October 12, 2025 Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "O My Witness! Write down My Message for My Servants. Indeed, I Allah bear witness at the Boundary of Time, and I have shown you a dream, and I am the One Who will explain it and grant its interpretation. Whoever among My Servants appears in your dream—indeed, I Allah invite them, and they are the Chosen Ones to convey (the message) to the Ummahs of My Beloved ones in the world after you—and indeed, I Allah reserve for the people of knowledge among My Witnesses in My Testimony. Indeed, I Allah invite one of the descendants of Adam who is in your dream—sufficient am I for them, the one who delivers the Glad Tidings, and they believe in Me, Allah bears witness. They believe at the Boundary of Time, and they fear being left behind. They know My Supreme, Great, Just, and Wise Words. They know My Glory, Allah. Inform, O Ruqhoyya! When I gave you the dream, Umar bin Hafizd came to your house and they were together; they prayed in your house, and you bore witness to your friends—indeed, I Allah bear witness at the Boundary of Time—that they should enjoin one another with patience and enjoin one another with compassion. That is the Righteous Group, and convey My Message to Umar bin Hafizd: whoever among you receives this news, indeed I Allah will make you witnesses numbering 313 in the world. Indeed, I Allah reserve for you to come under My Command. I ALLAH GRANT YOU IN THIS WORLD THE WATER OF THUBA, AND IT IS LOCATED IN THE HOUSE OF MY LIGHT. Indeed, I Allah bear witness to My Witness. Open Surah Az-Zumar, verse 69!" Surah Az-Zumar Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 69 "And the earth will shine with the light (of justice) of its Lord; and the record (of deeds) will be placed (before all), and the prophets and the witnesses will be brought forth, then judgment will be passed among them with justice, and they will not be wronged." "There are no more prophets and messengers, but witnesses. And I Allah have borne witness for 26 full moons—indeed, I Allah gather you into the Righteous Group, the group whom I Allah honor on the Day of Gathering. Open Surah Al-Waqi'ah, verses 7 to 20!" Surah Al-Waqi'ah Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 7 "You will be divided into three groups," Verse 8 "namely the 'Righteous Group'—how noble is the 'Righteous Group'!" Verse 9 "And the 'Left-hand Group'—how wretched is the 'Left-hand Group'!" Verse 10 "Besides them are those who were foremost (in faith). They are the first (to enter Paradise)." Verse 11 "They are those brought nearest (to Allah)." Verse 12 "(They dwell) in Gardens of delight." Verse 13 "A large company from among the people of old," Verse 14 "And a few from among those who came later." Verse 15 "(They rest) upon couches adorned with gold and precious stones," Verse 16 "Reclining on them, facing one another." Verse 17 "They will be attended by immortal youths," Verse 18 "With goblets, pitchers, and a cup (filled) from a flowing spring." Verse 19 "They will neither suffer headache from it nor be intoxicated." Verse 20 "(And served) with fruits of their choice," "Indeed, for you is only to obey Me, Allah. And believe in Me. Believe in the Last Day, and when I Allah have borne witness—indeed, that is your 'Boundary of Time'. Come to the House of My Light—indeed, I Allah have prepared for you the Water of Thuba—so that you will not thirst in My Assembly later, which is better for you than your disbelief. I Allah bear witness to Ruqhoyya, My Ahmad's Light—indeed, to him I Allah bear witness—that when My Voice, Allah’s Voice, I make it heard upon the earth, the earth will be shattered. Indeed, I Allah have shown in the dream of My Witness (2009) that My Voice fills the earth. I Allah say to Ruqhoyya, 'O youth! Be aware—life is temporary!' And the earth shatters. All things fly about like cotton; children are torn from their mothers, and husbands cannot reach their wives and children—indeed, all fly about like cotton. That is I Allah bearing witness, connecting My Voice to My Witness, and other witnesses accompanying My Witness. They believe in Me, Allah bears witness. They believe in the Last Day, and I Allah command them to give charity to their brothers in Palestine and help call My Servants in the world so that all may enter the 'Righteous Group'. Indeed, I Allah desire that you enjoin one another with patience and enjoin one another with compassion—that