grants mercy to whom He wills, and to Him you will be returned."
Verse 22:
"And you cannot escape (Allah’s punishment) on earth or in the heavens, and you have neither protector nor helper besides Allah."
Verse 23:
"And those who disbelieve in Allah’s signs and the meeting with Him—these are the ones who despair of My mercy, and they will suffer a painful punishment."
Verse 24:
"So the only response of his people (Ibrahim) was to say: 'Kill him or burn him!' Then Allah saved him from the fire. Indeed, in that are clear signs (of Allah’s power) for those who believe."
Verse 25:
"And he (Ibrahim) said: 'Indeed, the idols you worship besides Allah are only to create affection among you in worldly life; then on the Day of Resurrection, some of you will disown others and curse one another; and your final abode will be the Fire, and you will have no helpers.'"
"Indeed, in the Final Period of Decree, I, Allah, give you warnings. Knowledge of the Hour is from Me. And I do not create My creatures except by My Will; indeed, I, Allah, create the like of this easily, and I appoint My Witness, so that I, Allah, may bear witness in the time of decision.
I, Allah, will over My Witness. Indeed, that is easy for Me.
Open Surah Al-Insan, O Ruqhoyya, verse 28!
Indeed, I am Allah, the Giver of Explanations."
Surah Al-Insan
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 28:
"We created them and strengthened their joints; and when We will, We can indeed replace them with others like them."
"Indeed, I, Allah, have power over what I will. I bring about the final event of My Decree with creation of the like; indeed, I, Allah, have power over what I will, so that you may come to Me.
Leave all your sins, believe in Me, Allah; believe in the Last Day. You are already in the Last Time. Trials will ignite easily; ad-Dajjal will deceive and tempt you within your hearts. You will not care nor fear Me, Allah!
I, Allah, brought forth the leader of the disbelieving people; I made him a single goal, so that you may walk in My Path. But he disbelieved; I, Allah, erased his name, I, Allah, straightened him, yet he did not straighten with My Call. He claimed to be 'Prophet and Messenger,' and I brought him face to face with My Witness. As I, Allah, gave My Witness dreams, and I, Allah, brought them together through the dreams of My Witness. I brought them together in the real world. Just as you receive news from the prophetic portion, I, Allah, interpreted it and I, Allah, revealed revelations (to the Prophet). Indeed, that is the portion of prophethood. I give My Risalah to My Witness; indeed, I speak to My Witness since her childhood, and My Voice is within My Nur, in the Ilham of her heart and inner conscience.
I educate her with My Decrees. I, Allah, prepare Witnesses for My Truth to bear witness. I, Allah, give My Witness dreams; indeed, she recounts her dreams to My Witnesses. I, Allah, interpret them; indeed, My Witnesses are true witnesses. My Witness does not lie; she honestly recounts her dreams, and I, Allah, show clear truth, and My Witnesses witness—My Risalah reaches them with truth.
That is the dream, part of prophethood.
One remaining sign, and it is for My Witness; to her I, Allah, bear witness. I, Allah, am the Giver of explanations for you to know!
I, Allah, bear witness at the End. But you do not know.
I, Allah, with My Secrets, call you to come to Me. Allah!
Believe in Me, believe in the Last Day, do good deeds. I, Allah, will grant reward!
Open Surah Al-Balad, verses 17 to 20! Exhort one another with the message of patience, and exhort one another with compassion. I, Allah, grant you the 'Righteous Group'."
Surah Al-Balad
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 17:
"Then he became one of those who believed and exhorted one another to patience and exhorted one another to compassion."
Verse 18:
"They are the people of the Right Hand."
Verse 19:
"And those who disbelieve in Our signs—they are the people of the Left Hand."
Verse 20:
"They will be in a sealed Fire."
"What do you know about the Righteous Group? Open Surah Al-Waqi'ah, verses 7 to 10!"
Surah Al-Waqi'ah
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 7:
"You will be divided into three groups,"
Verse 8:
"namely the 'Righteous Group'—how noble is the 'Righteous Group'!"
Verse 9:
"And the 'Left Hand Group'—how wretched is the 'Left Hand Group'!"
Verse 10:
"And besides them (the third group) are those who came first (in faith). They are the ones who will enter Paradise first."
"Do not equate Me, Allah, with the words you utter—'I am Iblis, ad-Dajjal, Satan, and cursed jinn,' and you say 'I am a jinn who steals secrets of the heavens.' Indeed, I am Allah, the Lord of all the worlds.
Indeed, ad-Dajjal is Iblis whom I have restrained; when his time comes, I will release My restraint. Indeed, he will possess one of the disobedient descendants of Adam, and he will claim to be 'Prophet, Messenger, even Lord'.
Indeed, I, Allah, warn you: the leader of the Left Hand Group has already appeared in this universe. He claims to be 'Prophet and Messenger,' and will later circle the earth in one night, as witnessed by My Witness when I brought them together, just as My Witness dreamed. He comes to women in the fields; indeed, he comes to My Witness and to a Witness from My Witnesses.
He (the disobedient chosen servant) said to My Witness: 'I dreamed of circling the world in one night.'
This is the purpose of the Witness, for you to know and receive explanations.
They (the Witnesses) witness My Truth, Allah’s, through true dreams. I give dreams, I bring them together as in dreams, I confirm all events, and the Witnesses, My Witnesses, bear witness.
Believe in Me, so you do not fall outside of My Protection!
The turmoil of the Last Days is very heavy upon the heavens and the earth. Creatures on earth will face great hardship. Bind yourselves with 'Iman', bind your families! And be aware—life is temporary!
Open Surah Al-Jinn, verses 7 to 10! Know this: the jinn whom you claim 'steal secrets of the heavens' regarding My Messages. Believe in My Verses and fear Allah!"
Surah Al-Jinn
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 7:
"Indeed, they (the jinn) assumed, just as you (O people) assumed, that Allah would never resurrect anyone (on the Day of Judgment)."
Verse 8:
"(The jinn said:) 'Indeed, we have tried to reach the heavens, but found them filled with strong guards and flaming meteors.'"
Verse 9:
"Indeed, we used to sit in some of the seats (in the heavens) to eavesdrop (on news). But now, whoever tries to eavesdrop finds a flaming meteor lying in wait (to burn him).'"
Verse 10:
"Indeed, we do not know whether evil is intended for those on earth, or whether their Lord intends good for them."
"Produce the like! Can you create messages that do not come from Me, Allah?
Have you ever considered that if you fabricate testimony, My Witness from Me?
Indeed, I, Allah, will not allow you to do so; My Hellfire will engulf you with tightly sealed gates.
My Witness has performed mubahalah (solemn oath), and all of you who witness are witnesses.
I revealed to the world the deception of one among them with their plan, to weaken Me—Allah bears witness—that indeed, I, Allah, have placed them in deception as well.
Soon I will turn them into monkeys (Yajuj-Majuj) who cause corruption on earth.
They insult My Witness and commit slander; they hide but speak with great slander and deception—these are the followers of ad-Dajjal!"
Ulaa'ika ‘alaa hudammirrabbihim wa ulaa'ika humul-muflihuun
