Message #1215
Risalah Ar-Rahman
November 29, 2025
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
"Say O Ruqhoyya! Indeed Allah has made you a follower of Muhammad to be among the Righteous Group, yet you deny the Signs of Allah. Indeed I, Allah, bear witness at the Boundary of Time and warn My Servants about the Day of Judgment, so that My Servants may walk upon the right path before the sudden arrival of ad-dajjal. Behold! Punishment shall spread everywhere until I, Allah, send tremors from all directions. Will you not take heed, O mankind!
Indeed I, Allah, bear witness for you to return to Me, Allah, and to distance yourselves from misguidance.
O Qasim! I, Allah, bear witness at the Boundary of Time that I have completed your task, yet you harbor hatred toward a woman. Indeed My Promise is true; I, Allah, will manifest My Rahman.
I do not bear witness upon the earth except that I am already at the Boundary of Time and the Knowledge of the Hour is from Me. And you do not know, O Qasim, where this Boundary of Time is, except that you merely go around sharing dreams and guidance given to you!
I, Allah, hasten My Promise for you to return to Me, saving yourselves upon the path of Muhammad, the path which I, Allah, am pleased with.
Muhammad is My Servant who is obedient to Me. And he possesses no envy; indeed Muhammad is a noble servant and no one possesses a nature like Muhammad.
When My Message has come to a woman, My Light of Ahmad, for you to know the Boundary of Time.
Indeed this is so that you may return to Me, Allah.
I safeguard the Prophethood of Muhammad; no man shall carry a call to the Ummahs of Muhammad except that I, Allah, send a witness bringing news of another part for you to return to Me, Allah.
Indeed the Knowledge of the Hour is from Me; I am Allah who provides explanations.
I did not reveal to all the Prophets about Muhammad; indeed Muhammad never said that My Guidance was only for him—such a claim would not be righteous. I, Allah, have power and will over whom I, Allah, will.
Open Surah Ghafir, verse 69 until verse 78, O Ruqhoyya, and write it down! Indeed whoever disbelieves in My Signs, Hellfire is their abode, with its gates tightly closed."
Surah Ghafir
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 69
"Do you not see those who dispute about the Signs of Allah? How are they turned away?"
Verse 70
"(They are) those who deny the Scripture (Al-Qur’an) and the revelation brought by the Messengers whom We have sent. They will soon come to know,"
Verse 71
"When the shackles and chains are placed around their necks, and they are dragged,"
Verse 72
"into scalding water, then they are burned in the Fire,"
Verse 73
"and it is said to them, 'Where are the idols which you used to associate (in worship)"
Verse 74
"besides Allah?' They will reply, 'They have vanished from us; indeed we never used to worship anything.' Thus does Allah lead astray the disbelievers."
Verse 75
"That is because you rejoiced upon the earth unjustly and because you indulged in mirth (in disobedience)."
Verse 76
"(It will be said), 'Enter the gates of Hellfire, to dwell therein eternally. That is indeed the worst abode for the arrogant.'"
Verse 77
"So be patient; indeed the promise of Allah is true. Whether We show you part of the punishment We have threatened them with, or We cause you to die (before it occurs), to Us they shall all return."
Verse 78
"And indeed, We sent Messengers before you; among them are those We have mentioned to you, and among them are those We have not mentioned to you. No Messenger can bring a sign except by the permission of Allah. Then when the command of Allah comes, judgment will be passed fairly. And at that time, those who followed falsehood will be the losers."
"Indeed I did not reveal to Muhammad about My Witness; I did not reveal in the Holy Qur’an My hidden secret concerning the Knowledge of the Hour. Indeed when its time arrives, I, Allah, will bring forth a small group—they are not connected by kinship (not related by blood), they come from various lands, and they have no name for you to recognize. They are tribes of My Religion from different countries. Indeed they are few and reside in a distinct place; they are neither Prophets nor martyrs, yet My Prophets envy them and ask, 'Who are they, O Allah? Men and women in a special place?' And My Light of Justice is distributed among them, and they are not wronged.
Indeed they come with pillars of light, full of mutual love and brotherhood.
Indeed they are witnesses upholding My Message, calling My Servants back to Me, Allah.
Among them is a woman, My Witness, the Conveyer of My Voice,
And you have wronged her!
Indeed there is no longer a Prophet or Messenger bringing My Words, and I, Allah, have willed to appoint a woman according to My Will—so let it be as I, Allah, will.
