Risalah Ar-Rahman

September 8, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "Wahai Ruqhoyya! Indeed, I Allah have given you a dream: someone forcibly takes you, covers your eyes, and kidnaps you, carrying you to a tall building, and you do not know what happens. I have shown you a dream: in your house with a male brother, and you say, 'he is the child of Nabi Muhammad,' and you are the child of Nabi Muhammad. Indeed, I Allah have given you a true dream. I Allah have shown you when Khadijah, the wife of Muhammad, delivers a boy. And she says, 'This is the child of Nabi Muhammad,' and you see that child hiding from you. You say, 'I want to call the child of Nabi Muhammad, but he is still small; let him play outside.' Wahai Ruqhoyya! I Allah have given you a dream, and you have recounted the dreams to other Witnesses. Do you know My Intention? Indeed, you know nothing at all except what I Allah reveal: a seal of My Witnesses will come in four phases. Indeed, he truly comes in four phases: someone comes to you bringing news. If he does not know who he is, I Allah have raised him to a high place in his dream, and I Allah command him to make Adzan. Indeed, he does it, and he tells you his body is illuminated with light, exactly as I wrapped your body with light. Indeed, I Allah have power over whomever I will. And that man recounts: a little child delivered by a woman to a woman wearing a veil, and he hides from that woman. Indeed, I Allah connect your dreams, and I Allah bring you together. Indeed, that is the dream I have shown and I have confirmed. There is no falsehood in your conveying it. Indeed, the man who believes in Me, Allah, is your brother, as he says to you, 'you are my sister, you are my sister, I recognize you, you are my sister.' He seeks a brother whom I have shown in his dream, and that brother vanishes like a torn piece of paper. Do you know, Wahai Ruqhoyya! A brother should help his sister, and you are a sister to your brothers. And he disbelieves in My Decree. Indeed, if you are in mutual envy, truly Satan has erased goodness, and I Allah know one who envies you, who has dreams matching his, and you testify for him, you help him testify to the world with his truth—indeed, he is envious. There is another whom I Allah will instead. If among you there is mutual envy, indeed I Allah will replace with someone better. I bring a brother for you; indeed, all your brothers hate you and envy you, and I Allah give you a brother from My Side—yet truly, he too hates and envies you, as you say, 'yaa Allah, is there a brother in this world who is good to me and makes me his sister?' Wahai Ruqhoyya! I Allah mention a brother, and I command you to testify to the truth of his receiving dreams from Me, and you bear witness in the world, as you are a sister to him—yet he envies you. He does not want you to have dreams that match his, nor to make My Call serve to confirm him. And they say, 'we do not need testimony from you.' And I Allah, they call 'ad-dajjal.' Indeed, I Allah close the door of My Forgiveness upon them, even if they say, 'we have grown weary spreading his dreams and spending our wealth.' Indeed, they work for the pleasure of people, not hoping only for My Pleasure. I Allah bear witness, and I Allah deliver My Testimony to all the ummah of Muhammad, and they together harm a woman, conveying My Testimony. They beat you together. And I bring My Witness for you, to carry out My Command, and write his name; I Allah guide you upon My Path—yet indeed, he too disbelieves, because he does not need testimony from Me, nor conveying news from Me, and he says, 'I am also ad-dajjal.' Indeed, they are the same; they commit injustice with their tongues, while he—I Allah bear witness—is truthful. And indeed, he fabricates a new decree, saying, 'he is Isa ibn Maryam,' and he says, 'he is Rasulullah.' And I distance you from him. I command you to leave him, even though you had made a promise. Indeed, I am the One you must obey. People love dispute and disbelief after I Allah have given My Guidance. Indeed, I Allah bring a brother in your dream who believes in Me Allah and bears witness. He is a replacement for those who disbelieve. Even if I Allah grant him abundant blessings, if you are like them, indeed I Allah will cease My Testimony, and My Voice will fill the Earth calling My Servants—let the Earth be destroyed, as I Allah have shown you. And you nearly committed falsehood against My Blessings, intending to erase your name. Indeed, I Allah bear witness only to Ruqhoyya, and if you disbelieve, I Allah will place you in My Hellfire, Jahannam. And I Allah replace him (the disobedient servant) with one who is not disobedient and is better. I give you a dream: a brother is in your house. In your dream, you say, 'he is the child of Nabi Muhammad, and my husband is not angry that he is in my house, even though my husband is not in my house. Indeed, we are both children of Nabi Muhammad.' Wahai Ruqhoyya! And a brother who disbelieves My Testimony dreams: someone is kidnapped and taken to a tall building, where there are residences and shops, and also someone who helps you in your dream from the evil of a wicked person whom you do not know—who he is. Indeed, an old man saves you; he is the leader of your land in your dream. Indeed, My Message is directed to him. Soon I Allah will bring one great matter. Not one among you humans will flee from My Decree, except that you fear—indeed, the world has truly reached its Limit. I bring certain brothers; indeed, you will be gathered, but I Allah do not gather you with one whom I will. I Allah protect you from those who would bring charges against you. My Will is only that you enter the 'Golongan Kanan.' And repent! I Allah call to the leader of your land: soon you will know one great matter. A brother who believes in Me Allah and bears witness will come to you by My Will—indeed, they will be astonished and their eyes will be wide open. Indeed, that is easy for Me. And those who mock say, 'this is falsehood.' They do not believe in the events of the universe; punishment will spread everywhere." Ulaa'ika ‘alaa hudammirrabbihim wa ulaa'ika humul-muflihuun Aamiin, yaa Allah, yaa Rabb, yaa Sami', yaa Bashir, Alhamdulillah
