Risalah Ar-Rahman

September 15, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "Wahai Ruqhoyya, write! Indeed, I Allah regulate all that you do. I Allah carry out My Will, and I Allah protect all of you. My Promise is true: I Allah command all of you to believe in My Words, and I Allah say that I will send My Chosen Servant. Make quickly the ponds of Thuba, after My House of Light is completed. Give thanks in Makkah, and proceed to Madinah. I Allah will do one thing to you, O Ruqhoyya! And I Allah will show you in your dream: indeed, when I Allah show you a dream, you say to a woman, 'Is that Masjidil Haram?' And you point toward what you call Masjidil Haram, and that woman answers, 'Yes, that is Masjidil Haram.' Then you say, 'So close and I haven't gone there? I can go back and forth easily, it's very near. I will measure how close it is,' while you are not with Khadijah. And you say, 'Why didn't Khadijah come? She was left behind.' And you see all the people going by vehicle and on foot. Indeed, you say, 'I will fetch Khadijah, and I will go first to measure the distance—how close is it!' And you are wearing clothing unsuitable for the place of My Sacred House. Indeed, Khadijah loves to walk for the health of her body, whereas I Allah do not permit you to go out of your house as she does. Your goodness lies in My House of Light; perform all your work there. Indeed, you say, 'I will return home to fetch Khadijah,' while you are having a dream—leaving her behind on the journey toward Makkah, My Sacred Land—and you say, 'It is not yet time to arrive before My Ka'bah.' Indeed, O Ruqhoyya! This is the time: after you complete My House of Light, give thanks in My Sacred Land, and behold one great thing there later! Bear witness before all people: you are not the ad-dajjal who receives messages from Me, yet they accuse Me—the One giving you this Risalah—of being 'ad-dajjal'. Go give thanks in My Sacred Land, and one who provides ease for you has already arrived earlier. Did you not say, 'Invite me quickly, O Allah'? And I commanded you to give thanks in Makkah. Indeed, you have been deceived through Khadijah, so your journey has been delayed, just as when you went to fetch Khadijah. Indeed, I Allah will address those who practice deception and take the rights of My Guests; they will be deceived. Indeed, I Allah am the Disposer of all affairs. I Allah warn all those who practice deception, and My Guests lose their rights as My Guests. It is not easy to deliver a Risalah; if you had not experienced it, I would not have done so. If you had not experienced it, just as I Allah cause you to die so that you know the sensation of death—then who is it you desire in that death? That is what all My Servants experience; indeed, they only wish to meet I Allah alone. And indeed, Ummu Umara has reached My Sacred House, just as in the dream you said, 'So close and I didn't go to Masjidil Haram!' Indeed, due to the goodness of her heart, I Allah have invited her swiftly with My grace and ease from I Allah. Only you have not yet reached that. And see, with a new journey, I Allah have given you a dream: traveling to Makkah as a trio. Who is the third one accompanying you? Indeed, you do not know. Indeed, I Allah appoint among the witnesses a witness for you, and you are My Witness, receiving My Risalah. And Khadijah is your witness, recounting My Blessings since you first met. And I Allah send Zaenab to accompany you both, just as My Servants in Palestine say, 'Thank you Zaenab, thank you Ruqhoyya,' and I show you dreams in which Zaenab is with you in Masjid Nabawi. Indeed, I Allah declare this. I am Allah who gives you these dreams, yet they say, 'I Allah is a devil, a jinn, a cursed Satan—even ad-dajjal'—they say with their unjust tongues. Show them: are you the ad-dajjal? Am I 'ad-dajjal' who gives you good dreams, while they lie and act unjustly with their words? And say to Khadijah: when those who deceived you return your money, indeed, I Allah have accepted her good intention. I accept Khadijah's intention, and give that money to her for her children; indeed, her children need it. And let My Command be carried out by My Witnesses from afar, to protect Ruqhoyya from their trials and false accusations. I Allah accept her sincere intention; I Allah do not burden her. Sufficient is her own charity spent in My Path; call My Servants. And remain steadfast! I Allah am Most Just. Indeed, I Allah have full knowledge of what is good for you." Ulaa'ika 'alaa hudammirrabbihim wa ulaa'ika humul-muflihuun Aamiin, yaa Allah, yaa Rabb, yaa Sami', yaa Bashir, Alhamdulillah
