Message #1067
Risalah Ar-Rahman
September 2, 2025
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
"Ruqhoyya, write down My Message! Deliver it! Indeed, you are in a time of decision; take heed of yourselves, your families, your children, your relatives. I, Allah, bear witness before My Witness: this is a time of decision. Believe in Me—Allah bears witness—believe in the Last Day, do righteous deeds!
I, Allah, have chosen a chosen servant; I, Allah, brought forth a chosen servant. Indeed, he was the one Muhammad spoke of 1400 years ago. I, Allah, will what I will. But he was a disbeliever. I, Allah, guided him, yet he disbelieved and acted as he pleased. So I, Allah, erased his name once again. In time, I, Allah, will replace him with one whom I have willed. He walks upon the path of Muhammad—not becoming 'Muhammad', nor 'Isa ibn Maryam'. And he will eventually say 'Lord of the Worlds'. Indeed, I, Allah, will bring him together with My Witness in his dreams, and I will manifest it in the world as well—just as you witness in the universe: he claims to be 'Rasulullah and Isa ibn Maryam'. Truly, he testifies before My Witness (Ruqhoyya) when I will them to meet. He says, 'I dreamed of circling the earth in one night,' and I showed it to My Witness. He constantly dreams what I, Allah, grant with its interpretation. Indeed, he is ad-dajjal who seeks to kill My Witness.
Indeed, this is what I have shown to My Witness. I, ALLAH, INTERPRET HIS DREAM, as part of Prophethood, through true dreams (Al-Mubashirat), and I, Allah, reveal and confirm his dream.
Indeed, this is what remains for you at the 'Edge of Time'.
Open Surah Az-Zumar, verse 69, O My Witness!"
Surah Az-Zumar
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 69
"And the earth will shine with the light (justice) of its Lord; and the books (of deeds) will be laid down, and the prophets and witnesses will be brought forth, and judgment will be passed among them with justice, and they will not be wronged."
"O My Witness, Ruqhoyya! Proclaim! There are no more prophets and messengers—only 'Witnesses'.
Indeed, My Witness has Witnesses, and they are few. They come from tribes of faith across nations. They are neither sorrowful nor distressed. They love Me, Allah, and Muhammad more than they love themselves. And I, Allah, will not wrong them with My Messages.
I am Allah, the Supreme Guardian. I am Allah, the Protector.
Not among Muhammad’s intercession are those who dispute My Testimony, nor are they in goodness or upon the right path—those who hinder My servants from My Religion, Islam. Indeed, I, Allah, will make them apes, and they cause corruption upon the earth like Ya'juj and Ma'juj. They will be destroyed. They will become fuel for the Fire—stones and humans.
Fear Allah! I bear witness to warn you upon the right path.
Be gentle toward Me, Allah, and do good!
Open Surah Ghafir, verse 15, O Ruqhoyya!"
Surah Ghafir
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 15
"(He is) the Most High in rank, Owner of the Throne, who sends revelation by His command to whomever He wills among His servants, to warn (mankind) of the Day of Meeting (the Day of Judgment)."
"Open Surah Al-Balad, verses 19 and 20!"
Surah Al-Balad
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 19
"And those who disbelieve in Our signs—they are the people of the left hand."
Verse 20
"They will dwell in a sealed Fire."
"And open Surah Muhammad, verses 3 to 5!"
Surah Muhammad
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 3
"That is because indeed, the disbelievers follow falsehood, while the believers follow the truth from their Lord. Thus, Allah presents parables for mankind."
Verse 4
"So when you meet the disbelievers (in battle), strike at their necks. Then, when you have subdued them, bind them firmly. Thereafter, (free them as) favors or for ransom, until the war ends. Thus (it is ordained), and had Allah willed, He could have destroyed them Himself. But He tests you through one another. And those who fall in the way of Allah—He will never render their deeds futile."
Verse 5
"Allah will guide them and rectify their state,"
"Indeed, I, Allah, grant you one Saved Group, and I, Allah, will honor them on Yaumul Mahshar. Indeed, I, Allah, am Pleased with those who obey Me. Indeed, you are sinners—but were it not for My Mercy, you would never attain forgiveness, even if your sins were as numerous as the foam of the sea and the sand on the shore.
Indeed, My Path is very easy. I do not command you to fight in battlefields. Only enjoin one another to patience, and enjoin one another with compassion. That is the 'Group of the Right'.
Return to Me, Allah, and walk upon the path of Muhammad—My servant who is obedient and submissive to Me.
Open Surah Muhammad, verses 6 to 9, and remain steadfast upon My Path, O Allah."
Surah Muhammad
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 6
"And admit them into the Gardens which He has promised them."
Verse 7
"O you who believe! If you support (the religion of) Allah, He will support you and strengthen your position."
Verse 8
"And as for the disbelievers—woe to them! And Allah will erase their deeds."
Verse 9
"That is because they disliked what Allah revealed, so He nullified (the reward of) their deeds."
"I, Allah, have power over all that I will. And do not wrong one another. That is the path of the accursed Satan, who commits injustice against others. Indeed, I, Allah, warn you of the sudden arrival of ad-dajjal—you will not recognize him unless by My warning. Without My warning, you would not know the 'Edge of Time', nor would you remain vigilant upon the right path.
