Message #1615
Risalah Ar-Rahman
May 4, 2026
RISALAH-ALLAH:
RISALAH-ALLAH: "TRULY I AM THE ONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO DEAL WITH THAT SITUATION, INDEED I, Allah, SPEAK TO YOU LIKE THE MOTHER OF MUSA"
May 4, 2026
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
"O Ruqhoyya! Write My Message! You ask how I, Allah, speak to you; indeed My Angels carry out My Command to convey Revelations to My Prophet just as Moses I speak directly in his heart without an intermediary. Indeed I, Allah, reveal in his heart, with My Power behind the veil; it is not possible for Me, Allah, to speak directly (face‑to‑face) without a veil. Indeed My Words are in his heart directly behind the veil; it is not possible for Me, Allah, to speak to him as if I were before him and speaking directly. It is not so—My Words to him are directly in his heart behind the veil. Indeed I am the All‑Knowing of how that situation is. Truly I, Allah, speak to you like the mother of Moses, and I reveal in his heart for him to overwhelm Moses, and I, Allah, promise him that later I, Allah, will deliver Moses to him and make him a Prophet. Indeed My Words are straight and firm and will not be denied except by those who accept them. Truly My Words are straight with My Kun‑Fayakun to convince him, and he will not be in doubt, except for exaltation. Truly My Promise is true; he does it because that is My Word, just as you, without doubt, convey it. Indeed such is My Will, and there is none that you deny except by accepting it and believing in My Signs (Risalah Allah)."
Look at My Promise to the mother of Moses! I, Allah, fulfill My Promise, just as I said to you; indeed My Promise is true and you receive truth from My Words, and I, Allah, provide witnesses. Indeed, there is no longer a Prophet or Messenger besides the witnesses, and I, Allah, place them among you; they know My Messages, they receive truth from My Words. Truly this is what I bring in the end of times, true news from Me, Allah, and I give My Words in your heart like Moses and the mother of Moses.

Surat Asy‑Syura
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning:
Verse 50
"or He bestows a male or female, and makes barren whom He wills. He is All‑Knowing, All‑Powerful."
Verse 51
"And it is not fitting for a human that Allah would speak to him except through revelation, or from behind a veil, or by sending a messenger (angel) and then revealing to him, by His permission, what He wills. Indeed, He is Most High, Most Wise."
Verse 52
"And thus We have revealed to you (Muhammad) the spirit (Al‑Qur`an) by Our command. Previously you did not know what the Book (Al‑Qur`an) was nor what faith is, but We made the Qur`an a light, thereby guiding whom We will among Our servants. And indeed, you truly guide (people) to the straight path."
Verse 53
"(It is) the way of Allah, belonging to Him, what is in the heavens and what is on the earth. Remember, all affairs return to Allah."
"Is there anyone who can create something like it? Truly not a single human, jinn, or cursed devil can do so; indeed My Promise is true, none can create its likeness. No one knows My secret from the hidden treasury; none can say 'I am Allah,' and none can grant Mercy and Punishment except Me, Allah. I will bring you together with those I choose in your dream, and I, Allah, declare it, it truly occurs after I inspire it in your heart; indeed My Promise is true and the witnesses know it, truly I, Allah, do so."
That is the true dream as I, Allah, gave to My Prophets and interpreted; it is the prophetic part of the dream, the dream I give and reveal (Inspiration) to you. Truly it is the prophetic part of the dream, as Yusuf interpreted his dream; indeed I am the One who does this so that he may know.
If you fabricate such things with falsehood, truly I, Allah, curse you or anyone with falsehood, forever in My Hellfire, and no one can do so except I, Allah, will as I, Allah, intend and warn about the Day of Resurrection. Truly I, Allah, give Revelations to whomever I, Allah, will and warn you about the Day of Resurrection.
Do I, Allah, make new laws besides warning about the Day of Resurrection? Indeed I, Allah, do not replace the Qur’an; rather I perfect My Risalah Ar‑Rahman with the holy verses of the Qur’an, and I, Allah, will not leave you in futility and oppression until I warn about the sudden coming Day of Resurrection, and you are in great loss if you do not return to Me, Allah, because of your negligence.
