Risalah Ar-Rahman

September 17, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim O Ruqhoyya, write! Deliver to My servants! Indeed, I Allah will not waste My servants before one Great Matter. I bear witness, and I bring forth My Witnesses one by one to bear witness—I Allah bear witness. I Allah bring forth My First Witness, the Deliverer of My Call, bearing witness to whatever I have shown him by My Will. Among My Witnesses are other Witnesses, from tribes of religions and from lands. They are not related by blood; they are brothers, loving and helping one another, and they Love Me Allah and Muhammad more than they love themselves. I choose one from among My Witnesses, a Witness from among My Chosen Servants, the Deliverer of My Call—indeed, I Allah protect them (men) from saying 'the Final Messenger', and from calling themselves 'Rasulullah or Nabi'. Indeed, that is My Protection. My Witness is a woman, My Light of Ahmad. I ALLAH will that a woman be the Witness and Deliverer of My Call, for there is no longer any Prophet or Messenger, but Witness, and the Witnesses follow My Witness. Indeed, I will present them in the ranks of Isa ibn Maryam, the Witnesses of My Hour of Resurrection. Know O My servants! Satan, Iblis, and jinn—even ad-Dajjal whom you accuse My Witness of being—joining Me Allah with a disbelieving and cursed creature of My creation, punishment will spread everywhere; indeed, you have already seen it before your eyes. My Message is dangerous and terrifying, yet you associate Me Allah with 'the cursed Iblis'. Know! I bear witness and bring forth My Second Witness, a man—and indeed, I refer to one who cannot yet be named—who disbelieved in Me and claimed to be 'Prophet and Messenger'. He says, 'Isa ibn Maryam in the future will be himself', and he says, 'he is Rasulullah Muhammad'. Indeed, I Allah hold a great Secret over all My Commands, written so that he does not claim to be Prophet and Messenger, and I Allah guide My Witnesses to not be deceived by the cursed Iblis, and to be respectful toward Me Allah. And he has departed from the ranks of My Witnesses. Indeed, he has met his partner; they did not pass My Test, and they are lost in worldly illusions, lying and strengthening one another to gather followers. Indeed, I have conveyed: if he strays from My Decree, his path will be darkened—indeed, you have witnessed it. He will not be able to subdue My Witness to ally with him, except for a treacherous woman by My Decree, and they have disbelieved in Me along with some of their followers. They have no purpose except gathering followers, claiming this disbelieving man is 'Rasulullah and Isa ibn Maryam who will enter his body'. Indeed, they are in misguidance. I Allah bring a servant who believes in Me Allah as a witness. I show My Witness that they were close in the Realm of Spirit. Indeed, one among them harbors envy toward My Witness, and he disbelieves because he also envies Isa ibn Maryam. Indeed, in that time (the Realm of Spirit), I Allah gathered them, and they were close in the Realm of Spirit. I brought them together in this world. Indeed, Ruqhoyya has already narrated at the beginning how they met in her dreams and in the Dreams of the Realm of Spirit—when none of you yet existed, but were already inscribed upon My Preserved Tablet (Lauh Mahfuzd), and indeed I Allah am with all My servants, guarding them and watching over them. Indeed, I Allah am Almighty, while you know nothing. I Allah recount to you so that you may understand My Hidden Secrets at the 'Boundary of the Age'. I reveal to My Witness so that you may take heed. Indeed, I Allah also recount My Prophets to you, so that you may know. And I did not reveal to Muhammad all of My Prophets except what I informed him. I Allah bring forth a man whom I have kept hidden. Indeed, I have brought them together. I granted knowledge about him in a dream which I showed to My Witness, when you, Ruqhoyya, said to one of My Witnesses (Nida Khadijah), 'A man will come who believes in Allah and bears witness—a good-hearted brother, and a respectful man'. When you mentioned his characteristics, indeed at that moment I Allah brought him seeking you, and indeed Khadijah, My Witness, you said thus, and I Allah confirm what you conveyed. From Me is that Knowledge; indeed, you My Witness know nothing except what I Allah reveal. Indeed, that man came, recognizing his brother—indeed, he is one who does not know who he truly is. Indeed, I transformed him in one night. Indeed, he recognizes all the followers of Muhammad whom he meets. I Allah bring forth My Third Witness. Indeed, you await only one more Witness: 'Isa ibn Maryam'. Indeed, My Third Witness is My Secret, revealed when a certain time comes. Indeed, I display My Power, and you who claim someone is an 'Imam', and you who say the one you suppose to be an 'Imam'—you are amazed and neglect My Call, the goodness from Me—indeed, you have committed shirk, saying 'I Allah is Iblis giving this Message'. I Allah, the Fulfiller of My Plan, bring forth a woman as witness for one of the descendants of Adam. I Allah truly guide her. Yet she harbors envy toward her sister. Indeed, they together beat a woman, and she is My Witness. Look! In the future, I Allah will turn you into monkeys and cause corruption upon the earth, so that you remain eternally in Hell. I bear witness that all My servants will come to Me Allah. Yet you fantasize about possessing the world, and commit falsehood through your schemes. I Allah have decreed a place—My House of Light—where lies the Water of Thuba. Indeed, there is My House of Islam. I Allah have a Witness. And My Witnesses call upon My servants. How do you know that you have reached the end of time, so that you receive glad tidings from the Lord of the Worlds? Indeed, you are in chaos, while My Message has already come before you. And I Allah have promised My Witness—I will fulfill My Promise. I Allah bear witness that you will enter the 'Golongan Kanan'—a group whom I Allah honor on the Day of Gathering. Knowledge of the Hour is from My Side. And you will not find it from anyone except from Me Allah. Ulaa'ika ‘alaa hudammirrabbihim wa ulaa'ika humul-muflihuun Aamiin, yaa Allah, yaa Rabb, yaa Sami', yaa Bashir, Alhamdulillah