is the 'Righteous Group'. Open Surah Al-Balad, verses 17 to 20!" Surah Al-Balad Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 17 "Then he became one of those who believed and enjoined one another to patience and enjoined one another to compassion." Verse 18 "They (those who believe and enjoin one another) are the Righteous Group." Verse 19 "And those who disbelieve in Our signs—they are the Left-hand Group." Verse 20 "They will dwell in a sealed-up Hell." "That is better for you, if you do not affirm that I Allah bear witness. Seek My Guidance, Allah. And do not associate Me, Allah, with the accursed devil—even among you someone says 'I am Allah'. Say 'ad-dajjal'. Indeed, I have brought forth a chosen man who disbelieved—he claimed to be a prophet and a messenger. Indeed, he claims to be 'Isa ibn Maryam' who will inhabit his body. Indeed, he approached My Witness. And I Allah brought them together in a dream—I Allah declared it to happen truly. They met just as I showed in the dream of My Witness, and My Witness recounted it to My other witnesses—indeed, I declare it exactly as I Allah showed in the dream of My Witness. Know! A dream is a part of prophecy—I Allah open the dream of My Witness and I Allah interpret it. That is the true dream. If you do not believe in Me, Allah bears witness—silence is better for you than speaking evil, like those who say 'I am Allah'—they say 'ad-dajjal'. Indeed, I Allah make them followers of ad-dajjal. Indeed, walk upon the path of Muhammad who is obedient and submissive to Me, Allah, and there is no partner for Me. And do not equate your knowledge with the knowledge of My Witness. She is only a mother whom I Allah entrusted with a responsibility. Indeed, there are no more prophets and messengers—I Allah have 'witnesses'. And My Witness is the witness of Isa ibn Maryam who will descend to earth. I Allah show to My Witness that Isa ibn Maryam descends, flanked by two wings of angels, until he touches the earth—and I Allah give a sign. I Allah show it in the dream of My Witness. Indeed, I Allah intend to set you right—if that chosen man disbelieves and says 'Isa ibn Maryam will dwell in his body', and he testifies before My Witness. If he dreams of circling the world in one night— Indeed, that is what I correct—and you remain vigilant with faith in Me, Allah bears witness. And call My Servants in the world. Do not allow a woman to establish My Testimony. And feel shame before Me, Allah! I gather other witnesses—indeed, they are not people of knowledge. But they believe in Me, Allah. And you, the people of knowledge, will say, 'This is misguidance'. I Allah bear witness. The knowledge of the Hour is from My side, and I am Allah the Expounder, the Clarifier. Open Surah Al-A'raf, verse 187!" Surah Al-A'raf Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 187 "They ask you (Muhammad) about the Hour, 'When will it occur?' Say, 'Indeed, knowledge of the Hour is with my Lord; none can reveal its time except Him. It is a tremendous burden in the heavens and the earth; it will not come upon you except suddenly.' They ask you as if you are well-informed about it. Say (O Muhammad), 'Indeed, knowledge of it is with Allah, but most people do not know.'" "I Allah warn you about the Day of Judgment. Knowledge of the Hour is from My side, and I Allah decree as I will. Open Surah Ghafir, verse 15!" Surah Ghafir Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 15: "(He is) the Most High in rank, Owner of the Throne, He reveals the inspiration by His command to whomever He wills among His servants, to warn (mankind) of the Day of Meeting (the Day of Judgment)," "Do not dispute My Testimony—if you do not believe in My Testimony, let My Witnesses call My Servants. I ALLAH GATHER THE RIGHTEOUS GROUP, AND I—ALLAH—AM THE ONE WHO GATHERS. Open Surah Al-Hijr, verse 25!" Surah Al-Hijr Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 25 "And indeed, your Lord—He will gather them. Indeed, He is Most Wise, All-Knowing." "Indeed, My Witness calls My Servants day and night. Open Surah Nuh, verses 7 to 10!" Surah Nuh Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 7 "And indeed, each time I called them (to faith) so that You might forgive them, they put their fingers in their ears, covered their faces with their garments, remained (in disbelief), and grew exceedingly arrogant." Verse 8 "Then indeed I called them openly," Verse 9 "Then indeed I called them (again) openly