"Oh Ruqhoyya! Indeed, My Promise is true, indeed I am Allah, the One Who fulfills Promises, I am Allah, the One Who fulfills Promises, indeed convey My Messages to Qasim! be grateful to Mecca and Medina, if they do so, indeed My Promise to them is true, indeed I am Allah, the One Who fulfills Promises.
If they are the righteous ones, follow My Command, I am Allah, La Ilaaha Illallah MuhammaddurRasulullah, I am Allah, the One Who fulfills Promises, if not I, Allah, do not fulfill My Promises, indeed I am not the True God and not the God you worship, indeed I am Allah, Who says to Qasim, 'I am Allah, the One Who fulfills Promises, if I do not fulfill My Promises, do not say I am Allah, the Ruler of All Existence'.
Convey to Qasim! I am Allah, the One Who fulfills Promises, indeed go with gratitude to Mecca and Medina, do My Command!
If they do not believe in Me, Allah, indeed they are servants who commit shirk to Me, Allah, indeed they are ungrateful to Me, and I will not forgive the sin of shirk and the servant who is ungrateful. Look! Iblis did not follow My Command to prostrate to Adam, so I made him Iblis. Indeed, this is a lesson for you, O servants with intellect.
Oh Ruqhoyya! Open the letter of Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 269! convey My Messages to Qasim! be grateful to Mecca and Medina! if you are the righteous ones and walk on the path of Muhammad, indeed be obedient and obey Me, Allah!"
Surah Al-Baqarah
