Indeed, I am Allah have brought you together and I have fulfilled My Promise to you, indeed I am Allah will do another Decree for you to know and My Secret is open with clarity. Indeed, you should take a lesson! I am Allah have brought together the Two Witnesses from the east and from the west and they have the same sign, can the jinn, shaytaan, Iblis perform such a decree? And a sister from Me is a witness for her sister, who is her sister? And they have met by My Decree and I am Allah the Mediator, and her sister has done her work for her sister, and her sister has accepted the Confirmation of her sister's Covenant to Me with 'Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar', while her sister does not know My Command to her sister, yet I am Allah have Made My Decree. Indeed, I am Allah have fulfilled My Promise, who can weaken Me Allah and become My opponent, indeed I am Allah have grasped the souls, I am Allah have killed them with the death of the disobedient servant. And who can do evil to Ruqhoyya My Witness, I am Allah her Helper and Guardian, I am Allah the Great Judge, look at the punishment that is widespread on the earth, and the disaster occurs everywhere. Only the fortunate will get the lesson. Open the letter of Luqman verse 5, O Ruqhoyya!"