I, Allah, cause her to die, I, Allah, bring her to life; I, Allah, cause her to die and I, Allah, bring her to life. Ultimately, to Me she shall return.
This is easy for Me, so that she (Ruqhoyya) may deliver My Message until she is certain that I am Allah who causes her death and gives her life—indeed only I, Allah, do such a thing.
Open Surah Ghafir, verses 65 to 68, O Ruqhoyya!"
Surah Ghafir
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 65
"He is the Ever-Living; there is no deity worthy of worship except Him. So worship Him, purifying your devotion to Him. All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds."
Verse 66
"Say (O Muhammad), 'Indeed I have been forbidden to worship the idols you worship besides Allah after clear proofs have come to me from my Lord, and I am commanded to submit to the Lord of the worlds.'"
Verse 67
"He is the One Who created you from dust, then from a drop of fluid, then from a clinging clot, then He brings you forth as a child, then (allows you to live) so that you reach maturity, then (allows you to live further) until old age—among you are those who are taken in death before that. (We do this) so that you may reach the appointed term, and so that you may understand.'"
Verse 68
"He is the One Who gives life and causes death. So when He decrees a matter, He only says to it, 'Be,' and it becomes."
"And do not be arrogant, O Qasim! Indeed I, Allah, do not love servants who harbor envy toward My Witness. Indeed upon her tongue lies the Righteous Group of My Servants who take heed.
I, Allah, grant her wisdom; indeed she possesses great excellence, and only those with sound intellect take heed.
Open Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 269!"
Surah Al-Baqarah
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 269
"He grants wisdom to whom He wills. Whoever is granted wisdom has indeed been granted abundant good. And none take heed except those of sound intellect."
"Indeed, O Qasim! Your factions envy one another, and I, Allah, am the Reminder, yet you commit injustice against My Witness.
Indeed I, Allah, will not be pleased, and I, Allah, will harden your hearts until you gain no lesson."
"Glory be to You, O Allah, Most High and Most Great. We believe in You, bear witness, O Allah, and warn us about the Day of Judgment.
(Allah answered me through the inspiration of the heart and innermost soul)."
"Indeed, O Ruqhoyya! They do not take lesson because there is disease in their hearts. Indeed among them say, 'Bani Tamim,' and they fabricate new decrees while they have received no Message or News from Me.
And within them is disease; they wish for you to die in a pitiful state and they wish for you to be imprisoned, and they imagine they can fabricate new rulings.
Whereas I, Allah, bear witness for all My Servants to return, and they do not exhort one another toward the Righteous Group, but they exhort one another to choose them based on mere illusions.
Whereas I, Allah, bear witness and warn My Servants to remain upon the right path—
The path of Muhammad, the path which I, Allah, am pleased with.
Muhammad is My Servant who is obedient and submissive to Me, and he does not desire the world. Indeed a king remains a king in his time; indeed he is only the conveyor of My Revelations to My Servants—returning to Me, Allah.
No one becomes chosen while carrying disease within; their hearts are covered with envy.
Whereas I, Allah, have already borne witness.
They feel no shame and do such things; indeed there is disease in their hearts, and that disease blinds their hearts and minds.
Open Surah Ghafir, verse 15, O Ruqhoyya!"
Surah Ghafir
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 15
"(He is) the Most High in rank, Owner of the Throne, Who sends revelation by His command to whomever He wills among His servants, to warn (mankind) of the Day of Meeting (the Day of Judgment),"
"Indeed I, Allah, bear witness concerning My Witness: they are neither Prophets nor martyrs, and My Prophets envy them—
Not out of malicious envy, but out of wonder.
Indeed this is My Will.
The Knowledge of the Hour is from Me; indeed no one knows it except that I, Allah, provide explanations.
Open Surah Al-A'raf, verse 187, O Ruqhoyya! They say My Speech is like 'poetry,' and they say you are 'a poet.'
Indeed in their hearts lies envy."
Surah Al-A'raf
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 187
"They ask you (Muhammad) about the Hour, 'When will it occur?' Say, 'Indeed, knowledge of the Hour is with my Lord; none can reveal its time except Him. It is a tremendous event in the heavens and the earth; it will not come upon you except suddenly.' They ask you as if you were well-informed about it. Say (O Muhammad), 'Indeed, knowledge of it is with Allah, but most people do not know.'"
