Message #1129
Risalah Ar-Rahman
October 11, 2025
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
"Wahai Ruqhoyya! Do not fear, and pay no heed to anything except Fear Me, Allah.
Do not fear besides Me. I, Allah, protect you. Have you not always spoken your testimony without fear? That is My Protection, and I, Allah, grant you strength.
My Message is indeed dangerous and frightening, because it is My Message, Allah’s.
They say, 'There is no Prophet or Messenger anymore,' therefore I, Allah, send forth a female witness. There is no Prophethood after Muhammad, but I, Allah, have a witness.
And My witness, a woman, bears testimony for Me, Allah.
There is no Prophet or Messenger anymore, yet I, Allah, have a witness, and witnesses are brought forth; the light of My Justice is distributed—never shall they be wronged.
They say, 'There is no Command from Me to a woman.'
Indeed, they do not use their intellect. If I gave command to a man, surely he would be a Messenger, but I, Allah, have ended Prophethood after Muhammad.
And they say, 'There is no command to a woman.'
I, Allah, have power over whom I will. Look at the past! I revealed My Revelation to the mother of Musa. And I revealed My Revelation to Maryam. Indeed, I, Allah, send revelations to the servant whom I will, like Musa, to warn all of you about the Day of Judgment.
And I call her 'a witness.' And I bring forth My witnesses along with My Witness; they are few, not related by blood, yet they support and love one another, calling all of you, exhorting one another, for the Group of the Right. Indeed, if you do not accept the news from My witnesses, you are in loss.
I, Allah, bring forth My Witness from among men so that he does not claim 'Prophet and Messenger.' I give My Words to My Witness, yet he is envious, arrogant, and proud. And I, Allah, bring them together in dreams and I bring them together in the real world, just as in the dream of My Witness and conveyed to My other witnesses. That is an honest dream, experienced and narrated to the witnesses, and it truly occurs. And I, Allah, open and interpret it—this is the remaining guidance in the Last Days. The dreams of the Last Days are close to truth among them and interconnected. True, when I, Allah, open and interpret it—this is one portion of prophethood.
That is only for My Witness.
And the man whom I, Allah, command My Witness to write his name, receives a message from Me to call My servants, yet he is arrogant and haughty.
Indeed, he claims 'Rasulullah and Isa ibn Maryam,' and I, Allah, correct him, and I, Allah, show it in the dream of My Witness. That man desires women and gathers women. I place in the heart of My Witness that this man loves wealthy women, rich in women, and meets women, and meets women in the Field.
Indeed, the women met by that man, after I declare that the man seeks My Witness and another of My witnesses also appears—this is what I declare—that man meets women in the Field. They, the people of ingratitude to My blessings, want My Witness to swear an oath (mubahalah), the disbelieving people want My Witness to swear, and they say during the oath, 'I, Allah, is Iblis.' And they claim the dream of My Witness is from 'Iblis,' and they call Prophet Muhammad in the dreams of Ruqhoyya 'Iblis,' whereas My Witness is the Light of Ahmad of Mine. Indeed, before My Witness met the dreams, the tales of Qasim had already spread. He had already narrated dreaming of Me, Allah, behind the veil, and dreaming of Muhammad long before My Witness—I made him a 'witness.'
Indeed, they wish My Witness to be ruined and imprisoned, and they fabricate falsehoods, while others do not inquire, but only believe the words of the fabricators and the followers of Qasim, out of envy toward a weak woman who upholds My Testimony.
Do not wrong My Witness, lest you fall into My punishment later. Repent, all of you! And proclaim your apologies just as you collectively fabricated falsehoods against My Witness and intended to extinguish My Light in the universe through My Risalah."