Bind yourselves with 'Faith' in Me, Allah, and warn My other servants by enjoining one another to patience and enjoining one another with compassion!
Open Surah Muhammad, verses 10 to 15, O Ruqhoyya!"
Surah Muhammad
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 10
"Do they not travel through the land, so they may observe how the end was for those before them? Allah destroyed them, and the disbelievers will suffer a similar fate."
Verse 11
"That is because Allah is the Protector of the believers; but the disbelievers have no protector."
Verse 12
"Indeed, Allah will admit those who believe and do righteous deeds into Gardens beneath which rivers flow. And the disbelievers enjoy worldly pleasures and eat as livestock eat; and Hell will be their abode."
Verse 13
"How many nations stronger than the people of your city (Muhammad), who expelled you, have We destroyed? And there was none to help them."
Verse 14
"Is one who holds fast to a clear proof from his Lord like one to whom his evil deeds are made appealing, and who follows his own desires?"
Verse 15
"The parable of Paradise promised to the righteous: rivers of pure water, rivers of milk whose taste does not change, rivers of delicious wine for drinkers, and rivers of pure honey. Therein they will have every kind of fruit and forgiveness from their Lord. Are they like those who will dwell eternally in Hell, given boiling water to drink, cutting their insides apart?"
"Complete all My Sacred Verses (Surah Muhammad), O Ruqhoyya! Do they believe in My Signs and fear Me, Allah,
so that they say, 'Allahumma Labbaik, Allahumma Labbaik,' and hasten with repentance?
Indeed, at the 'Edge of Time', My Warning comes—that is the Great and Certain Sign. And indeed, you have never received a true message after Muhammad except at the 'Edge of Time'.
This is what remains: good dreams and glad tidings for the righteous, and they save themselves."
Surah Muhammad
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 16
"And among them are those who listen to you (Muhammad), but when they leave you, they say to those who have been given knowledge, 'What did he say just now?' They are the ones whose hearts Allah has sealed, and who follow their own desires."
Verse 17
"And those who are guided—Allah increases their guidance and bestows upon them righteousness."
Verse 18
"What are they waiting for except the Hour of Judgment, which will come upon them suddenly? Indeed, its signs have already appeared. Then what good will their awareness be when it arrives?"
Verse 19
"Know, then, that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah. Ask forgiveness for your sins and for the sins of believing men and women. And Allah knows your efforts and your dwellings."
Verse 20
"And the believers say, 'Why has no surah (about jihad) been revealed?' But when a clear surah is revealed containing (commands of) warfare, you see those in whose hearts is disease looking at you like one fainting from fear of death. But that is more fitting for them."
Verse 21
"(Better for them is) obedience to Allah and kind speech. For when the command (of war) is established, they dislike it. Yet had they truly believed in Allah, that would have been better for them."
Verse 22
"What if, when you gained power, you caused corruption in the land and severed family ties?"
Verse 23
"They are the ones cursed by Allah; He has made them deaf and blinded their eyes."
Verse 24
"Do they not reflect upon the Qur’an, or are their hearts locked?"
Verse 25
"Indeed, those who turn back (to disbelief) after guidance has become clear to them—Satan has enticed them and prolonged their false hopes."
Verse 26
"That is because they said to those who disapprove of what Allah has revealed, 'We will obey you in some matters,' but Allah knows their secrets."
Verse 27
"How (will it be) when the angels seize them, striking their faces and backs at the time of death?"
Verse 28
"That is because they followed what incurs Allah’s wrath and hated what brings His pleasure. Thus, Allah has erased all their deeds."
Verse 29
"Or do those in whose hearts is disease suppose that Allah will not expose their malice?"
Verse 30
"And had We willed, We could have shown them to you (Muhammad), so you would truly recognize them by their marks. And indeed, you will surely know them by their tone of speech. And Allah knows all your deeds."
Verse 31
"Indeed, We will surely test you, so We may know those who strive sincerely and remain patient among you, and We will test your affairs."
Verse 32
"Indeed, those who disbelieve and hinder others from the path of Allah, and oppose the Messenger after guidance has become clear to them—they cannot harm Allah in the least. And Allah will erase all their deeds."
Verse 33
"O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger, and do not render your deeds void!"
Verse 34
"Indeed, those who disbelieve and hinder others from the path of Allah, then die in disbelief—Allah will never forgive them."
Verse 35
"So do not weaken or seek peace, for you are the ones who are superior, and Allah is with you. He will not diminish your deeds."
Verse 36
"Indeed, worldly life is only play and amusement. If you believe and are mindful of Allah, He will reward you, and He will not demand your wealth."
Verse 37
"Had He demanded your wealth and pressed you to give it all, you would have been stingy, and He would have exposed your malice."
Verse 38
"Remember, you are called to spend in the way of Allah. Among you are those who are stingy. And whoever is stingy is only stingy toward himself. And Allah is the Self-Sufficient, while you are the ones in need. And if you turn away, He will replace you with another people, and they will not be like you."
"Most truthful are You, O Allah, the All-Knowing, while we know nothing. All praise is due to You, O Allah, O Holy One."