and secretly," Verse 10 "So I said to them, 'Seek forgiveness from your Lord, indeed He is Oft-Forgiving.'" "Indeed, My Witness calls My Servants day and night. I Allah cause My Witness to die, and I cause his soul to journey. As I Allah caused him to die, indeed he knows how the soul journeys to My Presence—and I Allah bring My Witness back to life. And I Allah say, 'Bear witness to My Truth—Allah bears witness—I am Allah Who gives you life. I am Allah Who causes you to die, and I Allah will bring you back to life; then to Me you will return.' Indeed, he will not deny—his soul is in My grasp. I am Allah Who has power to cause My Servants to die, and I have power to bring them back to life. Indeed, I Allah bear witness—not only with My Word—but I show the sweet death, that is the death of the martyrs. The Righteous Group—the group whom I Allah honor on the Day of Gathering. Believe in My Signs and do not be arrogant and haughty. See! How Adam disobeyed My Command. And do not do likewise while you possess intellect. I Allah do not bear witness except at the 'Boundary of Time' and My Call, My Promise to the weeping Muhammad: 'My Ummah, My Ummah, My Ummah'. I Allah inflicted the pain of death agony upon Muhammad, like the other prophets and all My Servants—and at the 'Boundary of Time', I Allah fulfill My Promise by granting martyrdom, death without pain—and I place the 'Righteous Group' beside the martyrs. And My Witnesses—neither prophets nor martyrs—and they enter My Jannah first, and My Prophets envy them and ask, 'Who are they, O Allah?' Indeed, they are those who believed in Me first. They are the Ummah who came later (after Prophet Muhammad), yet believed first. The later generations who believed first, and they uphold My Testimony—you are already at the 'Boundary of Time'. O My Servants! If you believe in Me, Allah bears witness—indeed, you are those witnesses. The number of My Witnesses is very few—only 313 people. And I Allah showed in the dream of My Witness: he is accompanied by the pillar of light of Ruhullah Quddus Isa ibn Maryam to My Presence, Allah, behind the veil. And My Chosen Ones come before Me, and My Witness is a witness—indeed, they see Me, Ar-Rahman, while all others tremble and they do not. They are not sorrowful, and they are not related by blood—they love one another, help one another, and indeed they love Me, Allah, and Muhammad more than they love themselves. And I Allah showed to My Witness how Muhammad was when his death approached, weeping bitterly, saying, 'You love Me more than you love yourself'—indeed, that is a Sign. Among My Witnesses there is a witness—and she is a woman. There are no more prophets and messengers—only witnesses. Open Surah An-Nur, verse 63!" Surah An-Nur Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim Meaning: Verse 63 "Do not make the calling of the Messenger among you like your calling to one another. Indeed, Allah knows those who slip away among you, seeking cover (from him). So let those who oppose the Messenger's command fear being struck by a trial or a painful punishment." "Indeed, I Allah protect the Prophethood of Muhammad, and there are no more prophets and messengers. Indeed, if My Witness were a man, he would claim to be a Messenger and do as such. For My Risalah Ar-Rahman is My Call at the 'Boundary of Time', and I showed Ruqhoyya in her childhood dream: she was burned by fire with a great book before her—and I Allah cooled the fire. Indeed, had it not been for My Protection, My Witness would have been harmed because of My Risalah Ar-Rahman, and indeed I Allah do not wrong him because of My Message. And indeed, I brought forth that book when I Allah bore witness, and I named it 'Risalah Ar-Rahman'. And I would not perfect My Risalah Ar-Rahman with the sacred verses of the Qur’an if I Allah did not bear witness. And indeed, that Message would not exist. Indeed, My Laws are already written in the sacred Qur’an—and I am Allah, the Most Perfect, Who perfects (RISALAH AR-RAHMAN) with the sacred verses of the Qur’an. And My Witness is from the land of Red-White, and I Allah have called the leader of the nation (president). He is one of My Youth of Banu Tamim, and I need his voice for the leaders of nations in the world. Whereas My Witness is only a conveyor. Knowledge of the Hour is from My side—I am Allah the Expounder, the Clarifier. Indeed, the land of My Witness is My Banu Tamim, and there is the House of My Light."
