Spend on the mosque's materials as much as you are able, and do not set prices that are too high, for I am Allah, the All-Knowing. Be content with what you can do, if you are unable, be content with a small dome, for I am Allah, and I only love simplicity, and do not exceed My bounds. If you are unable, make it even simpler, and place a small dome at a price that is not expensive, for make it simple and make the two minarets not tall and not high, simplify it with My bounds, hasten! I am Allah, doing thus, for if you are unable, be content with a room, for indeed I am Allah will not give you a trial without you being able to bear it. Make the building with a roof only and give the dome a small dome, for indeed that is more complete than delaying. Enough for Me, the Arranger, and do not exceed My Will." "If we are able to simplify the minarets and dome quickly, they do not need to be too tall and the dome does not need to be too big."
