I am Allah, who has fulfilled My Promise, I am Allah who has given you the ability to see, and I am Allah who has made you strong, and I am Allah who inflicts Punishment on the face of the earth, disasters everywhere, Punishment all over and scorching heat that makes them fearful and death, if they see that I am Allah who does this, they will fear Me, Allah, how the Punishment I will inflict in My Court later. They deliberately commit evil against you, while you are My Witness, I am Allah, I will repay every evil deed on the face of the earth!"
